A notch above. Condo interior desperately needs an uplift from the 1980s, but the security, seclusion and amenities Villa Montańa provides for such a small neighborhood is next tier. I would have liked more explanation about the room orientation to the water (ie walk time, view from front door, etc.), but nothing Google maps didn't help resolve. Very pet friendly. Not a place to go if you avoid dogs as many guests have their furry friends present. Only downside was overhearing pretentious guests with wildly selfish demands and disrespecting staff.
