Stayed from periode 04/08/26 to 19/08/26 After black out no more HBO & AXN TV channels no longer available but instead only Channel 5 National TV. Requested to set up the digital tv set up box but refused by excused of the bad weather. No internet data access for 15 days from the date on arrival( checked in) until checked out even though the wifi is on & have a powerful signal (with Username : Eurotel Password: E07angeles25 Phone: *********** Bathroom flood, shower water pressure weak, hot water not available. After I filled the form around 6am this morning before I checked out. The TV program none of them, no longer available. What's good about this place : the location very close to SM Clark only 10 minutes walking distance. Mostly staff are friendly.

Plenty of hot water for showers. The cleanliness could be better, they don't seem very proactive with housekeeping. Otherwise, I think it's okay. Don't bother with breakfast, it's really bad. The Wi-Fi is fine. If you need to work on a laptop, consider where you'll put it, as it's not very convenient.

My recent trip to Clark, Philippines, included a stay at Queens Hotel Clark, and I must say the overall experience was quite good. The area offers excellent amenities. Getting to Clark International Airport from Queens Hotel Angeles City takes about 15 to 20 minutes by car, so transportation is a breeze. The room itself was larger than expected and very clean. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was strong, and the hot water supply was reliable. It was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a safe, refrigerator, and hairdryer, making it suitable for both short and medium-term stays. While the soundproofing isn't top-notch, it's pretty good for a hotel in this price range. The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. From the front desk to housekeeping and security, everyone was polite and ready to assist with any issues. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth, reflecting a professional level of service. The swimming pool, though not particularly large, was well-maintained with clean water – perfect for relaxing during the day or evening. The breakfast options at the restaurant weren't luxurious, but the food tasted good and was sufficient for most travelers. If I had to point out any downsides, some of the room furnishings show a bit of age and occasional signs of wear. Also, if you're there on a weekend or during peak season, the surrounding nightlife can get quite lively. Light sleepers might want to request a quieter room. This is a pretty good hotel. Overall the staff are helpful and will do their best to assist you. The rooms are nice and have decent windows and have good air conditioning and even have mini fridges and tv with some movie channels. The location is also good as it’s near the SM Mall. It’s also quiet and can get a good night rest there. The free breakfast is also ok if very basic. They also have free water in the restaurant and front desk. You can easily charge all your devices as the key and room card are separate.

It definitely is the smallest room I've stayed in compared to all of the hotels I stayed. ABC, Eurotel, Clark Imperial, Queens, Grand Central...Very nice and friendly staff. They heated up my food when I asked and also let me store my luggage when I arrived early until check-in

The location is a little difficult to find. The room is small. Is this price acceptable? There is a pool and restaurant. There was live music on Saturday night, and I was able to relax in the restaurant. They also had all-you-can-eat samgyeosal. You are not allowed to bring your own food, but there are no convenience stores nearby, and the prices for cooking beer are cheap and reasonable. I didn't have time to get a massage, so I couldn't do it. It has a pool and seems to be popular with families. Breakfast was plentiful.

They recently installed an ATM, which makes things even more convenient. The location is superb, being close to Red Street. It's also easy to get a tricycle to Balibago – just ask the guard and they'll call one for you.

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

We stayed at Prime Asia Hotel from April 15–16, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. One thing we really appreciated was the flexibility with check-in. Although the standard check-in time is 4 PM, we arrived early at around 2 PM since we were already in the area and traveling with a toddler. Thankfully, they accommodated us, which made a big difference for our trip. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming. Whether in the hallway or the elevator, they always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel amenities were also impressive. There’s a 24/7 café in the lobby and a rooftop restaurant that’s also open 24/7, which is very convenient. The pool is open all day as well, and since it wasn’t crowded during our visit, my mom and toddler were able to enjoy it fully. Our room was spacious and well-prepared. They even set up an extra bed for my mom, even though we didn’t request it. We also appreciated the small touches, like being given fresh, warm towels. A special thank you as well for having YouTube Premium available my baby really enjoyed watching kids’ shows, which kept them entertained. We also tried the breakfast buffet, and it did not disappoint. The tapa and bacon were especially delicious. The only downside we noticed was the limited parking space. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, homelike hotel. My husband and I attended a 3-day convention at SMX Clark and brought our 2 teenagers along. The 2 bedroom suite was just right for us. The hotel has a courteous and friendly staff. Requests were addressed promptly. Wifi was fast. The pool was small but just enough for the 4 of us. One negative issue was the microwave which we had to clean throughly because of food debris left from the previous occupants. There is no elevator and might be hard for those who have knee problems. The location is quite shady but this is ok because we brought our own car and Grab was always available.

I got the peace and tranquility I required. The spacious rooms and bathroom were a delightful surprise, as sometimes  rooms look spacious only in photos. Aircon is cold and NETFLIX is a bonus. I liked that when you open the sliding doors, you are greeted by an outdoor ambiance and not artificially lighted hallways in traditional hotels. From front desk (all shifts), room service and guards, they were all so courteous, accommodating and friendly. Would definitely come back to Winds. Highly recommended. Good things: 1. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, we didn’t have any problem with them 2. The room was spacious, bed sheets clean but super worn-out 3. Enough towels in the bathroom and they were clean, although not soft and had a strong smell of detergent 4. Breakfast by the pool at the rooftop was our favorite thing🤩 I especially liked the strawberry jam- yummy!!! 5. There’s a free basement parking for hotel guests Bad things: 1. TERRIBLY DIRTY bathroom. It looked like nobody cleaned it. I have photos but I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to post them here. There was hair in the sink and the toilet bowl looked disgusting. For me, cleanliness is THE MOST IMPORTANT part. If a hotel is not clean, I’m not going to stay there again even if they are super nice and the food is delicious. No, thanks. P.S. When I called the reception to complain about the bathroom, they did offer me to change the room. But since I already unpacked and didn’t want to waste my time packing and unpacking again, I asked if they could send someone to clean and disinfect the bathroom which they did, so we were able to use it

They greeted us with genuine smiles every time we passed by, which made the experience feel more personal and enjoyable. Despite a few minor issues, we genuinely loved our stay.

Rooms are fkn awesome. Like an apt. but.. like their 2ndt location ABC.. they lack a restaurant/ Pool... They are like 50 feet from walking street tho. Service is amazing like ABC as well... if u don't care about the pool and restaurant... Def book.. McDonald's is like 5 feet away as well lol

We had an amazing 3 days and 2 nights stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the great service and hospitality. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again!

Staying at Clark Central Park Tower Resort was an excellent experience! The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-lit. The swimming pool and various facilities are excellent, and the service staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel relaxed and at ease. It's perfect for a vacation and unwinding.

Street noise could also be heard from the room, including passing vehicles. Despite these minor issues, I think the hotel is still a good option if you’re looking for a clean and affordable place to stay.

Stayed at Capitol Hotel for a family trip, and it honestly delivered where it mattered most. Getting around was easy, which is a big win when you’re with kids and extra baggage (literal and emotional 😅). The staff were the highlight—very warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made everything feel smooth. The amenities kept everyone comfortable and entertained, so no one was bored or complaining. Only thing is the cleanliness could use a bit more attention, but it didn’t completely take away from the experience. Overall, still a solid and memorable family stay.

My recent trip to Clark, Philippines, included a stay at Queens Hotel Clark, and I must say the overall experience was quite good. It's right near the bustling heart of Angeles City, surrounded by numerous restaurants, massage parlors, convenience stores, and bars, all within walking distance. The area offers excellent amenities. Getting to Clark International Airport from Queens Hotel Angeles City takes about 15 to 20 minutes by car, so transportation is a breeze. The room itself was larger than expected and very clean. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was strong, and the hot water supply was reliable. It was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a safe, refrigerator, and hairdryer, making it suitable for both short and medium-term stays. While the soundproofing isn't top-notch, it's pretty good for a hotel in this price range. The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. From the front desk to housekeeping and security, everyone was polite and ready to assist with any issues. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth, reflecting a professional level of service. The swimming pool, though not particularly large, was well-maintained with clean water – perfect for relaxing during the day or evening. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. The room and toilet was very very clean. The breakfast was nice and delicious. The front desk people were the best! The nearby bars were loud until midnight.
