This hotel under major renovation, the room is outdated, not clean for sure, I checked in and I was super tired after 12 hours of flight all the sudden falling asleep right away when I wake up to use the bathroom I find out it’s full of urine and the shower full of see sand, I called the room service at 3 morning and I asked them to clean it especially I wasn’t able to use the bathroom, I had to clean it my self, since they ignored me, the breakfast was great has a lot  of different selection, over all I give it 4out of 10 I can’t believe it has the intercontinental franchise.

The hotel was good and well kept (apart from the gym) with very kind and helpful staff. If you're looking for a pool lounging hotel, there are better options within a 20 minute walk as this hotel had one small pool. The gym was not kept very well with weights everywhere and the equipment itself could have been better.

Beautiful hotel close to the city center but there is not much to do there. The hotel is a haven of peace where you are cut off from the world, you dress as you wish which is not necessarily the case outside. The private beach is small, too bad we can't access the other hotels (walls delimit the hotels) Small swimming area due to all boats passing nearby. For a 5* the curtains with holes are average. Otherwise everything else is great. The breakfast buffet is huge and varied. The restaurants, on the other hand, are expensive and not great compared to the quality in the city center. They should have created a self-catering restaurant like in the morning.

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

A luxurious hotel! Freshly renovated and furnished! The hotel smells amazing! The bed linens are amazing, and there's a pillow menu. The beach is gorgeous with white sand, but the water is refreshing. Amazing breakfasts and dinners at the restaurant. The tiramisu is better than in the dessert's homeland. Good value hotel in Jordan I have stayed in 5 hotels during 11 days of trip in Jordan. This is the best one !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All of the staffs are so friendly and nice. The restaurant staff is helpful and considerate . On the second day morning, she remembered my breakfast preference 😨, even the details. There’s an Italian restaurant right near the hotel. You can enjoy discount yet there were cakes,drinks and shisha. The room is so comfortable and new. I love the design. The night view is so lovely and magnificent. The amenity are good , it’s way better than Movenpick hotel. This hotel offers Dead Sea products for the guests. You can have free drinks from the fridge as well.

Hotel location is very good, in the downtown business district, but some rooms are close to the road, the sound insulation is not very good. The quality of sleep at night is relatively poor, the hotel hot water is not too hot, and. Breakfast is too simple, basically nothing delicious.

Местоположение прекрасное ,на крыше находится лаунж зона, потрясающий вид на город и море . Большое спасибо что нам позволили заехать раньше на несколько часов! но всё остальное - это печаль ,в номерах не очень чисто ,грязные разводы на стеклах , окнах, и изголовья х кровати, мыла нет, дают два маленьких шампуня которые оно же мыло и оно же гель для душа, воды тоже не было или забыли дать не знаю ( Отель не маленький, но видимо были там почти одни, тем более странно

This is an excellent hotel for a peaceful getaway. The grounds are compact but very well-maintained, and there's private parking available. The rooms are spacious, offering panoramic sea views and all the necessary amenities. The food is top-notch: breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style, offering a diverse and delicious selection. There's a deep swimming pool and a jacuzzi too. The equipped beach has easy entry into the water, and a coral reef teeming with colorful fish starts right off the shore. There's also a professional diving center with instructors and equipment rental. The ”15+ only” policy ensures a quiet atmosphere free from children's hustle and bustle – perfect for couples.

The room is very good and the balcony is also very big. The view is wide, the surrounding facilities are also very good, there is a Chinese restaurant not far from the hotel, very nice, will stay here again next time!

I was on a trip with my friend. It is a budget hotel but due to off season the service was slow. The cleanliness was average as well. Overall OK for a quick short stay.

1 All rooms with king beds are located in the basement. No view and no light. There are a lot of bugs and they are not cleaned. There were too many mosquitoes at night and I couldn't sleep. The staff recommended a better room but said I had to pay double the price of the original room. The upgraded room has 2 bedrooms and 2 rooms, so it is too big for a couple.

The staff recommended a better room but said I had to pay double the price of the original room. The upgraded room has 2 bedrooms and 2 rooms, so it is too big for a couple.

Everything was comfortable. The reception staff were very good, especially The Egyptian Mr. Fayz who works at the café, thank you very much to him. The hotel location is excellent, with the sea in front of you and markets and restaurants beside you, so you don't need to rent a car.

The hotel was good and well kept (apart from the gym) with very kind and helpful staff. If you're looking for a pool lounging hotel, there are better options within a 20 minute walk as this hotel had one small pool. The gym was not kept very well with weights everywhere and the equipment itself could have been better.
