One of the sole hotels super close to the city center with a pool and gym included although that is outside of the hotel building and actually belongs to a gym chain. You can enter for free as a hotel guest. The hotel is a bit of a labyrinth but once you understood the layout, it works out nicely. People are friendly and service is good. You are not here for the views though :D

The hotel's location is super convenient for shopping and sightseeing right outside the door! There are also plenty of dining options. The facilities are great, though the heated towel rail wasn't turned on. The main downside is that it's right on a central road, so it's incredibly noisy! There's constant traffic, and downstairs by the roadside, young people laughing loudly at the cafe were really annoying. We had no choice but to keep the windows closed and endure the stuffiness; we couldn't open them for fresh air while sleeping!

This hotel is super nice and a very chic place to stay. Fun to have a drink in the lobby and to have breakfast inside the restaurant. The rooms are very spacious they have like three separate rooms and they have a beautiful balcony overlooking the property. Staff was flawless hotel was very upscale. The only problem I have with this hotel is that the pool is very very small and I like to luxury ate and of huge swimming pool when I am on vacation and the pool here very small maybe only suitable for children or for someone who doesn't like to swim laps. I never took a dip in the pool and I changed hotels because I wanted a spa / swimming pool hot tub amenity for my vacation. If you were not into pools then this is the perfect place to stay. I got this room for $100 a night and that is truly a steal.

Great view, location, big room and easy check in and checkout. But the bathroom didn’t have any holders for towels except a single in in the shower.. The water in the shower would also not drain properly but go instead move towards the outer edge of the shower and then leak into the bathroom, creating a small puddle.

Location is close to the restaurants. However, if you’re carrying big luggage, it can be inconvenient as the vehicle can’t drop you off directly at doorstep and you have to pull the luggage all the way from roadside to the hotel on the rocky road. The staff didn’t offer any assistance when I arrived with luggage as the hotel entrance is one step higher up from the street. The hotel room is ideal, but can still be improved. The door lock looks fragile.

This clean, budget-friendly hotel near the North Train Station exceeded all expectations for its category and price. The room facilities are simple but good in every aspect, with everything you need. The shower and toilet are in the room; the bathroom door is thin but acceptable. 📍Right outside is the 🚇 Gara de Nord [North Train Station] [M1, M3] metro entrance, and Bucharest North Train Station is a 5-minute walk away. 🍴The buffet breakfast is great with a rich selection. Savory options are always plentiful, while sweet options are slightly fewer, but this aligns with local customs.

In any self-respecting hotel, you would expect basic amenities like toothbrush holders in the bathroom. There were none, so we had to place our toothbrushes on the counter by the sink. Even simple items such as a shower cap were not provided. Housekeeping entered every morning without waiting after knocking. During heavy snowfall, the hotel made no effort to clear a path outside, and we had to walk through snow and frozen puddles to reach our taxi, while other hotels had cleared walkways for their guests. On our last morning, my husband went to buy a coffee and was sent to the dining room. When he made a coffee, a staff member immediately questioned whether we had paid for breakfast and called reception to check, without giving him a chance to say he would pay. She then loudly announced, “Sir! You haven’t paid for the coffee!” as if he were trying to steal. He paid immediately and didn’t even take the change. Overall, this hotel is no more than a three-star property. Management seemed absent, and the staff were unprofessional and inattentive

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Elite World Grand Hotel, conveniently located on Basin Ekspres in Istanbul, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment of arrival, the warm and professional demeanor of the staff was notable, catering to every need and making guests feel genuinely welcomed. The rooms are a true highlight, exhibiting a harmonious blend of luxury and comfort, with plush bedding, state-of-the-art amenities, and breathtaking views of the vibrant city of Istanbul. The attention to detail was evident, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and a keen eye for aesthetic elegance. The culinary offerings at the hotel are exceptional. Each dish I tried was a dance of flavors, paying homage to the rich culinary heritage of Turkey while also offering a variety of international cuisines to suit every palate. The dining atmosphere was equally commendable, providing a pleasant backdrop to every meal. The hotel’s location is highly advantageous, offering easy access to a myriad of Istanbul’s attractions, shopping destinations, and dining options. Whether one is in the city for business or pleasure, the Elite World Grand Hotel’s location ensures convenience. Furthermore, the range of facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a serene spa, added an extra layer of indulgence to the stay, allowing guests to unwind and rejuvenate effectively. I extend my sincere compliments to the entire team at Elite World Grand Hotel, Basin Ekspres, Istanbul, for making my stay memorable. Superb location right in the heart of old town in Bucharest. Room is large with space for luggage. Breakfast are good, the staff are excellent in their service, not only friendly but also assist us in liaise with local Uber driver for transfer due to the limited driveway. Back door leads to the entrance towards the old town while the main doors are meant to go towards the subway and transport via the main road. Highly recommended if you wish to stay right in the old town and spoilt for choices to various restaurants, pubs and shops for accessibility.

My greeting on arrival was very good and as soon as I mentioned I had an early start the next day a take out breakfast was arranged. (It lasted breakfast and lunch). The bar and restaurant were nice tho I only used the restaurant for a breakfast and that was very good. It's an easy walk to the Old City, supermarket and fast food places and a couple of good restaurants nearby. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing. I had a wonderful stay at House4You - Praporgescu in Bucharest on the night of October 2nd. The automatic check-in process was incredibly convenient and hassle-free. My room was spotless, pleasantly fragrant, and beautifully designed, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Despite the chilly weather outside, the room was perfectly warm thanks to the efficient heating and air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and attentive; because my flight was late and it was cold and rainy, the hotel kindly offered me a free late check-out from 11:00 to 13:00 and complimentary luggage storage. I especially want to express my gratitude to Luciana, who patiently helped me call taxis to the airport multiple times during rush hour. The hotel is at a very good location in old town. Just walking distance up to about 30 minutes in all directions are all the beautiful historic buildings you need to see. Yes it is going to be loud because it’s on the street with pubs and clubs but I didn’t mind the noise so much. Staff were very kind and helpful. Even helped me book a car for a discounted rate compared to what I would pay hailing a cab myself. The hotel is right next to Old City restaurant and the food is nice there. Keep in mind this is on a pedestrian street so cars can’t drop you to the hotel door. So if you have luggage just remember it’s about a five minutes walk from the Main Street where you get dropped off.

This hotel has a unique local charm, though it's a bit older. The elevator is one of those semi-automatic types installed behind the stairwell, so you have to close the door yourself. Directly across from the hotel is an old, abandoned building, which makes the area feel a bit run-down. The room itself was quite clean, but the bathroom did have a slightly dated feel. On the bright side, there are attractions nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

A good, well-maintained, and clean property, quite close (a 5-minute walk) to Piazza Romana, where you can catch buses and the metro to explore the city. There is parking available (about 3 spaces), but it's not guaranteed, so if the property is full, you may not find a parking spot unless you're paying for it in the blue parking spaces in front of the hotel or nearby. If I have a complaint, it's about the spring mattress and duvet sheets (I can't stand them; they cause extreme temperature changes while I sleep). The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Excellent location, right in the center but away from the noisy areas. Everything is easily accessible on foot. It's situated in a small square, which is convenient for taxis to drop you off right at the entrance. The aparthotel is new and tastefully decorated. The room is spacious with a mini-kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower (though the door opening inwards is a bit awkward). The sheets smelled wonderfully clean. They provide small individual portions of shower gel and conditioner, useful for a few days. The staff are friendly. The spa is nice, but the pool water was a bit cold. Overall, definitely recommended.
