When I met at the hotel of the same group next door at a later date, she called out and even remembered my name. I was very happy. ILINCA was also a kind reception staff. When I told him I was tired from a long trip, he let me check out for free. Thanks to that, I was able to leave the hotel room according to the flight time. The breakfast restaurant staff ADE always had a smile and a very good impression. I found that he spoke well and cared for the guests. Thanks to him, I felt good from the morning. The staff at the breakfast restaurant are like the staff at the restaurant Sharkia next to the reception of this hotel. Other staff are kind and the food is delicious above all, so if you are interested in Sharkia, it seems worth a visit. Izabela in the server kitchen spoke Japanese. I was surprised because there were few people who spoke Japanese. I was happy to come to greet me from the kitchen and speak Japanese. In addition, the security and housekeeper at the entrance were kind. Thanks to the staff, we had a comfortable 3 night stay. Thank you very much.

First of all, I'd like to thank the staff, who were always very friendly and helpful (there's even a WhatsApp messaging service for requesting information or services). The hotel is in a great location and is a new property, with modernly designed rooms that are spacious and equipped with multiple electrical outlets, perfect for charging your devices. The beds are really comfortable and the bathroom is a great size; I loved the kettle and the coffee machine with its various options, and I found a fresh bottle of water every day. Honestly, I would have liked to try breakfast at least one morning, but paying 150 euros for the room, spending 60 euros for two seemed a bit excessive. However, I understand that these are market dynamics and the price is probably fair. To be honest, I was kindly suggested to check the app to book it at a lower price (here on Trip, if I remember correctly, it was 23 euros), but after a few attempts, I couldn't find it and gave up, lol. Obviously 10/10. That being said, I thank and greet the staff once again for their helpfulness and kindness.

The toilet and shower room are separate, so if you want to wash your hands, you have to go to a different room. There's no bottled water in the room; you have to get it from the water dispenser in the hallway. I was on the 12th floor, and the water dispenser was broken, but no one answered when I called, so I had to go to the 11th floor to get water.

This hotel is super nice and a very chic place to stay. Fun to have a drink in the lobby and to have breakfast inside the restaurant. The rooms are very spacious they have like three separate rooms and they have a beautiful balcony overlooking the property. Staff was flawless hotel was very upscale. The only problem I have with this hotel is that the pool is very very small and I like to luxury ate and of huge swimming pool when I am on vacation and the pool here very small maybe only suitable for children or for someone who doesn't like to swim laps. I never took a dip in the pool and I changed hotels because I wanted a spa / swimming pool hot tub amenity for my vacation. If you were not into pools then this is the perfect place to stay. I got this room for $100 a night and that is truly a steal.

The water in the shower would also not drain properly but go instead move towards the outer edge of the shower and then leak into the bathroom, creating a small puddle.

A beautiful hotel in old town Bucharest! Even though I booked the cheapest room, it was really spacious and comfortable. I loved the bathroom and the room was very bright. Also, it was very quiet. There were only two other rooms on my floor and the sound insulation was good. I slept very well here. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to store my bag the next day while exploring the city. Very good hotel in a convenient location.

In any self-respecting hotel, you would expect basic amenities like toothbrush holders in the bathroom. There were none, so we had to place our toothbrushes on the counter by the sink. Even simple items such as a shower cap were not provided. Housekeeping entered every morning without waiting after knocking. During heavy snowfall, the hotel made no effort to clear a path outside, and we had to walk through snow and frozen puddles to reach our taxi, while other hotels had cleared walkways for their guests. On our last morning, my husband went to buy a coffee and was sent to the dining room. When he made a coffee, a staff member immediately questioned whether we had paid for breakfast and called reception to check, without giving him a chance to say he would pay. She then loudly announced, “Sir! You haven’t paid for the coffee!” as if he were trying to steal. He paid immediately and didn’t even take the change. Overall, this hotel is no more than a three-star property. Management seemed absent, and the staff were unprofessional and inattentive

Pros: 1. Excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from the Old Town. This means it's close to the liveliest pedestrian-only Old Town area, yet you can still easily hail a taxi. 2. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. 3. Has an elevator. 4. Friendly service. I highly recommend this hotel. It has many advantages and is good value for money. Since the capital doesn't have many attractions, staying at a hotel that's within walking distance of Old Town sights and also convenient for catching a taxi to more distant places is the ideal way to explore this city! Cons: Honestly, there aren't many cons, but the hallway on the breakfast floor smells quite bad. I think it's because the kitchen odors linger in the hallway. Superb location right in the heart of old town in Bucharest. Room is large with space for luggage. Breakfast are good, the staff are excellent in their service, not only friendly but also assist us in liaise with local Uber driver for transfer due to the limited driveway. Back door leads to the entrance towards the old town while the main doors are meant to go towards the subway and transport via the main road. I had an excellent short stay at this hotel and would certainly stay there again. My greeting on arrival was very good and as soon as I mentioned I had an early start the next day a take out breakfast was arranged. (It lasted breakfast and lunch). The bar and restaurant were nice tho I only used the restaurant for a breakfast and that was very good. It's an easy walk to the Old City, supermarket and fast food places and a couple of good restaurants nearby. The hotel certainly have some history but everything is so well maintained and cleaned, the room looks just like the photos they show. You need your card to press the lift and get in the floor hallway, which adds an extra layer of security. The hallway has a pleasant smell. The staff are very welcoming and willing to answer questions. The station is near underground metro and numerous bus stations, you can find public transports to most tourist sites. It was a pleasant stay and to get this experience for such affordable price I would say I definitely under-paid.

I had a wonderful stay at House4You - Praporgescu in Bucharest on the night of October 2nd. The automatic check-in process was incredibly convenient and hassle-free. My room was spotless, pleasantly fragrant, and beautifully designed, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Despite the chilly weather outside, the room was perfectly warm thanks to the efficient heating and air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and attentive; because my flight was late and it was cold and rainy, the hotel kindly offered me a free late check-out from 11:00 to 13:00 and complimentary luggage storage. I especially want to express my gratitude to Luciana, who patiently helped me call taxis to the airport multiple times during rush hour. Thanks to everyone at House4You, I had a truly great stay here.

Great location - within 10-15 mins walking distance from most of the main sites. There’s also a metro station about 4 mins walk for visiting the other sites. It’s also a 4 mins walk to the meeting points for most tours. Hotel room - double bed was actually a double bed! :) Not two singles put together. Good amenities provided such as disposable slippers, shower gel, separate shampoo and conditioner, hand gel, body cream, face towels. Surprisingly no bathrobe was provided given the Hilton name but still a good hotel room overall. Cleanliness - generally clean but have knocked 1 star off because a couple of the towels had other people’s hair on them when I arrived. However these were replaced with clean ones during room cleaning. Staff - good level of spoken English and understanding. Most of the staff were friendly. They were able to accommodate my request for a quiet room. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its convenient location.

The hotel is at a very good location in old town. Just walking distance up to about 30 minutes in all directions are all the beautiful historic buildings you need to see. Yes it is going to be loud because it’s on the street with pubs and clubs but I didn’t mind the noise so much. Staff were very kind and helpful. Even helped me book a car for a discounted rate compared to what I would pay hailing a cab myself. The hotel is right next to Old City restaurant and the food is nice there. Keep in mind this is on a pedestrian street so cars can’t drop you to the hotel door. So if you have luggage just remember it’s about a five minutes walk from the Main Street where you get dropped off.

Stayed for 3 nights in early September 2025. The hotel is located near the old town which is very convenient for sightseeing, as most of the places are within walking distance. It is refurbished from an old bank and retains the charm of the former building including a nice lobby which was previously the banking hall. They also have a vault with a bar within. The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities including a safebox. They have USB charger built in as well. Wifi was fast. The hotel also does have a swimming pool in the basement with wet and dry sauna facilities. The old town is right behind the hotel. Staff were professional and I managed to have slightly early check in thanks to a trainee lady (I did not catch the name) who took time to helped look for available room.

This hotel is super nice and a very chic place to stay. Fun to have a drink in the lobby and to have breakfast inside the restaurant. The rooms are very spacious they have like three separate rooms and they have a beautiful balcony overlooking the property. Staff was flawless hotel was very upscale. The only problem I have with this hotel is that the pool is very very small and I like to luxury ate and of huge swimming pool when I am on vacation and the pool here very small maybe only suitable for children or for someone who doesn't like to swim laps. I never took a dip in the pool and I changed hotels because I wanted a spa / swimming pool hot tub amenity for my vacation. If you were not into pools then this is the perfect place to stay. I got this room for $100 a night and that is truly a steal.

The hotel is in a great location! Take the bus from the airport to the University Station, then pass through Old Town and you're there in 10 minutes. There are restaurants and attractions nearby, all within walking distance. The room was spacious and provided slippers, which was great. The mini bar items were also very affordable. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. 5 stars! Highly recommended.

There is a gap in the water separation in the bathroom, which makes the bathroom floor still wet. The refrigerator in the room is not plugged in, and the socket is very deep and not easy to use Others are good, breakfast service is very thoughtful, will help to send drinks

Excellent location, right in the center but away from the noisy areas. Everything is easily accessible on foot. It's situated in a small square, which is convenient for taxis to drop you off right at the entrance. The aparthotel is new and tastefully decorated. The room is spacious with a mini-kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower (though the door opening inwards is a bit awkward). The sheets smelled wonderfully clean. They provide small individual portions of shower gel and conditioner, useful for a few days. The staff are friendly. The spa is nice, but the pool water was a bit cold. Overall, definitely recommended.

Had a wonderful one night stay for my birthday. Was kindly upgraded to a high floor with stunning balcony views, and left a cake and bottle of fizzy. Room was large, comfortable bed and extremely quiet. Bathroom was large with powerful shower. Hotel staff were polite and efficient. Recommend to all, hope to return .

The hotel is located close to the metro and the bus stop to the airport. Sights are also close. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, ducted air conditioner. There is an ATM in the hotel lobby. Breakfasts in the Chinese restaurant. Breakfast buffet: omelette, bacon, cheese and cold meats, muesli, croissants. The window in the room does not open.

The apartment was very easy to reach from the airport by public transport, with a bus service running 24 hours a day. The self check-in process was also very simple and convenient. I was initially worried because I arrived around midnight, but everything went smoothly. The hosts responded very quickly and were extremely helpful and cooperative. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after a late arrival. I would definitely recommend staying here!
