Hotel has great facilities and was very clean, though we were disappointed to realise that due to unsafe cliffs, it no longer offered direct access to the beach. Service should really be improved for such an expensive hotel: 1. Reception gave us 2 twin beds even though we specifically made a request at booking for double bed 2. Restaurants got my coffee orders wrong on multiple occasions throughout the stay 3. During the saturday bbq night, the hostess Priscilla made up a poor excuse not to give us a poolside table even though we were one of the earliest guests there. Her excuse was the remaining poolside tables were reserved for 4 families with dogs. We didn't see a single dog during the entire course of 2 hours, and the tables were given away to other couples for reasons unknown. This incident really upset us, and the fact that she had the audacity to make up such an excuse is appalling. 4. Gratuity was charged at 7.5% for every item, which is fine but what left a bad taste in the mouth is the hotel did it without informing customers upfront.

Advantages: This is a relatively large and beautiful resort, with two-story bungalows inside. It has different indoor and outdoor swimming pools, 2 restaurants, and a supermarket. The price/performance ratio is very high. I lived in a 2-room apartment with an independent kitchen and terrace. The bathroom is in the middle of the straight line between the two rooms, which plays a role in sound insulation. The room itself was quiet and spacious. There are several deck chairs on the terrace. The kitchen has an oven, electric kettle, microwave and refrigerator, which is very convenient. Disadvantages: The cleaners clean the room only once every two days. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk from the hotel entrance to the room. Only when you first check in, there is a battery car to take you off (free of charge), because the guests brought their luggage.

Excellent quiet hotel in a hilly position 15/20m walk from the center and beach (a little tiring on the way back because it's uphill). Excellent breakfast. Rooms also equipped with kitchen (ours had an electrical connection problem which was resolved the following day. Nice garden with swimming pool (not used given the gloomy weather). Absolutely loved the two bed sea view villa upgrade.. the pool was clean.. the kitchen was well equipped and we cooked our own meals during our stay.. better to get groceries supplies from nearby Lagoa town as the stores next to hotel doesn’t have much options.. Algarve Saco and Carveiro beach is walkable distance and there are few trekking routes next to hotel ..

The hotel is located in a small town, which fits the feeling of a village (not a derogatory word). You must drive here (there is no public transportation). The hotel is very quiet and feels very safe. The room is very large and fully equipped with a washing machine, a full set of kitchenware, a refrigerator, a sofa, a dining table, and a large balcony with a dining table where you can sit outdoors and watch the sunset and drink and eat, which is very comfortable. The hotel service staff is warm and polite. We arrived at about 12:30 noon. According to the previous hotel feedback, its policy is to check in at 4 pm, but the uncle at the front desk called and asked, saying that the room has been cleaned up and can be checked in for us. It is really good, otherwise we can only put down our luggage and go out. The hotel is not far from several attractions. It takes about ten minutes to drive there. The hotel is also about 10 minutes to drive to several large supermarkets in the town. Staying here is really the best choice for vacation. The key is high cost performance.

The location is quiet, but also far from the center. Whoever is here for the first time should explain exactly where the booked accommodation is. It is all very extensive and many private houses and lands between it. I have been looking for over 20 minutes by car and walking. It would have been helpful if the reception staff had put me a Google Maps marking. The apartment itself was clean, large and well equipped. It would have been quiet too, unfortunately, despite the side season and many empty accommodations, I was stayed right next to a building site. The view from the balcony was not beautiful and the bulls went off every morning at eight. In addition to all that I felt well and can recommend it further.

This is a lovely, airy and spacious ground floor apartment, with wonderful sea views. It is part of the popular Monte Dourado resort in central Carvoeiro, and is literally a couple of minutes walk from the iconic beach, fabulous restaurants, and shops. Occupying one of the best positions on the end of a block in the front row of apartments, the lounge, master bedroom and terrace, all have wonderful sea views. It also benefits from being a single ground floor apartment, with no apartment above and is one of only three apartments on the complex having been constructed in this way.Having undergone some refurbishment in 2024, the apartment benefits from an air conditioning and heating system and new double-glazed windows and doors, with mosquito nets on the main windows and patio doors. The bathrooms have also been partially upgraded, with some new fittings, including a new rain shower in the front bathroom.It also has its own fibre broadband wifi system (not shared with other Monte Dourado apartments), to ensure fast, broadband speeds for our guests.The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people, having a super king-sized bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom.The accommodation also includes:BATHROOMS. Located just 1km from the beautiful fisherman's cove of Benagil, which has a stunning sandy beach and the incredible Algar de Benagil cave, this charming property is in a highly sought after location.249 square meters area house on plot or 2800 square meters.Double gates open to a paved calçada (traditional cobblestone) driveway. Attractive gardens with fruit trees line the drive. There is parking for at least three cars in front of the house.Traditional double doors reveal an open plan rustic-style lounge and dining room with central fireplace to warm the property in the cooler winter months. The lounge has beautiful wood beam and bamboo ceilings. Double patio doors from both the lounge and dining area lead to a superb outside entertaining area and covered terraces overlooking the pool. There is a guest cloakroom just from the lounge and generous cupboard space for storage. The sunny dining area has a door to the kitchen which also has access to the gardens.The kitchen is on the east side and has lovely sun exposure in the morning from two sets of double windows. The three bedrooms and studios are located in the west giving them beautiful sunset views.The bedrooms are all of a generous size, with two bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. One bedroom has separate access to the outside terraces and pool areas. The enormous master bedroom is en-suite and also has a leading to the separate guest studio.There is also external access to the guest studio from the front of the house so this can be used as an independent dwelling or incorporated into the main house. Gratuity was charged at 7.5% for every item, which is fine but what left a bad taste in the mouth is the hotel did it without informing customers upfront.

The hotel is very quiet and feels very safe. According to the previous hotel feedback, its policy is to check in at 4 pm, but the uncle at the front desk called and asked, saying that the room has been cleaned up and can be checked in for us. It is really good, otherwise we can only put down our luggage and go out. The hotel is not far from several attractions. It takes about ten minutes to drive there. The hotel is also about 10 minutes to drive to several large supermarkets in the town. Staying here is really the best choice for vacation. The key is high cost performance.

The overall decoration is simple, completely unmatched with the four-star 5. The room arrangement is very biased. After the elevator is out on the floor, it takes 1 and a half minutes to get to the room. Important point: 3 hours after we checked out, we found that the charger of the laptop was forgotten in the room. We called the hotel immediately. The hotel said that we would reply to us after verification. I waited for 3 days and did not receive a call from the hotel. Here I want the table field Trip.com customer service, one day I called more than a dozen calls to urge the implementation, and finally waited for the hotel to confirm the reply found. Excellent quiet hotel in a hilly position 15/20m walk from the center and beach (a little tiring on the way back because it's uphill). Excellent breakfast. Rooms also equipped with kitchen (ours had an electrical connection problem which was resolved the following day. Nice garden with swimming pool (not used given the gloomy weather). Convenient parking
