Very nice bed, bedding, shower & sprayer, bath tub, toliet and bathroom well stocked with supplies. Kureg Coffee Maker & coffee and botted water supplied. The rooftop level has large indoor bar, tables and couches. There is also a large outdoor area with tables and seating. Beautiful unique space with soaring 20' ceilings to the peak. Carefully designed by the owners down to each detail. The first floor master bedroom has a private soaking tub and door leading to the upper level of the oversized deck in the front of the home. The deck has a patio set and a grill. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One with a queen bed, the other with twin bunks and a twin/full bunk. All bedrooms have TVs. The main level has an open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen featuring a six burner stove. The basement is not accessible as there is a long term tenant living there. They do not have access to our space and have their own exit and entrance separate from the main floor and your space. The Renwick Mansion Guest house is a 1300 square foot three bedroom house that is part of the 4 acre Renwick Mansion estate. It sits on a beautiful partially wooded lot in central Davenport. The house has been part of the same parcel as Renwick since they were all part of the St. Katherine's historic district. Now, the Renwick Mansion is a wedding and event venue with this guest house on the property, and is also rentable on VRBO. If you plan your stay while Renwick is hosting a public event you can catch a concert or comedy show right next door! (Check the Renwick Mansion FB/Instagram page for details) On the first floor, the house has a comfortable living/TV room, dining room, kitchen and a family room with a sectional couch and projection screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics to make sure you can cook on the gas stove/oven during your stay. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a TV, bedroom 2 has a full/Double size bed and bedroom 3 has a queen bed and twin sized bunk beds. There is a fenced in backyard with a brick patio/firepit, back stoop and grill. The lot is shared with The Renwick Mansion, and has plenty of space on the four acres that is near the guest house to explore and play yard games. Love this place we stayed on the 3rd floor no problems room was very ean bed was just a little to firm for my back I had 4 pillows 2 soft 2 firm pillow cases said firm and soft kinda cool. Never again will I bring my pillow from home no need breakfast was great fresh apples, bananas. Biscuits and sausage gravy, two kind of omelets, pork sausage , cinnamon rolls milk cold cereal , 3 kinds of juice. Oatmeal pancake machine was out of order,😞. Breakfast was always great.
