Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Genting! We travelled with our 1-year-old baby, and the hotel was very family-friendly. My little one especially enjoyed the playground, which was a great place for her to play and burn some energy. The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of choices. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay, and it was a nice experience for our little family. Would definitely consider staying here again on our next Genting trip!

I hardly know where to start... This is the largest howling the world, check-in is 100% automated, the rooms quality and view vary a lot at the ferry same price, and in order to rectify any problem the queue to the reception staff may well reach 250+ people, with waiting time UP TO SEVEN HOURS! What is great there though, Are tha views from those rooms that have it (most of them don't) and vrwelcoming and professional reception and housekeeping staff. My problems were attendee very efficiently once I got hold of supervisors. What truly shocked me us total absence of in-room internet, wired or wireless, free or chargeable. Come on, it's 2026th!!!

The hotel front desk staff were friendly, and there was a Chinese-speaking attendant, so language wasn't an issue. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and luxurious! They even provided beautiful complimentary refreshments! The view from the window was especially good, with the clouds in the mountains below us. It's a shame the weather wasn't great during our stay, as it was very foggy.

Hotel is further up so pros is nice views, cons is harder to get grab (if you don’t drive/rent vehicle). Convenient location as McDonald delivery also manage to deliver to hotel location. There is also food, Marts, laundry etc in 1 km. Saw some tourists walk down as well. Hotel has 2 toilet, small tv not able to play Netflix etc unless you have HDMI to connect your own devices. There is one bedroom without aircon as its door is sliding door (queen bed) so got to leave it open slightly to get the hallway aircon.

Two queen size bed just nice for family of four, just loved that balcony glass door can open entirely giving unblock view to the trees. Service was great, they provide small treats daily (steam purple potatoes with butter and kampung coffee) that was just so welcoming. The check-in experience was horrible, was informed by estate management that room was not ready even at 4:30pm (chk in supposed to be 3:00pm). Trip.com has to step in but seems the communication between Trips.com and estate management ((Stonez7) does not go well. I somehow managed to get into the unit at 5.00pm after few round of close follow-up. The room was cosy but cleanliness could be improved. Dust still found on the floor. The shower temperature is hard to control. In most cases, we have to bathe with cold water. We were asked to leave the unit by 11:00am on the final day. Even though we have been informed during check in that they have extended our check out time by additional 2 hours. This is totally a big disappointment as seems there has been miscommunication here and there. Anyway, plus point is that the unit come with balcony and view is nice. We are fortunate to see double rainbow from our balcony.

We had a splendid staycation here at Geo Resort & Hotel. Starting with a smooth check in process, easy access parking, there were mini stalls just outside the hotel lobby until 10pm, the hotel located very near to lots of eateries & convenient stores. We had our dinner at Mohd Chan just walking distance from the hotel. The hotel room was cozy & clean enough. The amenities provided were good, I love the shower gel & shampoo because they smelled so refreshing. The breakfast spread was limited but tasted excellent! Please try their roti canai, so good! I would recommend this hotel to anyine coming to Genting Highlands. We look forward for our next staycation here.

The hotel was basic and quite dated. There was no aircon and you can hear the noise from the amusement park and restaurants all day. Location is prime if you are staying to watch concert at the Arena of Stars. But seriously lack of service as it would take you at least 45 mins to check in unless you use those self checkin machine. No facilities and you have to go to another hotel for breakfast. No signage or whatever and it's quite easy to get lost.

But as i was about to take the food suddenly a wasp fell off on the toaster oven before it flew on the wall next to it. Told the staff yet they didnt do anything about it. I recently stayed at Hotel Seri Malaysia Genting Highlands for one night. The hotel has a rather dated appearance, and many aspects of the room, including the bed, wardrobe, and furnishings, seem unchanged for many years. While the room was spacious, the overall condition could benefit from refurbishment. The room itself was reasonably clean, but the bathroom was less impressive. There were visible signs of mould and some dirt buildup, particularly in certain areas of the toilet. One of the biggest drawbacks of my stay was the noise level. The hotel is located close to the main road at Gohtong Jaya, and traffic noise could be heard clearly throughout the night. As a result, I found it difficult to get a deep and restful sleep. Overall, the hotel may be suitable for a short one-night stay if you’re simply looking for a place to rest before heading to Genting Highlands. However, for a stay of two or three nights, I would probably consider other options, especially if sleep quality and comfort are important to you.

The water pressure from the shower is low, one of us had to shower cold water until we manage to figure out the water pump. The host sent their maintenance guy to fix the water pump the next day at 9am (when we were still sleeping). Couldn't find the AC remote, took us 30 minutes to final find it next to one of the beds. The kitchen sink was clogged and making noise. Parking is a hassle as it's open air and you need to park quite a distance if you get back late. It was raining when we arrived, so we were all soaked due to the open air parking. We called the host at 12am to ask about the water pressure, he was responsive and helped us (over the phone) to sort it out. Water pressure is still low, but I guess that's the ”normal” pressure. Room can fit 6 adults comfortably. Good sound proofing.

I arrived with a lot of excitement and high expectations, but unfortunately, the overall experience towards the end was not as good as I had hoped. For the accommodation, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and there seemed to be some drainage issues. There were also small insects, which I believe may have been related to the cleanliness of the drainage area. The swimming pool also did not seem very clean. When I entered the pool, I noticed some white, mucus-like substance floating on the surface, which was quite unpleasant. The service experience was also disappointing. One of the female Malay staff members at the customer service counter did not seem very friendly or patient. I simply asked one more time to clarify the parking procedure after check-out — whether we only needed to provide our car plate number at the counter — but her response came across as rather impatient. There was also an inconsistency regarding the gym rules. I wanted my parents to come in and have a look while I was working out, but they were not wearing sports shoes, so the staff told them they could not enter. I completely understand and respect this safety rule. However, I noticed that there were guests inside the gym exercising on the equipment while wearing slippers. I asked the staff about this, and I was told that slippers were not allowed and that they would contact the person in charge to handle it. However, I stayed in the gym for about 45 minutes, and the guest wearing slippers eventually finished their workout and left without anyone coming to address the issue. Later, another three people also entered the gym wearing slippers. I understand that rules are necessary for safety, but they should be applied consistently to all guests. Overall, I really wanted to enjoy my stay, but these experiences unfortunately affected my impression of the property. I hope the management can take this feedback seriously and improve the cleanliness, customer service, and consistency in enforcing the facilities’ rules.

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was quite convenient. Although the theme park requires a bit of walking, there is a nearby mall with many restaurants and dining options, which was very convenient. However, the customer service and communication were quite disappointing. The check-in process was not communicated to us in advance. We only received the relevant information after we contacted customer service and asked for it. We also experienced an issue with the jacuzzi, as there was no hot water. We contacted customer service several times, but they only sent us a video, which did not actually answer or resolve our question. We then requested for someone to come to the room to check the jacuzzi. However, the response was very slow. We were eventually informed that someone would come to our room to check. However, no one came. At around 10:15 AM on the check out date, they contacted us again to show for our room key photo for verification. Although they again promised to send someone to check the issue, no one came before we checked out. Overall, the room and surrounding facilities were good, but the customer service, response time, and follow-up on the jacuzzi issue need significant improvement. The issue was never properly checked or resolved during our stay.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel despite it being new. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong drainage smell in the lobby, which was already off-putting. Check-in was extremely slow and disorganized. Even though we were the only guests checking in at the time, it took more than 30 minutes just to receive our room key. When we finally entered the room, we were surprised to find that it was not the room type we had booked. We had to call reservations ourselves to seek clarification, but no proper follow-up was given. When we returned to the reception, the staff seemed unaware of the issue. After further checking, we were informed that the room we had booked was no longer available. This was very disappointing, especially since we had already paid in advance. It is unacceptable that a confirmed booking was not honored, and even more concerning that staff were instructed not to disclose the real reason. Eventually, they offered us a different themed room, but by then we were already exhausted from waiting and dealing with the situation. We accepted it just to move on, but the experience completely ruined what was meant to be a birthday surprise for our daughter, for which we had specifically paid extra. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a strong drainage smell that was very difficult to tolerate. Although the room itself was clean, the odor made the stay uncomfortable, and we were simply waiting to check out. Facilities were generally okay, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety. However, the food was quite tasteless. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay,

The room was great, very new, clean, no strange odors, and the bedding was comfortable. They even provided body lotion. Breakfast was semi-buffet style with limited choices. I forgot that breakfast was included with the room and thought it was an extra charge, so I skipped it the second day, which felt like a bit of a waste. The surrounding area is a mixed bag. The view from the window was nice, with high-rise buildings visible on the mountain top. However, there's a lot of construction going on nearby, and passing cars can kick up a lot of dust in some areas. Our room didn't overlook much of the construction, but it was quite noisy in the mornings with the sounds of building work. Getting around wasn't very convenient, especially going to the top of the Highland mountain. It was hard to get a taxi back. We walked from Casio down Avenue Bridge to Antara, which was easy and didn't take long. But trying to get a taxi from Antara back to the hotel was really difficult. The price was doubled, and we waited over half an hour before finally getting a car. The hotel service was alright, nothing particularly special.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has a beautiful design, and both the morning views and the night scenery were amazing. It’s a great place for a family trip or a gathering with friends. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness and smell of the bathroom. Since the hotel is located in the highlands, the humidity is quite high, and there was some moss-like buildup on the floor as well as a slightly musty smell. It would be great if some dehumidifying products could be placed in the bathroom to help with this. One thing we really loved was the washing machine. Having a washer and dryer in one was extremely convenient, especially for a longer stay! Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the atmosphere and design of the hotel.

The hotel room was nice, clean, and tidy. However, because we were on a lower floor, the traffic noise from outside was really loud, especially since it's on an uphill road. It was super noisy late at night when everything else was quiet. Another serious issue was the extremely slow hotel Wi-Fi; it just kept buffering when I tried to browse, let alone play any games. (And checking in at the front desk took 50 minutes of waiting!) 😥

I'd like to inform you that I'm quite unhappy with my experience this time 😊 I had requested a room with a nice view in advance because I traveled all the way from Perak. However, I was told that rooms with views were fully booked. When I got to Level 48, I saw that there were still several empty rooms, and some were just being cleaned around 4 PM. So I was a bit disappointed because if there were indeed rooms available, I would have been willing to wait so my long journey wasn't in vain. I hope the hotel management takes this matter more seriously.

Booked the Family Room, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Our room was located in the building nearest to the link bridge to SkyAvenue, which was convenient. Overall, I would say the hotel room was average. The room looks rather dated, with visible wear and tear on the furniture. The shower water pressure was also quite weak, and the hot water was intermittent — it could suddenly turn very hot, which can be dangerous especially for young children. While the hotel is relatively near SkyAvenue, there is still quite a bit of walking involved. I had booked another room for my elderly parents, but unfortunately, their room was allocated in a different building. They had to walk across the link bridge to get to our building, which was inconvenient as they have difficulty walking. Another thing to note is that check-in is largely self-service via kiosks. The hotel staff do not check you in at the counter, and I found the kiosk system not very intuitive. This could be particularly challenging for elderly guests who may not be familiar with using such systems. Overall, the main advantage is the location and the availability of larger family rooms, but the rooms could definitely do with some upgrading. I would also recommend families travelling with elderly guests to request rooms in the same building in advance, if possible.
