Due to noise issues in the room I initially booked online, the understanding and experienced hotel staff promptly upgraded me to a fantastic Deluxe City View room. The presentations, gifts, and overall arrangement in the room were simply outstanding. I would also like to thank the concierge team for making reservations at all the restaurants and beach clubs.

The front desk staff upgraded me to a room with a balcony for free, thank you! The stay was very comfortable, including the bathtub, bed, sofa, balcony, everything. The breakfast was a little weak, not many varieties, the fruit was not sweet, and the black guy serving was also sloppy. But the hotel is in an excellent location, in the heart of Cannes. Public parking is 30 Euros per night. Valet parking is 50. Will come again.

這應該是我在法國旅遊期間住過最好的酒店，首先，前台接待特別好，我第一次碰見前台登記入住的專門離開工作崗位把我送到房間的，這是我在國外旅遊第一次碰到，而我竟然忘了給她小費。其次，酒店的環境特別好，有一個露天的泳池被酒店的房間包圍着，私密性很好，泳池的員工服務也特別好。房間設計得極其的棒，可能是專業設計師來設計的，不論是床品還是佈局，還是整個房間的背景佈置，都感覺非常舒服。再説説不太好的，第一就是在離店的時候多收了錢，所以千萬不能拿卡去做擔保，否則的話他們會收你兩次錢，寧願給現金做按金，這是我在他們這邊學到的一個經驗，後來為了要回這個錢，折騰了好長時間。第二就是他們的沙灘，並不像想象的這麼好，不是衹給酒店的客人，而是什麼人都可以進，而且沙灘床距離太近，躺在床上感覺跟別人睡在一張床上。

The bathtub in the room is designed without a shower curtain, which is a bit inconvenient to use. Everything else is good, the area is quite large. It is very close to the sea, just across the road. There are luxury stores around, which is very convenient for shopping. There are also many dining options. It was a truly fantastic experience. The Cristal Hotel in Cannes is a medium-sized property that has everything you'd expect from a hotel: a small but welcoming reception area with very discreet and friendly staff who are always ready to help; reasonably spacious rooms with clean and efficient bathrooms, and above all, very quiet, allowing you to rest in complete relaxation. In my superior room, I found two complimentary Nespresso coffee capsules and two bottles of water every day. The hotel's location is truly strategic: a one-minute walk from both Rue des Antibes and La Croisette, in fact, it's located exactly halfway between the two, meaning you can reach the most beautiful spots in the city in an instant. The hotel has a lot of history. It's a building historic building at a wonderful location. However because the building is so old, the rooms are tiny, facilities are old, elevator are petit. The services is great and the view if your room is looking at the marina is wonderful. Otherwise it's really not the best hotel experience to expect. I'll most probably choose a different place to stay at when I return to the city.

Rating: 2/5 Unfortunately, my expectations for the hotel were much higher than reality. Upon check-in, I opened the door to my first room and saw that it hadn't been cleaned. At reception, they gave me a different key, saying, ”This is a superior room,” but I didn't notice any difference. The key card also didn't work. I ended up having to hop back and forth between floors three times with heavy luggage. There wasn't even a toothbrush in the room. They promised to bring some in the morning, but instead sent me to the store to get my own toothbrush and toothpaste. You can constantly hear the workers: someone finishing something, moving furniture, walking around. It's impossible to rest and relax. It's a good thing I wasn't there long. I won't be back and I don't recommend it. (2 photos from the first check-in and 1 after the change)

We booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking. Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails. After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ). They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty. We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself. The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither. We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam. We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area. Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area. Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325).. The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful.

We have been over a day , we don't like to disturb and bad days all have,and the next day it repeated, but only the next day they could solve the problem and we understand that part , but the water of the shower was cold, in December is difficult to take a cold water bath and every day the water never got regular, which made the stay unpleasant... the jacuzzi problem was solved on the third day and we understand, they tried their best, a new room and the breakfast included and we thank you for that,to thiso of the water was one of the negative points and the breakfast served in the room had some missing things in the menu (no additional cost) that should warn, but finally. The staff were very friendly and the view was very beautiful. Cleaning could also be improved, it has pins marks on the toilet cap that should not exist and the cakes of the caviars on the terrace that in no day was clean 🫠. But I believe it was just a bad phase that can happen anywhere, not stop visiting, it is just an assessment, perhaps a little more demanding person and who works with demanding public! 😅

All the other staff were very kind, and the room was very well maintained, so thanks to you, I had a very comfortable stay in Cannes. However, I had one unpleasant experience. The female staff member in charge of breakfast was extremely rude. That morning, I had purchased some bread and, since it was quite large, I wanted to ask if it could be shared with other guests having breakfast. (It was freshly bought that morning, completely new.) However, she seemed to misunderstand and thought I was asking if I could eat the bread on the terrace. Without listening to me at all, she simply said “No!” I understand that she might not have wanted it or could have refused to share, and I also understand that outside food might be a sensitive issue. But her reaction was far too rude. When I tried to explain (using a translator) that I wasn’t trying to eat it myself, but only wanted to offer it to others, she didn’t listen and asked me to leave the terrace. It was so unreasonable, and this incident negatively affected my mood for the rest of the trip. Even when I returned to the hotel, she ignored me. I just want to clarify that my frustration wasn’t because my offer of the bread was refused. Even if she had simply said, “Sorry, we have plenty of bread, it’s okay,” I would not have felt upset at all. Of course, I would have respected that. I feel it’s unreasonable that guests should have to be cautious of this staff member’s attitude. If it weren’t for her, the hotel experience would have been excellent.

Ein sehr süßes, kreativ gestaltetes Haus mit Pool im grünen Garten. Absolut großartiger Service und sehr nettem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Wir hatten eine Suite im OG, die absolut großzügig geschnitten war und einen riesigen Balkon hatte. Vom Bett aus konnte man bis zum Meer schauen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Einzig an der Ausstattung in der kleinen Küche kann man noch arbeiten- Gläser, Teller, Besteck und ein Korkenzieher sowie Geschirrhandtuch wären toll. Auch ein Bademantel für den Pool wäre schön. Die Lage ist etwas oberhalb der Innenstadt, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben, da es weniger touristisch ist. Mit dem Bus ist man sehr schnell am Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

「ラ バスティード ドゥ ロリビエ」を拠点として、カンヌ国際映画祭、モナコeプリ、ニース等を堪能しました。 カンヌ駅、カンヌ市街地からは若干遠く(徒歩15分程度)、坂の上の立地ですが、そのおかげで街中の喧騒もなく静かな南フランスを堪能できました。 お部屋も素敵で、テラス、ジャグジー、キッチン付きでしたので、たとえばモノプリ等で食材を購入し料理も可能でした。 敷地内にはプールや東屋のような施設もありました。自然は豊かでしたが、なぜか虫はほとんどいませんでした。 また新聞はもとより、ヴァニティ・フェア等の雑誌も無料で配付されていました。 今回は2回目の滞在でしたが、機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

Everything in this hotel was just right. The staff were kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The bed was very clean and the linens felt amazing — soft, fresh, and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were spotless. One special detail we truly appreciated was the beautiful view from the bathroom window in our room — it made the stay feel even more special. We didn’t try the breakfast because we preferred to explore cafés in the city center, but everything else exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

All the other staff were very kind, and the room was very well maintained, so thanks to you, I had a very comfortable stay in Cannes. However, I had one unpleasant experience. The female staff member in charge of breakfast was extremely rude. That morning, I had purchased some bread and, since it was quite large, I wanted to ask if it could be shared with other guests having breakfast. (It was freshly bought that morning, completely new.) However, she seemed to misunderstand and thought I was asking if I could eat the bread on the terrace. Without listening to me at all, she simply said “No!” I understand that she might not have wanted it or could have refused to share, and I also understand that outside food might be a sensitive issue. But her reaction was far too rude. When I tried to explain (using a translator) that I wasn’t trying to eat it myself, but only wanted to offer it to others, she didn’t listen and asked me to leave the terrace. It was so unreasonable, and this incident negatively affected my mood for the rest of the trip. Even when I returned to the hotel, she ignored me. I just want to clarify that my frustration wasn’t because my offer of the bread was refused. Even if she had simply said, “Sorry, we have plenty of bread, it’s okay,” I would not have felt upset at all. Of course, I would have respected that. I feel it’s unreasonable that guests should have to be cautious of this staff member’s attitude. If it weren’t for her, the hotel experience would have been excellent.

Stayed here for one night. The location is very convenient, from the station is only about 10 minutes walk. There are shops, restaurants and market nearby. You can reach the port for 5–7 minutes. Toilet and shower are common, are on every floor. In general, at its price it is a good and quite comfortable option for short stay.

You can reach the port for 5–7 minutes. Toilet and shower are common, are on every floor. In general, at its price it is a good and quite comfortable option for short stay.

We booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking. Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails. After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ). They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty. We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself. The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither. We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam. We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area. Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area. Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325).. The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful.
