The room was delightfully spacious, far exceeding expectations based on the photos, and featured a long, inviting entrance. It was well-equipped, including a convenient kitchen. However, we did encounter issues. The air conditioning was broken, and the provided portable unit proved insufficient. The spa bath unfortunately expelled some brown sediment, rendering the bath water unusable. Scaffolding from a nearby construction site obstructed the view entirely. While the listing advertised a gym and sauna, access was restricted to residents only, preventing us from using them. We booked rather late in the day, around 6 pm, unaware that the reception desk closed at 5 pm. This necessitated contacting trip for assistance, as we couldnt make international calls to the duty manager. Ample free parking was available outside, but the basement parking, while convenient, incurred a $15 charge, which seemed unnecessary given the availability of free spaces. Overall, the stay was acceptable, though somewhat underwhelming.

The room was clean, the kitchen utensils were complete, the air conditioning was very powerful, the room had an electric heater, the toilet had a heating pole, and it was very comfortable to use warm bath towels. It’s super close to the beach, and I went to the beach in a minute or two. I watched the sunrise and it was awesome! On the unmanned beach, there are quite a lot of birds, and there are five or six kinds. Easy parking. Toiletries are a better brand in New Zealand

Total ２ It was a night stay, but I was able to spend very comfortable. This time I had a business at Tauranga Hospital, and it was safe and good that I could park in front of the room and didn't have to walk in the facility. Also, even if I stayed with a couple ２ person, I made a room with a ２ bed, but even a quiet and clean queen size bed, the mat below is another 々, so I will not be woken up by turning over. ２ I think people are the best to sleep. There is also an outlet on the head of the bed (I brought an extension cord just in case, so I can use it more comfortably), so it was good to sleep while charging the CPAP mask and smartphone. I will use it again even if I have the opportunity next time.

The way everything was laid out and the excellent quality linen made it feel nice and luxury. The owners and staff have put a lot of time into makung the room and Motor Inn grounds look special and relaxing. It would be nice if the room had a bit more natural lighting eg one or two more skylights but there was plenty of good artificial lighting so the amount of light in the room was not a problem. Thank You For a Beautiful stay. This will be our number 1 choice whenever we come to Tauranga.

The complete facilities of Quest Hotel are really unprecedented. There are commercial washing machines, heat pump dryers, range hoods, stoves, various pots and pans in the room at this price. The location is very good in the city center. Parking in the parking lot is also 15 yuan cheaper. I made a delicious garlic butter green mouth here, and now I think it is still delicious. I forgot two clothes in the room and it was very nice to help mail them. The best choice for a future trip to Oceania must be.

This is a really well equipped room and we were very happy with our stay. The room is large and well lit. Comfy big beds and the air-con works well as it gets very warm in the room with the afternoon sun streaming in. We enjoyed the very vocal welcoming cat in reception too! The location is very close to everything you need during your stay. Would love to have a sealed bottle of milk rather than the pre filled bottle, and there were toenail clippings all over the carpet by my side of the bed and the light bulbs were coated in dust; these were small issues but didn’t detract from what is a great place to stay. A little attention to detail and this place is close to 10/10.

The location is very good, very close to the attractions, free parking spaces, the shared kitchen is large, comfortable and clean, everything else is good, but the facilities in the room are relatively old. Overall the price/performance ratio is still very good

Basically very satisfied, good value for money, good environment, there is a swimming sauna opposite, next to the beach, very convenient, I will go there again next time I have the chance
