I recently stayed at Quest Hotel Tagaytay, and the experience was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived early, before check-in time, and they kindly helped us store our luggage until our room was ready. They also gave us helpful local tips, which made our stay even smoother. We traveled by bus from Manila to Tagaytay. Initially, I thought buses ran only once per hour, but we discovered they actually run approximately every 15 minutes. If there are enough passengers, buses may even depart immediately, sometimes with more than one leaving at the same time. Very efficient and convenient. The hotel is located in the city center, but not directly on the main road. This is actually a huge advantage — you are less than a two-minute walk from the main street, yet at night there is no traffic noise. It’s peaceful and perfect for rest. The bus stops right in front of the hotel, which makes arrival very easy. If you come by car, there is parking available. The swimming pool is wonderful, and the atmosphere of the hotel is charming and relaxing. There are many cafés, restaurants, and shopping areas nearby, all within walking distance. For transportation around the city, the cheapest option is the local jeepney. Tricycles (tuk-tuk) are convenient, but the jeepney is more affordable. People in the city are very friendly and always willing to help if you ask for directions or recommendations. Security staff in shops are attentive and helpful, and even the local police are approachable and friendly. Overall, it was an incredible experience. A charming place to stay in Tagaytay.

I recently had a staycation at Taal Vista and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. The ambiance of the property is truly commendable—relaxing, scenic, and well-suited for a quick escape from the city. The surroundings are well-maintained, and the cleanliness of the facilities reflects good housekeeping standards. However, the room experience did not fully meet expectations. One notable concern was the lack of sound insulation, as noise from adjacent rooms was clearly audible. This affected the overall sense of privacy and made it somewhat difficult to fully relax during the stay. In summary, Taal Vista offers a beautiful and clean environment, but improvements in room soundproofing would greatly enhance guest comfort and privacy.

Very nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available

It was my first time staying here with my family and it did meet our expectations! First, the staffs (Cy & Kat) they were so nice & accommodating, I see that they both act as the receptionist and housekeeping at the same time, they are very multitasking. They're obviously understaff but hands down to them, they can do everything. Second, the rooms were very clean,from the bathroom, to the lobby area to the linens, all was clean and feels like high-quality level of cleanliness. High praise to that! The lobby was clean & fragrant. The parking was spacious. Highly recommended and will surely comeback! Thank you Lee Boutique Tagaytay!

The place was very near to Picnic Grove , like a 2 to 3 minutes walk. It was very nice, the room was clean. The pool water was very cold though as Tagaytay is generally cold this time of the year. Staff and check-in were very nice and a breeze. Breakfast was delicious. The coffee was very aromatic as well. My only comment was transportation. It was a challenge to get to the hotel without Grab. Used Joyride app to book a car. Also tried other apps like InDrive LalaMove. It would be really helpful if the hotel had its own transportation. On the side, everything was OK and nice.

Around a 5–10 minute walk to SM Hypermarket, and about 15–20 minutes on foot to popular spots like Papadom,Bag of Beans, Starbucks Reserve Hiraya, Ridge Park, and Sky Ranch…if you don’t mind walking. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the view of Taal Lake was amazing. Catching the sunrise from the room was definitely a bonus. The only downside was that the shower water pressure was a bit low. Overall, it was totally worth the money.Thank You Summit Ridge Tagatay!😊

The location itself is very nice. Really 'monticello', a small mountain. It is easy to find, if driving, Hotel Monticello is between the Tagaytay-Nasugbu road and the Mendez road. This hotel is between the highway and the normal way (if you call it that). Not very new, actually the hotel is a bit old. That is its downside. But still okay with us. Just five floors high, the view is already magnificent. Or maybe where you are situated. Mind you, the white orchids that greet you when you come in are all very nice and very healthy! Overall, Tagaytay is a cool region, and it is windy. so even without electric fan or aircondition, the air is cool. Take a scroll down at the pool area, pass some time enjoying the air, or be misted with the light drizzle, now that's something!

At first i was disappointed because it's a long walk from the parking area to the room assigned to us plus the steps that you need to walk through. Then i realized i needed to walk and release some sweat. The hotel's facade is quiete tricky. It looks small but when you enter it's big. The swimming pool is very clean the staff spent a long time cleaning the area. There's a safe and cute hanging bridge and the spa and jacuzzi are also available. The staff are very accomodating. Their patience is remarkable. Thank you for your kindness. God bless you all. If i'll get the chance i will surely coming back.

CONTAINERS-is conveniently located across from SVD Starbucks - with view of Taal Lake. It’s really an Eco friendly- green environment made with all different kinds of organic materials- from outside to inside. Local artists- including owners work ,decorate the space. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Nice bathroom. Japanese Restaurant on site is delicious. Air conditioning in rooms is ok - but a little noisy. Needs some air freshener in room- smells a bit musty.

We had our overnight stay yesterday. We're happy about the price and the room we stayed, complete toiletries. The Room is clean. There are just things to be improved. 1. Bath towels - doesn't smell newly washed 2. bulb lights - its best if it's a higher watts 3. Noise - guests must be advised to lower their noise as other guests are already sleeping at 2am. The room, amenities, hotel ambiance, and service at Via Appia Hotel are great. The staff are friendly, and the place is very comfortable. The only issue I experienced was with the bathroom heater and hot water. The heater initially wasn’t working, so I called for it to be fixed. The technician came. Tried to fix it and said it was working now. However, when it was time to shower before checkout, the hot water in the bathroom only lasted for a few seconds before turning cold again. I had to turn the water off and on repeatedly to get hot water for short periods. This can be quite inconvenient, especially since the hotel is in Tagaytay, where the weather is very cold. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but improving the hot water system would make the experience much better.

The room was ok. The only issues were, malfunctioning aircon, no initial wifi, the door is kind hard to open and close, and no initial heater. But they solved it by transferring us to another room, with portable wifi being delivered. Aircon was now working fine, and the heater was already turned on. Maybe it was that particular room that has issues. But nevertheless, we had a good stay. I forgot, the pillow was kinda big, and it gives me some sort of a neck strain of some sort.

The condo’s location is very accessible, and although the building looks a bit old, it feels secure because there’s a guard on duty. The room is small but still comfortable enough for four people to rest for 3 days and 2 nights. However, the bathroom walls had some stains or dirt left, so I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Overall, it was still a convenient place for our stay.

I've been to several hotels in Tagaytay already and I always come back to Casiana. It's great compared to other pricey hotels. The staff are friendly and the buffet is good too. The rooms are spacious (with balcony) and the toilets are modern. Parking is always available. The pool needs a little bit of cleaning. It is big compared to other hotels in the area - 4 feet for adults. The only thing I am constantly having a problem is the wifi in the room. Sometimes it disappears and is not consistent. I wish they would fix it since it has been a problem for way back in 2023 when I started to go to this hotel. I attached the photo of the custom eggs they made for us while eating our buffet. It was a nice touch.

The staff were helpful & let us borrow electric adapter (when available) for our phone charger.. you might want to buy one in advance! They also help us rent a full day Tuk-tuk as there was generally no taxi nearby. The rooms have AC but there's NO REMOTE.. you have to stand on a chair in the middle of your sleep to adjust...

The room was clean and smells good. Bath towels prepared and bedsheets were freshly changed. We had a beautiful view of fog in the morning too. The unit owner was responsive and Ms. Mylene (caretaker) assisted us to check in and made sure everything was working well. We had some issues with the slow internet but we were able to fix it. We recommend this unit for your staycation. My sister and I enjoyed our stay. Will rebook again.

Staff are great. Courteous, helpful and cheerful. But why don't you even serve ice to your customers. Aside from the security which I find so restless at night because anyone can just barge in at night esp in the entrance. The standard room has a door near the cabinet which I felt restless due to the lock can be opened on the outside area. Almost slept 4am due to these things. Could the owners see to it that security and safety is a priority please? The reception area is so DUSTY!

What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination. The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staff’s warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

It was a good thing na malamig ang panahon or else babaha ang buong unit due to aircon leakage. Pagna-on leak agad at ang lakas pa, basa buong floor. Reached out dito at sa caretaker but was provided mga basahan only kasi wala daw maintenance at wala nang ibang unit na mapaglipatan. We were also told na di dapat ioopen ang unit but due to high demand, they did. Wala namang problem if you want to earn but make sure hindi macompromise andmg stay ng guests. It was waaay beyond inconvenience at may kids pa which is delikado ang madulas na sahig. Never again and will never recommend.

We stayed there for three days and 2 nights and I could really say that their service is superb, high class and you are really going to get the value of service that you have paid for. From their very accommodating frontdesk to the food servers and housekeeping staff. They keep on greeting every guest with a smile like it's always their first time to see us everyday. Their shuttle is also one call away and very fast, not to mention their drivers that are also very polite and knowledgeable. They even provide an instruction regarding the floors of the amenities and restaurants within the building. As for the restaurants, they have a variety of food that you can choose from. Their breakfast buffet is also magnificent and if I am going to rate the food that we have tasted , I would give it a 10/10 Regarding our room, we had a very relaxing experience. Upon opening the door, you will be welcomed by the classy cleanliness and smell of the air freshener. Make up room requests are also fast accommodated by housekeeping but the most important part that has caught our attention was the complimentary birthday cakes that were provided by the hotel to our 2 daughters. That makes it more magical. Lastly, the pool is very accessible right beside La Cresta restaurant and they even have a lifeguard to look after your kids if ever. The Jacuzzi has just the right amount of warmness. They even provide laundry bags for your wet clothes (not all hotels provide that) even some of the highest rated ones. Overall, the view, the staff, the service, amenities and superb all around experience is enough to say that we would definitely return to this hotel.

GGuest UserCelebrated Mother's Day at Hotel Kimberley and we really had fun with so many activities and they also have restaurant inside so you really don't have to go out and spend the whole day in the hotel. 100% kid friendly and also enjoyed the heated pool! Will definitely go back. Also, we have been upgraded to suite for free!

The room i bought has its own terrace that feels so homey. Very good service and very accomodating and kind staffs/interns. The place is easy to locate. parking is perfect also. there is a coffee shop nearby and supermarket for easy access to food and beverages you will be needing. The manager on duty is polite and courteous in any way. I will definitely comeback to this good ambience place 🥰

Great location, just beside Robinsons. Around a 5–10 minute walk to SM Hypermarket, and about 15–20 minutes on foot to popular spots like Papadom,Bag of Beans, Starbucks Reserve Hiraya, Ridge Park, and Sky Ranch…if you don’t mind walking. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the view of Taal Lake was amazing. Catching the sunrise from the room was definitely a bonus. The only downside was that the shower water pressure was a bit low. Overall, it was totally worth the money.Thank You Summit Ridge Tagatay!😊

I've been to several hotels in Tagaytay already and I always come back to Casiana. It's great compared to other pricey hotels. The staff are friendly and the buffet is good too. The rooms are spacious (with balcony) and the toilets are modern. Parking is always available. The pool needs a little bit of cleaning. It is big compared to other hotels in the area - 4 feet for adults. The only thing I am constantly having a problem is the wifi in the room. Sometimes it disappears and is not consistent. I wish they would fix it since it has been a problem for way back in 2023 when I started to go to this hotel. I attached the photo of the custom eggs they made for us while eating our buffet. It was a nice touch.

If you're looking to a place just to sleep, this would be it but if you're looking for some hotel to enjoy it's amenities. This is not the place for it. Best: The staff are very nice especially the front desk. Minor Comments: We have to wait 45 mins since they didn't expect our check in but, the fix it right away. The hotels are clean, but not an A+ clean. You cannot walk on the room floor without slippers, it will get your feet black. I have my wife and my kids with me. The younger one enjoys the stay but oldest gets bored about 3 hours of staying. Aside from the ice cold pool, there's nothing much to do. The gym with 2 equipments is not working but I think in time, it could be better. Since they told me that they're kitchen is on maintennace. Even an ice, or a complimentary drinks was not included. Overall, it was a good experience. I
