"Pros: Self-check-in and self-checkout were very convenient. While we were there, someone came to clean the lawn, and the host thoughtfully asked them to come later so as not to disturb our sleep. The house is spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was very clean, and the location was quiet and felt safe. There were a few lovely dogs that barked at first but soon guarded the door and followed us around; they were very gentle and not aggressive at all. It's very close to the sea, just a few steps away, and the host provided two boats for free use. The kitchen was pretty well-equipped. Cons: The mattress was soft, which isn't to my preference. The water heater was faulty; the hot water often wouldn't start properly when showering, requiring repeated turning on and off until it worked. The beach right outside the room had nice sand, but the water had no visible coral or fish and wasn't very clear, not as good as the beaches on the northernmost part of the island. It's quite far from amenities; it takes about 30 minutes to drive to the city center. There's a supermarket in a village a few minutes' drive away, but the selection is limited. Mobile signal was poor at the property, but the Wi-Fi worked fine. Communication with the host was smooth before check-in, but I couldn't reach them after check-in. Perhaps they went out to sea??"

"The hotel seems to have opened in 2023, but perhaps due to Guam's humidity or poorer quality materials, there were many water stains in the bathroom and the hairdryer was chipped. Other services were quite good, and it's very eco-friendly that if you skip housekeeping for two days, you can exchange it for $20 worth of items from the convenience store!"

"My wife and I stayed for one night. The location is excellent, and having access to free parking was a huge plus. There's a direct connection to a shopping complex with souvenir shops and a convenience store, which is very convenient. The beach is within walking distance, and there's a pool on-site. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained and clean, so we didn't encounter any unpleasant issues. The staff were friendly, and overall, we were very satisfied. We visit Guam frequently, so we'll definitely be staying here again."
