Great location , 2mins walk to the beach . Very friendly and helpful frontdesk both day and night .

Super Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Automatischer Checkin funktioniert bestens. Zimmer neuwertig und hochwertige eingerichtet, lediglich die Wände sind sehr hellhörig.

The lobby is very nice and modern, the rooms are okay, a little outdated. The shower was not very nice (a bit yellow and the water did not go down the drain properly), but the bed was comfortable. The hotel is cheap compared to other 4* hotels and it is definitely reflected in the quality. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.  If it is true, the bathrooms are shared.  

The room was very nice and clean, a little hot at night (there is air conditioning but unfortunately it makes me asleep with the burning air).The building is new and well maintained. There is no parking, so you need to turn somewhere around the neighbouring roads to find a place, but with a little patience you find. In general we were very good. Fantastic shower.

Beautiful resort, stylish and relaxing. I had a front pool room and was perfect apart they don’t have queen or king size bedrooms. I slept very bad, the 2 single beds (not even attached to each other) and pillows are very uncomfortable. Hope they’ll invest in comfort , I would definitely come back.

Buena experiencia, el sitio estaba limpio, ordenado, es verdad que no había mucha ocupación el finde q fuimos. No le falta detalle, secador, cocina, plancha,.lavadora.... Quizás le falta aire acondicionado, la habitación de arriba hacia mucha calor cuando está cerrada. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

The Axel Maspalomas leaves a lot to be desired and the apartments, bathrooms and interior of the building are very old and not renovated, it only has a slight facelift. At this point, very bad and total disappointment for us.
