Other than that, everything is fine — there are convenient power outlets available. Room service and front desk service are perfect. 👌🏿 The location is great, just 600m walking distance to Lee Garden Night Market, and there’s a big 7-Eleven nearby.

New Season Square Hotel Located just a 5-minute walk from Lee Garden Plaza, making it a very convenient location. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our first room had an unpleasant smell when we walked in, so we requested a room change at the front desk. The staff were helpful and upgraded us to a larger room with a bathtub, which made our stay much more enjoyable. We booked the Twin Single Bed Room, and it cost around RM250 per night. Overall, it was a great stay with good value for money. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn’t very good, so you could hear some noise from outside the room.

When I travel to Hatyai, I usually will book this S.C. Heritage Hotel! The vibes are wonderful and also the price is affordable. The location of the hotel is strategic and nearby to the city centre. You can also go to the Hatyai train station easily! This is my favorite hotel and I recommend this hotel too! Check out the view from my room at level 6! (refer to the picture). There's also a limited parking space provided! Overall, the hotel is clean, proper, affordable, accessible and simple! Suitable for family, couple or solo travelers!

Aloha Hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of everything. It's just a short walk to Lee Garden Night Market and Kim Yong Market, and the largest 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next to the hotel. Getting a Grab is also very easy. The only downside is that there are stairs leading to the hotel entrance, so it may not be very elderly-friendly or suitable for guests with heavy luggage. Other than that, it offers great value for the price paid.

4th time here at p residence, very good price, clean, room fully equipped with kettle, proper place to hang clothes, good size square layout, with balcony, walking distance to all major attractions, plenty of shops.. With all these mentioned above, the small issues like low water pressure and taking stairs become non issues.. Reminder though; no lift, all walk up rooms, you might get lower or upper unit, not suitable if you have elderly who struggle with mobility, other than that, I say book early.. Especially weekend and holidays..

The room was spacious, but unfortunately the overall stay was disappointing. The lobby was under renovation and the corridor looked messy. In the room, the curtain blind could not fully cover the window, so it was difficult to sleep until late. There was also loud noise from the compressor outside the window, and the air-conditioner itself was noisy too. The room door had a visible gap, which affected privacy as it was possible to see inside from outside. The shower head was also faulty. I originally booked for 3 nights, but decided to check out after the first night due to these issues.

So far the best hotel we stay in hatyai within budget. Nice interior and exterior decor. The staff very well services, and very helpful, eventhough they dont speak english much. But very good at helping. Location is very good. Not too far from city, you have a very relaxing and quiet environment, and halal food within walking distance only.  Got swimming pool, but the pool is a bit too much chlorinated. Parking space dont have problem. They have plenty parking spaces, bus also. Overall is very good. Will repeat again this hotel when im here again.

I stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range. The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier. Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat. As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out. Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice. Btw the coffee n tea pastries is just a cupcake and milo powder

The location is a bit far from the center, but since we had already rented a scooter, it was convenient for us. Many people come by car, giving the impression of a weekend getaway. Breakfast wasn't a buffet; there were two options to choose from, but you could have as many toasts with jam and butter as you wanted. You definitely won't go hungry. The hotel occupies several buildings: accommodation, a pool, a breakfast area, and some other structures. They require a swimming cap in the pool. In the evening, they rented them out for 20 baht, but in the morning, they gave them for free. The sea is warmer than the pool, so the pool feels cold in comparison. But that's just a matter of personal preference.

Choosing a guesthouse in Hat Yai this time was a great experience. LucaPoolVilla, I heard, was only built in 2026, so it's a very new villa. My friends and I came to stay, and it can comfortably accommodate at least 12 people, all in double beds. It's about a 15-minute drive from Lee Garden, but there are 7-Elevens around, a 5-minute drive away, which is quite convenient. The waterslide in the pool is really fun, and there's plenty of activity space. You can sing karaoke and play pool (though the pool area is a bit cramped, hopefully, they'll improve this next time). The owner is very responsive; my microphone had an issue, and he quickly helped me resolve it. Great service! 👍

Had a pretty impressive stay at Bestier Hatyai! The room was new, clean, and styled like a condo. It came with toiletries, a hairdryer, a weighing scale, an iron, and a safe. The bed and pillows were soft, and the AC was cool. It's about a 7-10 minute drive to food spots, 10 minutes to a bar, and 3-5 minutes to a tea shop. My only minor complaint is that the housekeeping wasn't always thorough; some days there was still dust on the floor. Other than that, everything else was great!

Pro: comfy and clean room, super huge king size bed + prefect location between Lee Garden and Kim Yong market Con: check in service is bad. Front desk customer service are not professional enough to handle the situation. We booked 5 rooms for 2nights, we do understand the check in time is in the afternoon and it’s ok for us to load our luggage at the hotel and come back in the afternoon. After 3pm they still not able to released our rooms on time but we still patiently waiting for it although everyone is very tired due to the midnight train… while waiting we saw another family of 5-6 people came in for check in and they got the room!!! We are so angry and confront them what happens going? The reason they gave was the family came early morning but aren’t we same?? And I’m pretty sure we are the earliest one 🙄 In short I hope New Season hotel can look into in about the staff training, it’s ok to wait for the room with reasonable reason but I can’t compromise unfair treatment!

The hotel has limited parking spaces, but we were still able to find a spot during our one-night stay. The room was spacious, clean, and simple, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. A bonus was the food stall right next to the hotel, which operates from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The food was delicious and perfect for a late-night supper. A few things to note: no toothbrushes were provided, so remember to bring your own. The biggest issue was the water heater. Even at the lowest temperature setting, the water was extremely hot and could potentially burn your skin. We were unable to use the hot water and ended up turning the heater off completely and showering with cold water instead. Overall, the location and room size were great for a short stay, but the hotel should improve its bathroom amenities and fix the water heater issue.

New Season Square Hotel Located just a 5-minute walk from Lee Garden Plaza, making it a very convenient location. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our first room had an unpleasant smell when we walked in, so we requested a room change at the front desk. The staff were helpful and upgraded us to a larger room with a bathtub, which made our stay much more enjoyable. We booked the Twin Single Bed Room, and it cost around RM250 per night. Overall, it was a great stay with good value for money. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn’t very good, so you could hear some noise from outside the room.

This was my first time arriving here for a bus ride to Phuket. The Hadyai bus terminal and a halal restaurant are both very close to the hotel. Although the hotel's electric equipment is outdated, it nevertheless functions well overall. Due to its closely to the bus station, it is noisy in the evening and becomes rather quiet at night. The hotel is also Qiblat-friendly, which is a small but significant thing; I had no trouble figuring out for solat direction. Additionally, the hotel offers me a coupon for complimentary morning tea or coffee from the Cha Payom someting like that, which is practically a great idea.

I really enjoyed my stay at Golden Crown Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and kindly allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The location is also great and it’s not far from the main attractions, making it easy to get around and explore HatYai. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The room had a really strong, unpleasant smell, like a mix of stale and damp – it was unbearable. The bathroom was tiny, barely enough space to turn around. The location was decent, and the staff were friendly. It's just that the room's odor really bothered me, but I guess that's what you get for the price.
