Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The downside is that the air conditioning is not cold, the lighting is not bright enough, and the WiFi is really weak 😤. Other than that, everything is fine — there are convenient power outlets available. Room service and front desk service are perfect. 👌🏿 The location is great, just 600m walking distance to Lee Garden Night Market, and there’s a big 7-Eleven nearby.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean and cozy, making it a very welcoming space to unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and both the water pressure and water heater in the bathroom worked perfectly. However, I did encounter one issue regarding the room layout. The provided working table is quite small, and its corners are remarkably sharp. Unfortunately, I accidentally cut my elbow on one of the sharp edges during my stay. I highly recommend that the hotel management looks into fixing or adding safety guards to these sharp table corners to prevent similar accidents from happening to future guests. Aside from this safety concern, it was a very pleasant stay!

Pros Second stay here. Excellent location, rooms are clean and spacious Rooms have universal power points, very convenient. Aircon n shower were strong. Cons Buffet itens were ok, but could with more varieties. Refill was slower than tortoise. Breakfast starts at 0630hrs and burners were lighted only at 0630hrs when guests start filling the Breakfast Hall. Orange juice was at less than ¼ mark at 0630hrs, signifying that the orange juice were from the day before. When asked to refill, staff's answer was ”no more”. Stayed 5 days and the orange juice situation was an everyday affair. There was a super big tour group on one of the days, heard was a 3-bus load full of tourists. Food and beverages ran out by 0730hrs, one hour after start time and the slow refills were quickly snapped up. Not enough coffee cups to go round because of the crowd. No extra toilet roll in toilet and we had to resort to using the box of tissue in the room when toilet paper ran out.

However, you can easily walk to the nearby Green Road Night Market to explore and grab a bite. The room is spacious, but the downside is that I had to re-enter the Wi-Fi username and password whenever I was offline for a while, which was quite inconvenient.

New Season Square Hotel Located just a 5-minute walk from Lee Garden Plaza, making it a very convenient location. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our first room had an unpleasant smell when we walked in, so we requested a room change at the front desk. The staff were helpful and upgraded us to a larger room with a bathtub, which made our stay much more enjoyable. We booked the Twin Single Bed Room, and it cost around RM250 per night. Overall, it was a great stay with good value for money. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn’t very good, so you could hear some noise from outside the room.

For coffee lover, Amazon Cofffee is just in front the hotel. The only cons are the location as it is not that near to the Lee Garden area. But it is within driving range and it’s very near to Central Hatyai and Macro. The room is OK, we rented 2 rooms, one of the are having water blockage issue, which ultimately didn’t get to resolve…. But overall stay is OK as we are outside of the hotel most of the time

When I travel to Hatyai, I usually will book this S.C. Heritage Hotel! The vibes are wonderful and also the price is affordable. The location of the hotel is strategic and nearby to the city centre. You can also go to the Hatyai train station easily! This is my favorite hotel and I recommend this hotel too! Check out the view from my room at level 6! (refer to the picture). There's also a limited parking space provided! Overall, the hotel is clean, proper, affordable, accessible and simple! Suitable for family, couple or solo travelers!

It's just a short walk to Lee Garden Night Market and Kim Yong Market, and the largest 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next to the hotel. Getting a Grab is also very easy. The only downside is that there are stairs leading to the hotel entrance, so it may not be very elderly-friendly or suitable for guests with heavy luggage. Other than that, it offers great value for the price paid.

4th time here at p residence, very good price, clean, room fully equipped with kettle, proper place to hang clothes, good size square layout, with balcony, walking distance to all major attractions, plenty of shops.. With all these mentioned above, the small issues like low water pressure and taking stairs become non issues.. Reminder though; no lift, all walk up rooms, you might get lower or upper unit, not suitable if you have elderly who struggle with mobility, other than that, I say book early.. Especially weekend and holidays..

The room was spacious, but unfortunately the overall stay was disappointing. The lobby was under renovation and the corridor looked messy. In the room, the curtain blind could not fully cover the window, so it was difficult to sleep until late. There was also loud noise from the compressor outside the window, and the air-conditioner itself was noisy too. The room door had a visible gap, which affected privacy as it was possible to see inside from outside. The shower head was also faulty. I originally booked for 3 nights, but decided to check out after the first night due to these issues.

Choosing a guesthouse in Hat Yai this time was a great experience. LucaPoolVilla, I heard, was only built in 2026, so it's a very new villa. My friends and I came to stay, and it can comfortably accommodate at least 12 people, all in double beds. It's about a 15-minute drive from Lee Garden, but there are 7-Elevens around, a 5-minute drive away, which is quite convenient. The waterslide in the pool is really fun, and there's plenty of activity space. You can sing karaoke and play pool (though the pool area is a bit cramped, hopefully, they'll improve this next time). The owner is very responsive; my microphone had an issue, and he quickly helped me resolve it. Great service! 👍

Had a pretty impressive stay at Bestier Hatyai! The room was new, clean, and styled like a condo. It came with toiletries, a hairdryer, a weighing scale, an iron, and a safe. The bed and pillows were soft, and the AC was cool. It's about a 7-10 minute drive to food spots, 10 minutes to a bar, and 3-5 minutes to a tea shop. Pro: comfy and clean room, super huge king size bed + prefect location between Lee Garden and Kim Yong market Con: check in service is bad. Front desk customer service are not professional enough to handle the situation. We booked 5 rooms for 2nights, we do understand the check in time is in the afternoon and it’s ok for us to load our luggage at the hotel and come back in the afternoon. After 3pm they still not able to released our rooms on time but we still patiently waiting for it although everyone is very tired due to the midnight train… while waiting we saw another family of 5-6 people came in for check in and they got the room!!! We are so angry and confront them what happens going? The reason they gave was the family came early morning but aren’t we same?? And I’m pretty sure we are the earliest one 🙄 In short I hope New Season hotel can look into in about the staff training, it’s ok to wait for the room with reasonable reason but I can’t compromise unfair treatment!

Even at the lowest temperature setting, the water was extremely hot and could potentially burn your skin. New Season Square Hotel Located just a 5-minute walk from Lee Garden Plaza, making it a very convenient location. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our first room had an unpleasant smell when we walked in, so we requested a room change at the front desk. The staff were helpful and upgraded us to a larger room with a bathtub, which made our stay much more enjoyable. We booked the Twin Single Bed Room, and it cost around RM250 per night. Overall, it was a great stay with good value for money. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn’t very good, so you could hear some noise from outside the room.

I really enjoyed my stay at Golden Crown Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and kindly allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The room had a really strong, unpleasant smell, like a mix of stale and damp – it was unbearable. The bathroom was tiny, barely enough space to turn around. The location was decent, and the staff were friendly. It's just that the room's odor really bothered me, but I guess that's what you get for the price.
