The hotel in general, from 10. First of all, one thing to highlight and that for me is very important. The spectacular bed, I think I have never rested so well in any other hotel. I looked at the label on the mattress to take a picture of it and consider buying it when I change mine, wonderful. Food very very good. Everything I tried I liked and I did not find anything that was bad, and the variety was good too. The only downside I would put is for the juice. The juice is bad, actually quite a bit. Very good location. Close to the beach and with plenty of parking space. Very very clean and spacious facilities. 3 pools with a bar outside to have a drink while you sunbathe. Good atmosphere. The truth is that all I can say are good things, removing the small drawbacks such as the juice, the water in the shower, that the temperature is not constant and it is difficult to hit the mark and that some employee is not entirely friendly, but otherwise, spectacular .

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

I want to highlight the kindness of Constan, who made excellent coffee – a stark contrast to the other waiters. When I asked one of them to make my coffee a specific way, they responded, 'What difference does it make?' So, Constan makes fantastic coffee, and the others just don't know how to. The receptionist was also very friendly and let us store our luggage since we arrived before check-in time. Lourdes, the cleaning lady, was also absolutely delightful and deserves a special mention.

The apartments are very good, regular cleaning. Kitchen equipped with just enough, the truth is we were able to manage. Two 90 beds joined together served as a double bed. We were on the 13th floor and the views were spectacular, what I liked the most was the terrace, with a glass railing. The location is good, Out of the hustle and bustle, but close to everything. On a hill, views of it, the city and the Sea. You can use the facilities and activities of the hotel around the corner. Heated pool, sauna, gym, entertainment. The receptionists were very friendly and solved a problem with the reservation. If you come in summer, the apartments have swimming pools downstairs with a solarium area. In general it is very good. The building reaches the 33rd floor, it can be seen from any point in Benidorm, very high. There are vending machines with water and food.

We had a great weekend at this hotel and of course Benidorm. Although we already knew him, he never ceases to amaze us. This is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms gets cleaned every day. There is a fridge in the room but you have to ask reception for a kettle - €10 returnable deposit (which is fab as other hotels charge you the full €10 for the privilege of using it). We love their luggage storage once checked out, so easy to use. Only one downside to this stay was the breakfast options - previous stay we enjoyed the breakfasts, this time we noticed their selection was limited and my partner had so little to eat so it was not worth the extra money for us this time. This was sad as we were looking forward to the breakfasts. Breakfast aside, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was there with my couple during 1 week an it was a very good stay. The service is incredibly good and they are super helpful and kindly. Special mention to Merche how was very kind with us. On the other hand, it would be nice if the hotel add more umbrellas and hamacas to the pool and improve a little bit the space around the adults pool. Pd: There's an incredible chocolate cake with nuts and caramel (and a crunchy bass) that should be serve more often.

Precioso hotel. Desayuno de lujo, habitación impecable. Lo único que tengo para criticar es la pileta climatizada, estaba fría y lamentablemente el jacuzzi no estaba en funcionamiento. Cabe destacar que fuimos en invierno y que la pileta climatizada era en gran parte  el motivo por el cual decidimos ir a ese hotel,  y que no esté en óptimas condiciones bajo un poco nuestra puntuación total… pero salvo lo comentado previamente el hotel es excelente.

We stay at this hotel for the second time. Rest with 2 children. There is a closed pool that works all year round and open pools that work in the swimming season. We were at the end of April, the children's open pool has already worked. The water is heated in it, so the kids were comfortable. The open pool for adults worked too, but the water is not heated in it, so nobody was swimming. In the evenings children's discotheque, the day too there are children's programs. The food is diverse, everything was enough. We had a 4-story local room: two beds and one 2-sleep bed sofa. The couch is not very comfortable for sleep. No other claims.

The hotel is a very good hotel and is very good for you.  135€ massage at the SPA. 35€ l'assiette de makes. 30€ per extra hour if you want a late check out. The atmosphere is Asian, but not the prices !  I'll return with pleasure !

El bufet buenísimo tanto la cena como el desayuno, es un hotel para repetir una y mil veces. Por poner una pega, la habitación tenía cortina de ducha y era al ras de suelo con que se llenaba el aseo de agua y había que tirar toallas al suelo para no resbalar. Pero es mi hotel del futuro. También nos dieron una botella de agua grande y fresquita a la salida. De 10 todo.

Muy buen hotel, el personal de 10.  El buffet bueno y las bebidas a buen precio. Lo malo es que la habitación que estábamos era muy ruidosa, sin insonorizar se escuchaba la música del hotel que duraba hasta las 00,30 o 1,00 de la noche. La piscina pequeña para la gente que hay, pero para refrescarse vale. No tiene actividades por el día , la reserva de hamacas si bien está escrita en cartel que no se puede . Pero como en todos los hoteles no hacen caso , se fuma alrededor de la piscina y nadie lo corrige será porque estará permitido. Es hotel enfocado para los clientes de habla inglesa, los espectáculos son en inglés y si bien me gusta la música en inglés. Los artistas cuando le hablan al público lo hacen en inglés , ni siquiera un buenas noches para los que somos hispanos parlantes. Hasta tv como la 1 ,3 ,4  ,5 ,6 y demas  al pasar una película la ponen en inglés . Si quieres ver la película en español no se puede , pero si poner subtítulos en español. Es un hotel que si buscas fiesta es ideal, si es para descansar y acostarte a las 12 mejor no vayas ahi .

The hotel is very nice. The location is a bit secluded, but still easily accessible. Being on a side street, it's definitely super quiet. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was great, a wide selection of everything. They also cater to allergies. The coffee, unfortunately, was from a machine and not very good. Our room (Deluxe) was large and good, but unfortunately located in the corner of the building. The view from the bed was directly into the neighboring room. Also, free water in the room would have been a nice touch. The gym was unfortunately very disappointing. For a hotel of this category and size, one would expect better quality and a wider selection of equipment. The pool area is very beautiful with its landscaping, a small paradise. In our opinion, they should clean up more often; empty glasses are standing and lying around everywhere. Despite everything, it's a very nice hotel. WE WOULD BOOK IT AGAIN.

Excellent lively hotel that has a great mix for both younger and older generations.  In a great location however, this may not suit everyone due to the loud music until 6am within close vicinity.  Staff a great, just security that speak abruptly if you try to bring in food / drink in from the outside.  Rooms are very basic, bathrooms are something from the 90’s but they work.

The only negative aspect was the elevators. It was almost impossible to get from the second floor to the breakfast area with a stroller because there were only two elevators, and since the hotel had around 10–15 floors, they were always full when going down. Therefore, we had to carry the stroller down the stairs to reach the breakfast area. Apart from that, all the facilities were great. We would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service. Lo único negativo fueron los ascensores. Era prácticamente imposible bajar desde la segunda planta hasta la zona de desayuno con el cochecito del bebé, ya que solo había dos ascensores y el hotel tenía unas 10–15 plantas, por lo que siempre bajaban llenos. Por ese motivo, tuvimos que bajar el cochecito por las escaleras para poder llegar a la zona de desayuno. Por lo demás, todas las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Muchas gracias a todo el personal por su excelente atención y servicio. Tek olumsuz nokta asansörlerdi. İkinci kattan bebek arabasıyla kahvaltı alanına inmek neredeyse imkânsızdı. Otelde yalnızca iki asansör vardı ve otel yaklaşık 10–15 katlı olduğu için asansörler aşağı inerken sürekli dolu oluyordu. Bu nedenle kahvaltı alanına ancak puseti merdivenlerden taşıyarak ulaşabildik. Bunun dışında tüm olanaklar güzeldi. Çalışan personelin sunduğu güzel hizmet için çok teşekkür ederiz.

It was almost impossible to get from the second floor to the breakfast area with a stroller because there were only two elevators, and since the hotel had around 10–15 floors, they were always full when going down. Therefore, we had to carry the stroller down the stairs to reach the breakfast area. Apart from that, all the facilities were great. We would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service. Era prácticamente imposible bajar desde la segunda planta hasta la zona de desayuno con el cochecito del bebé, ya que solo había dos ascensores y el hotel tenía unas 10–15 plantas, por lo que siempre bajaban llenos. Por ese motivo, tuvimos que bajar el cochecito por las escaleras para poder llegar a la zona de desayuno. Por lo demás, todas las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Muchas gracias a todo el personal por su excelente atención y servicio. Tek olumsuz nokta asansörlerdi. İkinci kattan bebek arabasıyla kahvaltı alanına inmek neredeyse imkânsızdı. Otelde yalnızca iki asansör vardı ve otel yaklaşık 10–15 katlı olduğu için asansörler aşağı inerken sürekli dolu oluyordu. Bu nedenle kahvaltı alanına ancak puseti merdivenlerden taşıyarak ulaşabildik. Bunun dışında tüm olanaklar güzeldi. Çalışan personelin sunduğu güzel hizmet için çok teşekkür ederiz.

I want to highlight the kindness of Constan, who made excellent coffee – a stark contrast to the other waiters. When I asked one of them to make my coffee a specific way, they responded, 'What difference does it make?' So, Constan makes fantastic coffee, and the others just don't know how to. The receptionist was also very friendly and let us store our luggage since we arrived before check-in time. Lourdes, the cleaning lady, was also absolutely delightful and deserves a special mention.

In general the hotel is ok, the food in the morning is ok, the hotel has a small heated pool and a larger pool with very cold water. The evening is lively with all kinds of shows like karaoke and live music. However, the room I stayed in was stuck in the 80s, the furniture was old. Overall, apart from the room, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel.

It's a cheat, it has nothing to do with the posted photos, the grey room, the walls, I asked for a wedding bed and put us 2 single beds and uncomfortable above, We ask the reception boy to give us a solution and a missed case. I feel tricked and I'm very angry. I don't know you can take the hair so on people. 100 euros for a bad room

The hotel's number is not available. The hotel in question leaves much to desire, quality-price does not deserve a holiday here. The hotel staff, bad, education 0, don't give a good image, face to the public, treating badly their guests, no hello or a goodbye. Included breakfast, the first morning we didn't appear pointed, was solved thanks to our own teaching the hotel booking made on the internet, because even the worker himself did not pick up the phone to solve, Fatal communication between them equally. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The cleaning of the rooms, the only way to make beds, the bathroom is not cleaned as it seems, the same screws in the bide during all holidays as in the grip.
