The hotel in general, from 10. First of all, one thing to highlight and that for me is very important. The spectacular bed, I think I have never rested so well in any other hotel. I looked at the label on the mattress to take a picture of it and consider buying it when I change mine, wonderful. Food very very good. Everything I tried I liked and I did not find anything that was bad, and the variety was good too. The only downside I would put is for the juice. The juice is bad, actually quite a bit. Very good location. Close to the beach and with plenty of parking space. Very very clean and spacious facilities. 3 pools with a bar outside to have a drink while you sunbathe. Good atmosphere. The truth is that all I can say are good things, removing the small drawbacks such as the juice, the water in the shower, that the temperature is not constant and it is difficult to hit the mark and that some employee is not entirely friendly, but otherwise, spectacular .

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

It's rather a 3-star hotel. Quite far from the city center and the beach. However, it's ok in terms of for price/quality. It's located within the bus terminal on the 4th floor. Clean, but dated rooms. The breakfast was a disappointment. Limited and no variations during my 8 days of stay, but that's the only option since restaurants and cafes are about 15-20 minutes on foot from this hotel. A swimming pool and a gym are advantages.

The apartments are very good, regular cleaning. Kitchen equipped with just enough, the truth is we were able to manage. Two 90 beds joined together served as a double bed. We were on the 13th floor and the views were spectacular, what I liked the most was the terrace, with a glass railing. The location is good, Out of the hustle and bustle, but close to everything. On a hill, views of it, the city and the Sea. You can use the facilities and activities of the hotel around the corner. Heated pool, sauna, gym, entertainment. The receptionists were very friendly and solved a problem with the reservation. If you come in summer, the apartments have swimming pools downstairs with a solarium area. In general it is very good. The building reaches the 33rd floor, it can be seen from any point in Benidorm, very high. There are vending machines with water and food.

This is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms gets cleaned every day. There is a fridge in the room but you have to ask reception for a kettle - €10 returnable deposit (which is fab as other hotels charge you the full €10 for the privilege of using it). We love their luggage storage once checked out, so easy to use. Only one downside to this stay was the breakfast options - previous stay we enjoyed the breakfasts, this time we noticed their selection was limited and my partner had so little to eat so it was not worth the extra money for us this time. This was sad as we were looking forward to the breakfasts. Breakfast aside, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is excellent, just on the edge of the old town so it's easy to get to great restaurants and shops plus the beach is less than 5 minutes away, but it also has a solarium on the roof for unhindered sun bathing and a large private pool area above the restaurant to the side of the hotel. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and we were well looked after at the pool area by Mai, who couldn't have been more fun or nicer, which really made the holiday shine. They have laundry service and the rooms are air conditioned with a walk in shower plus all the handy personal stuff such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, shoe shine, hairdryer and even a comb provided, with a safe to rent (cheaply) if you want it. The wardrobe had about 12 hangers which is far more than we usually see, so in all you have most of everything you need, and there is a large supermarket situated to the side of the hotel for everything else. This was our second visit and will stay there again.

I was there with my couple during 1 week an it was a very good stay. The service is incredibly good and they are super helpful and kindly. Special mention to Merche how was very kind with us. On the other hand, it would be nice if the hotel add more umbrellas and hamacas to the pool and improve a little bit the space around the adults pool. Pd: There's an incredible chocolate cake with nuts and caramel (and a crunchy bass) that should be serve more often.

Precioso hotel. Desayuno de lujo, habitación impecable. Lo único que tengo para criticar es la pileta climatizada, estaba fría y lamentablemente el jacuzzi no estaba en funcionamiento. Cabe destacar que fuimos en invierno y que la pileta climatizada era en gran parte  el motivo por el cual decidimos ir a ese hotel,  y que no esté en óptimas condiciones bajo un poco nuestra puntuación total… pero salvo lo comentado previamente el hotel es excelente.

We stay at this hotel for the second time. Rest with 2 children. There is a closed pool that works all year round and open pools that work in the swimming season. We were at the end of April, the children's open pool has already worked. The water is heated in it, so the kids were comfortable. The open pool for adults worked too, but the water is not heated in it, so nobody was swimming. In the evenings children's discotheque, the day too there are children's programs. The food is diverse, everything was enough. We had a 4-story local room: two beds and one 2-sleep bed sofa. The couch is not very comfortable for sleep. No other claims.

The hotel is a varied and tasty breakfast buffet. Sports room with a good, but a little small equipment.  Negative points: prohibitive tariffs. The hotel is a very good hotel and is very good for you.  135€ massage at the SPA. 35€ l'assiette de makes. 30€ per extra hour if you want a late check out. The atmosphere is Asian, but not the prices !  I'll return with pleasure !

El bufet buenísimo tanto la cena como el desayuno, es un hotel para repetir una y mil veces. Por poner una pega, la habitación tenía cortina de ducha y era al ras de suelo con que se llenaba el aseo de agua y había que tirar toallas al suelo para no resbalar. Pero es mi hotel del futuro. También nos dieron una botella de agua grande y fresquita a la salida. De 10 todo.

Lo malo es que la habitación que estábamos era muy ruidosa, sin insonorizar se escuchaba la música del hotel que duraba hasta las 00,30 o 1,00 de la noche. La piscina pequeña para la gente que hay, pero para refrescarse vale. No tiene actividades por el día , la reserva de hamacas si bien está escrita en cartel que no se puede . Pero como en todos los hoteles no hacen caso , se fuma alrededor de la piscina y nadie lo corrige será porque estará permitido. Es hotel enfocado para los clientes de habla inglesa, los espectáculos son en inglés y si bien me gusta la música en inglés. Los artistas cuando le hablan al público lo hacen en inglés , ni siquiera un buenas noches para los que somos hispanos parlantes. Hasta tv como la 1 ,3 ,4  ,5 ,6 y demas  al pasar una película la ponen en inglés . Si quieres ver la película en español no se puede , pero si poner subtítulos en español. Es un hotel que si buscas fiesta es ideal, si es para descansar y acostarte a las 12 mejor no vayas ahi .

The hotel is excellent, just on the edge of the old town so it's easy to get to great restaurants and shops plus the beach is less than 5 minutes away, but it also has a solarium on the roof for unhindered sun bathing and a large private pool area above the restaurant to the side of the hotel. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and we were well looked after at the pool area by Mai, who couldn't have been more fun or nicer, which really made the holiday shine. They have laundry service and the rooms are air conditioned with a walk in shower plus all the handy personal stuff such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, shoe shine, hairdryer and even a comb provided, with a safe to rent (cheaply) if you want it. The wardrobe had about 12 hangers which is far more than we usually see, so in all you have most of everything you need, and there is a large supermarket situated to the side of the hotel for everything else. This was our second visit and will stay there again.

В отеле отлично все, включая дорогу на пляж, при чем для меня самый лучший в Бенидорме. До пляжа 2 минуты. Чисто, утно, современно, гель для душа, шампунь и гель для рук - Dove, не из одной банки) Простой хороший завтрак, возможность принять душ после выезда, даже дают полотенце. Номер небольшой, но этого достаточно для пребывания на море. Единственный минус - очень долго и плохо уходила вода в слив в душевой кабине. За это оценка 4 за удобства. И второй момент, скорее Trip.com. Указано, что вид на море, но его, при всем желании, не было. И сотрудник мне сказал, что у них и нет одиночных номеров с видом на воду, только большие номера. Прошу Trip.com исправить у себя в описании, это не правда, вид на улицу на соседний дом. Он нормальный, просто надо писать как есть и может для кого-то это важно.

Отель хороший, чистый , есть бассейн, нас заселили раньше времени. Завтрак был превосходный. Есть бассейн , где можно заказать еду и напитки. Расположение в самом центре города, в пешей доступности до моря и баров с ресторанами

The ad says there is a parking place and it is, but it costs € 18 per day and is a very tight place in the cellar behind there is no coffee or water cooking not only a quickly reduced hotel but the clean and balcony was quite spacious and was big A table and two chairs so when the summer is, it's nice to be there. In the night after one, the team fired had a noise of a young team, but they went out with the same hard legs decorating so we were able to continue to sleep and we were very well sleeping both nights what we were there. Morning breakfast is very good in relation to its price is orange coffee pepper yuan and bottles can be found service parent family people are happy and helpful, though not speaking and younger man knows English reasonably well and presents and helps They have a 200 euros deposit security deposit obligation. Calle Venezuela is a parking place!

Recently refurbished and very clean. Nice pool area and dining room set out well for buffet style service. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was reasonably priced and good selection but a little cold. Rooms were well appointed and nicely cleaned daily. Location was a little away from the livelier part of Benidorm but handy for Old Town an Poniente beach. All in all a good hotel and would stay again.

Copy and stick as follows: We stayed at Port Vista Gold with half-pension treatment and we were very good. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide and varied choice, suitable for all tastes. The dinner was also a pleasant surprise: every evening different dishes, so never repeated. The hotel is clean, well maintained and in a comfortable position, about 350 meters from the beach. The hotel is also very welcome to the pool, helpful to relax after the sea.

Made a last minute booking to Santa Faz, my flight was delayed meaning I didn’t arrive until around 1am. The hotel stood awaiting my arrival, very friendly, smooth and quick booking in process. The rooms are simple but clean, comfortable and ideal for a place for travelling. Of course, it’s not a 5* hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but as the cheaper hotels go, it was comfy, clean and did what was expected!

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.
