Hotel Don Pancho - Designed for Adults

We have stayed in many hotels in Benidorm but this one is definitely our favourite. The whole holiday from start to finish was just perfect it was my birthday on the day I arrived and the staff all wished me a happy birthday and I had a bottle of bubbly and sweets and a card sent to my room. Also the evening of my birthday I had another bottle of wine WOW the food is really good and the different ice cream flavours yummy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thank you again DON PANCHO for a wonderful holiday

Hotel is in the ideal location for beach and bars & entertainment if you want to venture out, we didn’t as the Hotel entertainment was fine with us. We were on the 10th floor so had a view of sea we didn’t have an issue with the lifts but it was March. Food was good plenty of choice and the Hotel itself was very clean with lovely furnishings. Will definitely return when we back in Benidorm

Excellent hotel, Don Pancho delivers a very high standard in all areas of Hotel and the staff are a credit to this hotel and a pleasure to have met. We stayed half board and a big shout out to the fabulous catering department the food is delicious never heard one complaint! We stayed in a standard room with beautiful balcony (all rooms have sea views) and the most comfy adjustable sun chairs with footstools. I can’t comment on entertainment as we didn’t attend any but there is lots on each night. Hotel is minute walk from beach and not in noisy area this is a very relaxing and luxurious hotel. We stayed on floor 10 and found no problems using the lifts obviously they will be busier at peak times as you would expect. If you want to stay in the best of Benidorm book Don Pancho I wish I was back.

Arguably Don Pancho is the best hotel in Benidorm. We came here for the first time last year for 4 weeks and we enjoyed our stay so much we decided to come for Xmas and New Year - we have not been disappointed, the food on Xmas Day and New Years Eve was exceptional - with a complimentary glass of bubbly on entering the dining room followed by complimentary wine with our meal, also the evening shows included free drinks all evening. The cleanliness is very high standard and all the staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The majority of guests are frequent visitors which speaks for itself. We will definitely be back next year.

This is our third stay at the Don Pancho in 2023. It's the best hotel we've ever stayed at. Consequently we rebooked three times in 2024. The staff, the food, the rooms and the entertainment are wonderful. I honestly can't fault anything at all. All rooms are facing the sea and are kept immaculately clean. I've never stayed in such a clean hotel in my life. The Don Pancho is the best in Benidorm so do come and enjoy a fabulous stay. You won't be disappointed.

Fabulous hotel everyone is so friendly and helpful. The buffet style restaurant is perfect lots of choices and all freshly replenished. Pool heated mid October fabulous plenty of sun beds and all spotless the guy is always around cleaning away leaves ect, definitely going back and so are my dancing friends all 10 of us we are all over 60 but danced every night your entertainment was brilliant. Our room was 1712 excellent room and views. The hotel is in between the beach and night life perfect spot no noise. We will be back next year Thank you Don Pancho for the perfect holiday x

Have just returned from a weeks stay , we shared a room on 8 th floor in a superior room with just a little bit more space than an ordinary room. Quite a challenge with 3 ladies Everything was amazing , we found it very comfortable . I have personally stayed many times, but first time for my sister and her friend and we are already looking forward to returning soon. Power shower was amazing and housekeeping done an excellent job keeping our room lovely. Had lots of sun on Balcony it was lovely relaxing there after our long walks. We have just returned from our repeat stay at this wonderful hotel.We have stayed here on numerous occasions & is always our preferred hotel I can only endorse all of the positive comments that others have made for the Don Pancho…looking forward to our next stay in June…well done & many thanks to all the staff..

Lovely Hotel, excellent staff all very friendly. Especially Hosay who looks after the pool area. Nothing is too much trouble for him. The pool area is kept spotless he is always cleaning something.only use this hotel Don Pancho when we come to Benidorm.Rooms are lovely sea views from every balcony.food is excellent and plenty to choose from.Have been coming here twice a year for the last 10 years.Highly recommend.
