The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the city square, the room is very comfortable, with a bathtub and a balcony, the scenery is good every day, there are two swimming pools, one outdoor and one indoor, the outdoor swimming pool has a good view.

I visited Le Meridien few days ago and was surprised Ajaruli Khachapuri was delicious i have never tried anything like that before 🙏🏻 It was suggested by Sales Tina and there was a blonde girl waitress she was too cute.

From August 29 to September 3 I stayed at your beautiful hotel. I was very lucky with my upgrade and had a large beautiful room with amazing view of the Black Sea. The room was very comfortable and super clean. Your breakfast was excellent and great service clearing the plates. Loved the large buffet selections. Your Gym was also excellent, but only got to use it twice. I also received a very nice welcome gift of chocolates and cheese, that was very nice and thank you for that. Anna at the front desk was great, she was very help after I became ill.

Just by the sea, the super invincible sea view, the door is Ali and Nino, the bathtub has no plug, you have to call the front desk to ask for it, this need to spit, clean, the lobby and the room are great, the room is good, but as The details of the Radisson brand should be better! Would recommend it to a friend!

The front desk lady smiled very well, the service attitude was good, but the work efficiency was too bad. I have a red wine glass, and it will take almost half an hour to send it. It is normal for this country to drag and drop.

Hotel is in the center. Everything was smooth and breakfast was good. The only problem is , hotel hasn’t outdoor pool. Also , check in time is around 16:00 which may be bothering if you arrive early.

Friends who book a room, this hotel has only 5 floors, and the first floor is like living in a basement. I stayed for 3 nights in a row, I was given the first floor, and it was fine to change to the 5th floor.
Breakfast is 66 lari per person.
The service staff was very nice, they helped us move the bed in case my son would fall off the bed.
The coffee and juice on the first floor are delicious.
The spa is different from domestic ones, very comfortable, around 500.
Opposite is the coastline. I go to see the sea and take a bath after breakfast every day.
It is very close to McDonald's. After the hotel turns right, there is a well-known local restaurant on the first floor of the hotel.
The location is very good, but the room is not enough for five stars, but the service can be five stars!

It was realy great pleasure to stay in Courtyard by Marriott Batumi during 1 week in February.
Courtyard by Marriott Batumi was a wonderful experience for our family. The the location is great very easy walk to Boulevard and lovely Old City, with stunning sea and fountains view. The hotel is immaculate, Brand new, room is comfortable, cosy, well equiped and nice decorated.
We thank you for kindest and helpful greeting by Mariam, Eka, Tamar and all the great staff always happy to help! Housekeeping staff should be complemented!
We would happily stay here again.

Everything the location the Mountain View was perfect next to Europe square the breakfast was amazing the best breakfast in the whole world variety of foods and changing every day and everything was delicious. ❤️ also I want to say that there are very good people on the staff and special thanks to Giorgi who is in the bar and knows English very good, his English is American and I liked it very much. I was friends with him with my family He's a very good bartender, he's always at the bar and good barista. I will even come to this hotel and hopefully meet Giorgi. The Best Western Premium Hotel in Batumi is located in the commercial area, close to the beach, on the main Gorgiladze street, which continues all the way to the old part of the city. It is a high-rise building, and there was a nice view from our 12th-floor sea-facing room. It is promoted as a 5-star hotel, and the rooms are of fair size, but it still lacks too many amenities that elevate a hotel to a real 5-star status. Just to cite a few examples: The safe in the room was old and dysfunctional and couldn't be used throughout our stay. We had to call the technician to open it prior to departure. The ”operating instructions” were irrelevant as they related to another model. The same for the TV, which had only one Western-speaking channel, and even this one did function after the second day. No glasses in the bathroom, etc. What irked us most were the unmade rooms, even in late afternoons when we came back from our daily excursions. Rooms should be taken care of considerably earlier. The breakfast buffet style was mediocre, in spite of the abundance. The only thing that compensated partially for all the above was the friendly and willing attitude of the reception staff. In summary, a considerable way to go.From$54

The staff on reception were very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, right on the waterfront, but it is a good walk or a taxi ride to the downtown area with many of the restaurants and tourist attractions. The facilities were good and well-maintained including the pools (inside and outside) and the gym. The rooms are clean and spacious and all have a sea view. The breakfast was a bit disappointing - like they were trying to do a western style breakfast when they might have been better doing local style and doing it well. For instance, the Georgian breads are amazing but on the buffet they had soft, limp baguettes.SOLD OUT

We've stayed in this Hotel in February 2020 (it's not letting me to choose that year anymore). We checked in late as we arrived from the airport around midnight. There were accommodating and even informed us where we can get some food. Unfortunately for us, most places were already closed. The room was large with a view of the port and balcony. It looked a bit ran dawn, but still comfortable. The best part was the terrace on top of the building with breakfast. The food was surprisingly very tasty and even though we are not usually up for breakfast we actually made the effort to go as we enjoyed it that much. There were very polite to us at all times and even though the rooms looked banged up and in need of some TLC, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to this hotel.SOLD OUT

There are several restaurants across the road from the hotel. It is convenient to eat. The hotel is also close to the Batumi shopping center. We are a family with a child, stayed in a two-room room for 5 nights. We met at the resepchn hospitality, but the kitchen workers are not different in positive and joyful. Most rooms with tired repair and melting on windows, they are not completely cleaned carpets and sofas. It is much better to take a room with bamboo furniture, here is the price/quality ratio. For a good breakfast in the non-season it is not worth counting. But an egg with a delicious sausage, a raspberry, vegetables and a raspberry are offered. There is no teapot in the room, but it is allowed to go to the ”kitchen” and pour the boiler to whomever needs. Bed, towels - everything is, clean. The biggest minus - saw mice in a room with a red couch at night, after which we were asked to move. No wish to return to this hotel.SOLD OUT
