Our family stayed in Zermatt La Vue, a two-bedroom, one-bedroom room that really felt great! The area of the room and the living room is very large, the equipment is newly renovated and comfortable, the breakfast is very rich in the living room, the service staff is also very kind, you can see the Matterhorn in the morning, and there is a small heated swimming pool. In short, We stayed for two nights and really felt like everything was awesome!

The room is very nice. The location is excellent. You can see the Matterhorn mountain view, sunrise and sunset. The surrounding transportation is convenient. It is not far from the train station, about 500 meters, but it is all uphill. The hotel itself has a shuttle bus, but I didn't know it when I booked the hotel, so I had to drag my luggage for several hundred meters to the hotel after getting off the train. The breakfast was okay. The service staff was satisfactory. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room, and a few bottles of water were given. There were free soft drinks in the minibar, but alcohol was charged. However, unlike other hotels, it would not be stated what was free and what needed to be paid. I still called the front desk to find out. I think this should be improved. It is more warm to have free chocolates and red wine. Overall, it was not bad. The deduction was that the items mentioned above were not written very clearly.FromUS$533

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the train station and opposite McDonald's. The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony offered a partial view of the Matterhorn. It is the best hotel in Switzerland in 8 days. The worst hotel I used to stay in before was 4 stars of 2800 yuan, basically all 5 stars.
The facilities are new and the new hotel is more in my style. The service is in place, reflecting the high level of Swiss hotel service industry. The rooms are not large or small, just right, the toilets are a bit small, and the toiletries are a well-known British brand. Because the owner of the hotel loves whiskeys, there is a cabinet for whiskeys in the lobby. Whiskey in the room can be drunk for free, which is a waste for me who does not drink. The breakfast is not many, but it is very exquisite and you can eat it well. Self-driving is not allowed here, there are shuttle buses to the train station, you need to call in advance to book. Several attractions are close.
The hotel swimming pool is also good, although not large, you can swim and watch the mountain view. I will definitely choose here next time. Price is also good.Great75 Reviews

This hotel is the best one in my 12-day trip in Switzerland. The details of the hotel are very good. The minibar in the room is free, there is beer bubble water, etc. The room is large and can be used for extra beds. There are some hot foods outside, which are included in the room rate. It is a very careful hotel. There are many things to send, chocolate, special drinks, sweets, etc. Many details can reflect that this is a high-powered hotel, although the hotel is Half-mountain, but it does not affect travel at all. There is a hotel bus transfer to and from the train station, and the hotel has a direct elevator to the foot of the mountain. The elevator is the entrance to the rothorn, very good!Business travel

It's close to Zermatt station, and while the breakfast options weren't extensive, they were delicious. It's small but has everything you need. The downsides are no air conditioning, and even with an elevator, you still have to carry heavy luggage up a few steps to get into the room. Also, there's no service provided after 9 PM, except for emergencies. The location is excellent, very close to Zermatt station, and having a supermarket nearby was incredibly convenient. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was well-equipped with a fridge and a hairdryer, with ample space to spread out our luggage. Breakfast was delicious, setting us up for a great start to the day. They even have a jacuzzi – I really regretted not bringing a swimsuit! Nestled high above Zermatt, the Riffelhaus 1853 is accessible via the Gornergrat railway, making the journey itself an adventure. Once you arrive, you’re greeted by panoramic mountain views in every direction, with the iconic Matterhorn standing proudly in front of you. The setting is perfect for ski-in/ski-out access in winter and stunning hiking trails in summer.

The rooms are cozy, modern, and well-equipped while still maintaining a classic Swiss alpine charm. Many rooms come with Matterhorn views, and waking up to this scenery is an experience in itself. The beds are comfortable, and the rustic wooden decor gives a warm, welcoming feel. Some rooms have balconies, which I highly recommend booking for the full experience.

The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. Despite the hotel’s remote location, the service is top-notch, with staff going out of their way to accommodate special requests. From seamless check-in to helpful local recommendations, they make the stay even more special.
Dining – 8.5/10
The on-site restaurant serves delicious Swiss cuisine, including traditional dishes like fondue and rösti. The breakfast is generous, featuring fresh bread, cheeses, meats, and eggs cooked to order. The only downside is that, due to the remote location, dining options are limited to the hotel restaurant, but the quality makes up for it.
Wellness & Spa – 10/10
The outdoor hot tub with a view of the Matterhorn is an absolute highlight! There’s also a sauna and steam bath, perfect after a day of skiing or hiking. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by snow-capped peaks is an experience worth every penny.
Activities – 10/10
Winter: Perfect for skiing, as the hotel is directly on the slopes. The ski room is convenient, and the access to the Gornergrat ski area is unbeatable.

The BEAUSiTE Zermatt was definitely the most amazing hotel we stayed at during our trip to Switzerland. All the staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming.
We booked two double rooms for two nights and were lucky to receive an upgrade, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful Matterhorn view from our room balcony. Thank you for making our three-day stay in Zermatt so amazing and unforgettable!
The only unpleasant experience was with the breakfast chef who prepares the eggs. When my family and I tried to order eggs, he did not respond or even acknowledge our order. We found his attitude quite rude and impolite. I sincerely hope he was not treating us this way because of our race, as we otherwise had a wonderful experience at the hotel.FromUS$337

The room was completely unexpected and a complete surprise. It was incredibly large, much larger than most hotels in China. While most European hotels are like little pigeon coops, this one had a large bathroom, a spacious living room, and even enough space for an L-shaped leather sofa. Best of all, there was a huge balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. No need to wake up early or stay up late to see the golden mountain at sunrise.

Room arranged by the hotel was great with fantastic Mountain View. Breakfast spread was better than expected.
