The hotel has an excellent location, artistic style, relatively new room facilities, very clean and tidy, and it was a pleasure to stay! Check in at 15:00. We arrived early. We originally planned to store our luggage first, but we were allowed to check in directly. Thank you very much!

Set in a building dating back to 1660, the hotel features 2 terraces, a new resident garden library, a restaurant and a bar. It is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Oxford. The hotel’s en suite rooms have a desk, storage space, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, hairdryer and free toiletries. Open for breakfast until late in the evening, Parsonage Bar & Grill serves authentic British cuisine with a modern twist. It is a 17-minute walk from Oxford Train Station and a 3-minute walk from Keble College and Somerville College.

I came to the UK for 12 days this time. This is my first time writing a review because I want to tell everyone not to step on the pit. 1. The hotel is newly opened and the location is very convenient. It is next to Trinity College and the commercial street. It is convenient for eating and playing. 2. The hotel room is large in this location because all the facilities are new and relatively complete. The corridor is a bit like a maze, and there are four doors to the room. 3. I want to complain that parking is inconvenient. You have to go to the parking lot of the nearby shopping mall. The navigation basically can't get downstairs, so you need to find it slowly by yourself. 4. Check in on August 1, 2024. The hotel is newly renovated. The smell is very strong and choking. The window of the room cannot be opened, and the smell cannot be released. It feels like a human filter for a night. The smell is so strong that you can't open your eyes🥵 5. Be sure to pay attention to the toilet button in the hotel bathroom. It is easy to get your hand pinched when you press it. I was pinched. Due to language problems, I did not negotiate with the hotel. If I were in China, I should have stayed for free.

I chose this hotel based on the ratings. It didn't disappoint me. The room is quite big, with plenty of room for activities. The decoration and facilities are relatively new. There is a bus stop right outside that takes you directly to Churchill Manor. You can walk to other attractions. Although the price is a bit high, according to the price level in the UK, this hotel is very cost-effective. Recommended

I stayed in an executive room, which was quite spacious. The room was very simple and comfortable. I needed to add a small table in the room for work, and the waiter was very quick to help me solve it. The breakfast was OK, the bread was good, but the breakfast did not change after staying for six or seven days. There was no air conditioning, but a small electric fan was provided. The temperature was quite high during the few days I stayed there, and the window in the room could be opened very small. So the room was stuffy, and even if the temperature outside dropped, the ventilation was not good, and the temperature in the room was still high. This was a bit unbearable.

Would highly recommend, very friendly and helpful staff. We had the room with castle view, which was lovely. Nespresso machine and extra options for hot drinks was great. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and delicious. We will stay here again for sure.

Lovely hotel well situated in city centre, short walk to the High Street .Plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. My double superior bedroom has a lovely city view , good size room and bath room and comfortable bed. Take note there is no lift in this hotel and no mini fridge in room . Complimentary drinks and cookies provided in the room. Nice touch. Lovely and well maintained property . Will stay here again.

This hotel is just next to the Queen's Lane bus stop. Oxford Tube, and the mega bus stop there. Therefore it is very convenient to go out and into Oxford. It is close to the University as well. The only inconvenience is that there are steps everywhere, from the entrance to the reception, and to my room. This probably a general problem with old buildings in UK. Otherwise no other complains about the service. The bedding are very conformable - this is definitely a highlight.

This is a hotel converted from an old castle prison. It is very innovative. There are two types of rooms. One is a room converted from two cells, and the other is a normal room. The window of the room converted from the cell is a small upper window like in the prison. The normal room I booked has a balcony. It depends on everyone's preference. The room has a coffee machine and a towel heating rod. The shower room is small and the button area is large, but it takes some skills to press it. The first time I pressed it for a long time, it didn't trigger. The air conditioning in my room was slightly insufficient, but the hotel service staff actively solved the problem. The overall service was very warm and thoughtful, sharing town maps and so on, so despite the slight inconvenience, I still like the style and service of this hotel. The breakfast is also good, and the black pudding is awesome. In addition, some rooms have stairs in addition to the elevator. If you have large luggage, you can try to contact the hotel to use the small elevator, as shown in the last picture
