The room is big and clean. It is a must-stay every time I go on a business trip. The scenery outside the room is very beautiful. You can see the Cologne Cathedral. It is recommended to stay here. It is a little far from the city.

OK for one night but with a heater that doesn't get warm enough it's a disaster, I was freezing in the room. It wasn't nice. The faucet could do with a new one. And then they put a bottle of water out there without a bottle opener. Not justified for the price in my opinion.

Welcome to the beautiful cozy 55 sqm apartment on the ground floor of a separate extension in Cologne-Longerich with its own entrance. Two bedrooms with double beds 140 cm, a cozy living room, a modern kitchen with dining area and a beautiful, bright bathroom with a washing machine invite you to feel good. The living room has a sofa with a table and DVBT TV. A music system and a small writing space is available. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 4-plate stove, oven, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans ...)
In front of the adjoining main house in the front yard is a small seat on a gravel area. There you can in fine weather surrounded by modern art under a small fig tree and protected by a high beech hedge breakfast or smoke.
A private parking lot is located directly in front of the apartment.
The connection is excellent. 3 minutes walk to the light rail. 15 minutes to the city. 25 minutes to the fair. 5 minutes to the interchange Köln-Nord. Highly recommended! The room was excellent and very spacious. The bed was big enough for me and my child; since we booked for two adults and one child, they even provided an extra bed, so we had three beds in total! The location is fantastic. It's very close to the train station and Cologne Cathedral, just a 5-minute walk away, yet it's tucked away from the main hustle, which made us feel quite safe and secure. We took a stroll near the hotel and discovered a highly-rated restaurant. We tried some authentic German cuisine there, and it was quite good. Cologne is truly wonderful; we even got some photos just like Jay Chou's! I highly recommend Trip.com! All our hotels for this Europe trip were booked through them, and it gave us great peace of mind. I compared their prices with several major platforms, and they truly offered the best rates. Highly, highly recommended!

Stayed as a couple at Club King Double room for 5 nights during the Amphi Festival. Pros: - Unbeatable location, walking distance to everything while not within the Old Town which is way too touristy. Five-minute walk from the train that takes you straight to the airport. - Room 99% soundproof, very private and peaceful (stayed at the Club floor, 6/6). - Amazing bed. - Full-size working desk in the room. - Daytime service very professional, helpful, and friendly. - The Club Floor lounge has it's own very good breakfast buffet (included with the Club rooms at no extra cost - apart from the higher cost of the Club room itself - so you might skip paying extra for the regular breakfast at the restaurant). Also daytime tea with cake and an evening snack are served as well. The snack could become your legitimate dinner if you need it, as there are hot options and appetizers. Amazing view of the cathedral from the Lounge. - The food was amazing. Cons: - The night shift staff is not at the same level as the day shift, so try to resolve your matters during the day. - Some visible wear and tear in the room (not important to me, but might bother some who expect everything to be 100% at this price point). Overall: - Highly recommend, would stay again.

I booked the mixed 4-bed dorm as there were no other options in the city under €300/night. The location is very convenient and quiet, making it easy to get around by foot or public transport. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful. However, I didn’t feel fully comfortable sharing the room with three men, especially since there were no curtains for privacy on the beds. Cleanliness could be improved, as there was visible dust, the room wasn’t well lit, and the outlets and reading light at my bed didn’t work. The bathrooms also lacked ventilation and a bath mat, which caused humidity and puddles after showering. For €74 per night, I expected more comfort and cleanliness. Still, this hostel has great potential if some improvements are made.

On arrival day, we were informed of a planned electricity power outage in all the rooms for 4 hours during our stay which resulted in no lighting, WiFi or TV working. While I understand that maintenance issues are necessary in all hotels, it would have been nice if management had made a small offer of compensation such as restaurant voucher, to guests impacted by this outage, but unfortunately no such offer was made. This has somewhat spoiled the experience of what would otherwise have been a very good hotel.

The double-glazed windows provide great soundproofing; despite being right next to the railway tracks, it was surprisingly quiet. The common area on the first floor is suitable for working or holding meetings. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and if purchased separately, it's not particularly good value for money.

It's about a 12 minute walk to the Cologne cathedral. The hotel is on the upscale side, has great amenities. A Nespresso machine w pods in the room and a few included minibar items. There are also qtips etc. The soap and shampoo smell very nice. The room is very spacious. I would just get rid of the office chairs without wheels. They also have a very uncomfortable design where the seat is tilted forward, do you slide forward when you sit in it. Also, the sheets are threadbare - I literally saw a hole in the sheets - doesn't really suit a hotel their caliber. Breakfast is excellent. Nice teas and coffee. Plenty of sweet and savory options, smoked salmon etc. I'd stay again.

close to train station. however I did have a bit of difficulty finding a path to the hotel from the station. Google maps was showing me different directions - the problem is that the station is parallel to the dom and to get to the road level, you have to do down and not up the stairs to the dom. I did not use the facilities or the food. I did appreciate that they had water in the room and fruits at the reception area. They also had left luggage at no charge.
