The hotel is decorated in a gorgeous style, with English Victorian style reflected in the corridor chandeliers, exquisite glass, and marble columns with elegant carvings. The garden and the greenhouse tropical plant elements in the lobby provide a sense of vacation. The location is within a 10-minute walk from Interlaken West Station and East Station. There is a large lawn in front of the gate for paragliders to land (paragliders can scan the QR code to make reservations). During the day, you can see the misty Eiger and Jungfrau mountain groups. If you want to go to Jungfrau, you can take the train from Interlaken East, but the recommended route is to go to Grindelwald terminal station (within 30 minutes), take the cable car up the mountain from there, and then take another route back to Interlaken East. The hotel is equipped with a 20m indoor swimming pool, several small soaking pools, outdoor soaking pools, and contact spa service facilities such as saunas. But the venue is not large. Indoor tennis courts need to be reserved in advance, and equipment can be rented. The internal environment is of medium level. Try to arrive on time. We arrived late at noon and no one opened the door for us. The breakfast is average, I feel that the breakfast in Swiss hotels is average, and the juice is not good. The interior design of the room is good, but the view outside the window depends on the room type and luck. The angle of the window outside the window of many rooms is not facing the mountain, but facing the hotel's internal garden. If you want to take pictures of the balcony scenery with the mountain view, some small hotels are more photogenic. It is worth mentioning that you must remember to choose the right number of guests. I chose a single person and wanted to stay in a double room, but they said they would charge 100 francs.

The room is not very big but very clean. The TV signal and internet are a bit bad, and the soundproofing is average. However, the hotel facilities are very good. The breakfast area has a beautiful view. You can go to the swimming pool and outdoor sauna during the day. There is free afternoon tea in the afternoon. It is also close to the pier.

Next to Interlaken East Station, the transportation is very convenient. The hotel is online in all aspects, but the room is a bit small. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and daydream.

The overall environment is very beautiful, and the hotel will give you a bus card for surrounding areas. The sauna and massage pool are very comfortable. You must enjoy them when you stay. They can definitely eliminate the fatigue of the day. The breakfast area is beautiful! It's a pity that we were assigned to a hotel room upstairs in a nearby building. It was located in a very remote part of the hotel. There was no elevator and we had to carry our luggage ourselves. Not arranged on the main floor, the experience is a bit worse.

Carlton Hotel The room was over 20 square meters, decorated in an antique style, and well-equipped, though it lacked air conditioning and came with a small electric fan instead. My room was on the top floor, and unfortunately, the window right by the bed was next to a chimney, so smoke from the downstairs restaurant's grill wafted directly into the room. The breakfast was quite varied, but it was the same every day for several days. The staff were very friendly, and I had a comfortable stay during my time there. It's very close to the train station, and the boat pier is only a 3-minute walk away. You can also take local public transport from here.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of town with tons of shopping and dining options nearby. The room was quite spacious and well-equipped, even having a kettle, which is a huge plus for Chinese travelers. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The best part, though, was the breakfast. It had such a wide variety of options; I felt like the breakfast alone was worth 400 RMB in Switzerland, haha.

This was the fourth hotel I stayed in during my two-night stay in Switzerland. The hotel isn't near Interlaken's main station, Interlaken Ost, but rather near West Station. This wasn't particularly convenient, as I expected frequent trains from West Station to Interlaken Ost, running every five minutes. However, the trains only run every half hour, and the buses every 20 minutes or so, making time management difficult. The room was very large and spacious, though the details weren't particularly sophisticated, considering it's a four-star hotel, not a five-star one. The bathtub and air conditioning were nice, but there was no refrigerator. Bottled water was provided upon check-out.

Hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful! The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with 2 sinks ! The room service was great! It was always kept up to date and cleaned! I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) ! Hotel view was wonderful too!

The hotel is conveniently located near the station with plenty of shops around, and you see tourists from all over the world. The hotel itself is quite large, and our room had a double bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of three. There were also two TVs in the room, along with yukata and slippers. The breakfast selection was extensive and varied!
