I am truly very grateful to the owner for providing a room that exceeded our expectations, and both my friends and I really enjoyed it. As soon as I stepped inside, I saw the most beautiful scenery outside the balcony. The room is very spacious and clean and comfortable. This is the best check-in experience!

Clean and spacious room with a fantastic lake view – loved waking up to it every morning. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the stay. It’s about a 5-minute drive to the city centre, so a car helps, but overall a peaceful and comfortable place to stay.

Nice and clean spacious room. Location is a bit far off from the town centre, not too bad for us cuz we drove, about 5-10min. Good for those who are looking for somewhere quieter.

Very good, just opposite the Wanaka Pier. The room is fully equipped with Chinese and Western kitchens. The terrace has an oven and heating equipment. There is also a laundry care machine for asko. The living room is spacious and comfortable. It is suitable for dinner. The first row of river view. The back row may need to be on the third floor and the second floor to see the river view. Temporarily decided to set off to Wanaka Lake. I was lucky to book a super beautiful house. The kitchen facilities are very new. The large terrace is also beautiful. There is a separate laundry room. You can see Wanaka Lake in the living room and bedroom. Next time I want to stay at this homestay for a few more days!

Ctrip did not give my email to the store, so I did not receive the check-in guide. I consulted other guests before I knew that the key needed to be picked up at another store at the entrance of the town. At that time, the road at the entrance of the peak was basically impassable. Finally, I walked back and forth for half an hour to get the key.

270-degree viewing terrace, large living room, fully equipped kitchen (with two dishwashers), separate laundry room, super convenient. There are 2-3 supermarkets 200-300 meters away, and Four Square can meet all our needs. There are Chinese and Asian restaurants next to it, and 100-200 meters away is the commercial center, where you can eat and shop. Across the road is the lake, with a children's playground and cycling and walking trails. The intercity bus stops at the square next to the children's playground (next to the toilet). The location is unique. The staff is very good and enthusiastic. All our needs can be met, very nice. I will definitely stay there again in the future (Wanaka is not my favorite place in New Zealand, but this hotel is my favorite one in New Zealand, no doubt about it.)SOLD OUT

wanaka is really the favorite place on this trip, so comfortable and comfortable. The apartment is self-check-in throughout the whole process, no problem; The apartment has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, cloakroom, utility room, and is very clean. There is a small yard outside. I really like it. It’s good to be able to retire here... I like a place with few people and beautiful scenery.

Not super close to the Richies/Intercity bus stop, but still within a 10-min walk. Room is a bit small, and the curtain on the bed had a stain. On the bright side, the public area facilities are great, the kitchen is big and well equipped. There’s also a supermarket nearby, which is probably the main convenience. Reached the motel in light snow, warmly welcomed by the staff who quickly recommended few places for us to visit during our short trip to Wanaka.
The room is very clean and warm. Spacious bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped.
We enjoyed the Netflix in our room at night when it was too cold to explore the town.

This hotel enjoys a prime central location, just a 1-2 minute walk from the tourist bus stop and information center. Lakeview rooms on the 2nd floors feature private enclosed balconies. Even non-lake view rooms offer great value, with the lakeshore directly accessible from the property. The exceptionally friendly front desk staff often accommodates early check-in and room upgrades—during our three-day stay (due to booking constraints requiring three different room types), we were consistently upgraded to the most premium option: a second-floor lakeview room.
