A stunning and family-friendly hotel with all you could ask for on the grounds. From a beautiful gym, swimming pools galore to an incredible water park on site for not just the little ones but the big kids too… it has it all! The food courts had so much variety too with different settings for different nights. The entertainment kicked in just as I was leaving and the bar side singing was just beautiful, a great touch to the space ito give it that adult-exclusivity feel away from the other areas of the hotel which catered for the whole family.

It was a memorable time for us traveling from US as family of four with two kids age 7 and 11. First striking thing was everything was included in the all inclusive price. There were no hidden charges or extra fees for things like ala carte reservations. There were plenty of activities for the kids to keep them occupied. Ice creams and desserts were available all the time. Only downside for us was that we are vegetarians and food options are very limited as Greece goes heavy on meat.

The hotel facilities are very good and new, the swimming is a highlight, and the sunset is especially beautiful. The recliners by the pool need to take a seat in the morning, the towels provided by the recliners and the seat covers are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is romantic and the food is delicious. Hotel service staff try their best to provide services, but seems to be insufficient skills, questions can not be answered in time, need patience, etc. Overall very recommended hotel

Very good stay in the whole We have had a pleasant stay at the Great Infinity. The hotel is very well located, the staff is particularly welcome and professional, and we have enjoyed our spacious room with balcony and part view of the sea. The breakfast is complete, with a variety of choices, and the addition massage offered was also very pleasant. Some points are, however, to be improved: we regretted the absence of paintings and socks. The bathroom also deserved some improvements, especially in the waterproof of the shower and the plombing, which had a lot of tart. We also had a concern about remontée d'odeur d'égout, but this was quickly settled by the team, which is appreciable. Despite these details, we maintain a very good overall experience thanks to the reception, location, comfort of the room and the services offered. With some improvements on maintenance and equipment, the experience could be really excellent. Thank you again for the welcome and gentleness.

Our stays at Bianca Doma in Crete were absolutely fantastic. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we’ve stayed twice this year and no doubt we’ll be returning again. The apartments are spotlessly clean, comfortable, and have everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Waking up to the beautiful views each morning was a real highlight, and the pool area is peaceful, well-maintained, and the perfect place to unwind. What truly sets Bianca Doma apart, though, is the incredible staff. Their warmth and genuine friendliness made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They take the time to get to know their guests personally and offer thoughtful recommendations on places to visit, restaurants, and local experiences.
