The hotel was renovated in 2026, and the rooms are very clean and new. The rooms are spacious with ample lighting. Each room has a kitchen, induction cooker, basic cooking utensils, and a dining table and chairs for easy cooking. The sheets and towels are very clean and white. However, shampoo and shower gel are not provided. The hotel's location is also very convenient; a supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.

Newly renovated and very clean. The location is also excellent, just a few hundred meters from Ganden Monastery and a 2-minute walk from the main street. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, so you won't be disturbed by motorcycles. Mongolians don't eat breakfast, so having a tea and snack area is a lifesaver.

I booked a fantastic 1-bedroom apartment on Trip.com, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent, situated within a convenient 15-minute walk to Narantuul Market, 20 minutes to the National Sports Stadium, and 30 minutes to Sukhbaatar Square. Having handy convenience shops right downstairs and several malls nearby made grocery runs and shopping effortless.
Inside, the apartment is remarkably spacious, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally well-maintained. The Queen-size bed is incredibly comfortable, and the pillows provided excellent support.
Furthermore, the host is very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire stay, making sure all my questions were answered.
The kitchen is fully and well-equipped for cooking daily meals easily, and it even has a full-size refrigerator. I appreciated the generous amenities like extra pillows, blankets, towels, paper towels and toilet paper. Thoughtful little extras such as cotton balls, floss sticks, cotton buds, quality toiletries, variety of tea bags, and bottled mineral water were a wonderful, welcoming touch.
I absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend this property!

Clean, has everything you need for your stay, convenient location, quiet. The bus stop is 3 minutes away, and you can get to any part of the city from there. It's a 7-minute walk to the square. Self check-in was easy. The woman handling the check-in spoke fluent Russian and helped me communicate with the taxi driver.

This was one of the best apartments I have stayed in in Ulaanbaatar and I have booked places all over the city. It is clean and well-furnished with new kitchen equipment. It is also centrally located - only a brief walk to Sukhbaatar square and near many shops and restaurants. The owner is very responsive and helpful with any questions. The only downside is that it is a 5th floor walkup with no elevator so if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage you might want to consider this. Otherwise it is a great find.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a small balcony. The front desk service was very good. Even though I didn't understand the language, they helped me make noodles and heat beef in the middle of the night. It's a very good hotel.

The bedsheets were exchanged already after one night. The dinner at the Japanese restaurant was wonderful in a private room that allowed us in-depth conversation reminiscing about our experiences. The second night we treated ourselves to massages and facials at the spa - the best we have experienced in hotels. A really excellent hotel! The reception staff are so friendly and professional, and they speak very good English. They helped give me directions to nearby ATMs and also called a taxi service for me to go to the airport on my last day. The room was always very clean and the bed was comfortable. They have a laundry service that is quite cheap, and it was very convenient - you just have to put your dirty clothes in a bag and give it to reception, and they will return it to your room (usually on the same day). The breakfast was also delicious - a combination of a cooked breakfast, fruits, yoghurts, salad, cereals and cakes, along with tea, coffee and juice. The breakfast was delicious, with two sausages, two slices of bread, some fruit and vegetables, and hot tea. The bedding was very comfortable, which greatly improved my sleep quality. The hotel is 1.2km from the train station, about an 18-minute walk for me. There's also a mall nearby with a supermarket, making everything very convenient. The air conditioning felt a bit cool. There's a park behind the hotel, and I could hear lively voices even after 9 PM. It might have been a one-off, but if that bothers you, pay attention to the room location. **Nearby Shops:** Having an EMart next door and convenience stores like GS25 and CU very close by was extremely convenient. **Nearby Attractions:** Sukhbaatar Square is about a 15-minute walk away. Close to city centre. Staff were very friendly.
Rooms are not 5 star but suited needs and the staff do everything to make you comfortable.
I took advantage of the gym and the sauna and also used the breakfast restaurant. Very good.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and very comfortable, we really had a good rest. The room has everything you need, such as hangers, place to store your belongings, a fridge and complementary water and tea. We used their laundry service and our clothes were clean and soft.
The service is amazing, they helped us book a taxi to go to the airpor, answered all our questions and always tried to help us.
The location is convenient, you can easily reach by walk the main tourists' spots and restaurants.
Very tasty breakfast, although it's not a huge buffet, I found that there was still quite few options and have healthy options, even for people like us who do not usually have savory breakfast. I loved their overnight porridge and muffins.

Отель расположен довольно удачно: около 2 км по прямой от автовокзала, куда мы приезжали и, соответственно, откуда уезжали домой. Искать его не надо, он стоит на центральной улице города, но при этом не на дороге, поэтому шумно от дороги не было. До центра: музеев, центральной площади и прочего далековато, но на центральной улице вечная пробка из машин, поэтому не факт, что быстрее было бы на такси или автобусе, поэтому мы ходили пешком в районе 40 минут. Номер просторный, кровать удобная, уборка, смена полотенец, шампуни в ванной - каждый день. Интернет быстрый, персонал приветливый, одна девушка говорила по-русски. Останавливались на два дня. В первый день очень хотела написать плохой отзыв на завтрак, потому что уже через полчаса после его начала еды не осталось совсем (хотела взять добавки, остались пустые подносы) и новой еды не принесли, ни еды, ни напитков. На следующий день работала другая смена и все оперативно подносили, и еду, и соки, и кофе.FromUS$58
