Lovely clean hotel. Very nice food. Customer service at reception upon arrival was not brilliant - maybe some better staff induction would be helpful. Ended up having to pay twice for parking as we weren’t told about the parking garage underneath with charging points until a new staff member in the morning. Otherwise a lovely stay. The spa and pool facilities are additional cost too which we didn’t realise was the norm for Norway!

Very good hotel, good facilities, good service and clean rooms. But the mountain road to the hotel is a bit difficult to open and requires an extra payment toll.
