Hotel Campestre Paraiso Cafetero ★★★

"The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. The biggest problem: a very aggressive little dog who tried to bite my son several times and thiefs everyone. A danger. Come here under your own responsibility."

Hotel Delirio Campestre ★★

"The hotel offers a great deal with awesome and modern bungalows, which are surrounded by dozens of paradise bird flowers and other species of Heliconeas. Great place to relax in a hamac Food is good and staf is very gentle and helpful, as most of the people of the region. Location is also very convenient. Just a couple of minutes from Montenegro, the Parque del Cafe and Panaca, and very close to other beautiful towns like Quimbaya and Filandia. We actually saw a couple of little Guatins playing in the garden behind a Zapote treat."

Finca Hotel Los Girasoles ★★

"The hotel looks nice but the breakfast and service was a little off-putting and awkward. As many people, I need to drink every day coffee with milk to be happy. It turns out that when the coffee is not so strong I need to drink two. To make it short: they refused to put in some milk in my second coffee. And wanted me to buy a can of milk as addition, even though I really just need like one spoon of milk for the coffee. They have coffee for free that you can pour. But if you want milk it is a bit odd. Because they told me, wait: the first coffee comes with milk and is free. So I just waited with my no-coffee-headache and finally got it. Then for the second, which I took from the free-coffee-mug, they said: no, no milk for that one. I argumented a little and for me it's just odd to offer coffee but completeley refuse to put in a little milk. For the second day we brought our own milk and for the third day I did the following: I only drank half of the first coffee (which has milk) then i could pour in some from the free coffee and had still some milk in it. To be quite honest I just went into the fields and started chewing on the coffee beans because the coffee they serve you... you can see for yourself. There where also other oddities. We had two kids which are three years old with us and they just refused to serve them. We had a huge argument and put a lot of thought and dedication into trying to explain that we booked specifying that we are bringing kids and that kids with three years old actually eat food. They could just have brought something for the kids. But they really strongly pushed back and we felt just really odd. It's really a shame that in a place WHERE THEY ACTUALLY GROW COFFEE BEANS, coffee is heavily reglemenented and as they service told us "commercial". It's the sort you can't even find in a typical supermarket. I could live with that but not giving me the merci of some drops of milk and really standing a very firm ground on a banality that would make me as guest happy is for me difficult to understand."
