This time, I found a hotel with incredible value for money. The room rate was really, really cheap (for us Hongkongers, it's an absolute steal 💰)! The hotel lobby and room design are both beautiful. While the space isn't huge, it's definitely sufficient and functional 👌. The only minor drawback is the wait for the elevator, which takes about 5 minutes. Thankfully, there are staff members on-site specifically managing the crowd, and they're quite dedicated, so it's acceptable. ✨ Big bonus points: The view is truly stunning! Watching the bustling nightscape at night really lifts your spirits 🌃. Plus, the location is super convenient; you can walk to nearby night markets and massage parlors 💆♀️. I had a great stay here for the night. The room had everything you'd need to stay for short visits or even if you're planning to stay here for some time. The bed was pretty soft and comfortable. My room was facing the highway, but it wasn't noisy at all (level 20 ish iirc) The only problem I had, which is minor imo, is that the shower was slightly leaking in my unit. The pressure and temperature were still fine still but they can probably fix it pretty quickly if I reported it. Also, since the shower doesn't have a shower door it might get a wet near the toilet. There were quite a number of facilities for everyone there. Both hot and cold drinking water was outside near the lift too. Parking for residents was RM6 per entry iirc but you gotta validate it every time you want to leave at the receptionist. Checking in and out was quick and easy tho. There is KL Gateway Mall, which is a 10 min walk away (there's a non-shaded pathway so still convenient). There's also a ton of eateries nearby, so you won't go hungry hshshs. Overall if I had to stay near the area, I'd come here again ^_^

Service: The person in charge seemed to be of Indian descent, and was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. They even helped us with our luggage. Environment: There's a shopping mall right next door, which has the NSK store with cheap and wide selection of durians. There are also many restaurants and snack shops nearby. It's about a 15-minute walk to the metro station and a 20-minute walk to the Twin Towers. I just remembered they also have an infinity pool! We didn't get to swim because we were out too late, but we passed by it during checkout and the view was amazing. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Kuala Lumpur, it's such great value for money!!

Tip: Google Maps didn't show it, but leave NU Sentral from the monorail exit, come down the second escalator, and then just follow the path beneath the monorail to the building. Views from the building were great, pool especially. Downsides were that the lift took a long time to come (55 floors and only 4 lifts), and didn't have air con, so could be a very sweaty wait. Laundromat in the building (L30) very convenient. Other downsides were no microwave, a small fridge, and a convoluted hot shower process with only 2 towels, but these are minor things. Lovely view over Little India, the Klang, and the Hokkien Cemetary, very quiet, and no light intrusion/pollution.
