I did NOT like this stay and I would NOT recommend this place !!! Every evening and night cockroaches were coming into our room from the bathroom. Some of them were very big (around 6 cm). We informed the office many times, but they kept saying that nobody else had complained before and that the problem was only in our room. At first we believed this, so we agreed to move to another room on a different level. Unfortunately the problem continued there as well. We started asking about a refund, but the staff were not happy about this and did not want to refund us. Then we started asking other guests in the lift and at the swimming pool, and we were surprised to hear that this seems normal in this place. We also noticed that every cleaning trolley had insect killer spray on it, which made us think the staff already knew about the problem. We even saw dead cockroaches in the corridor !!! The worst moment was when we found cockroaches in the bed !!!!!! After that we could not sleep there anymore. We asked to check out immediately, but the apartment company refused to refund our money and did not offer any apology or compensation. It felt like they only care about getting new guests into the room as quickly as possible after basic cleaning instead of solving the problem !! NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!!!

Very nice accommodation with clean rooms, new sanitation. Room was on 23 floor with nice view. Swimming pool on 35th floor was clean and wonderful view. The check in was smooth, the host gave all explanations

Fantastic stay! The staff are very kind, responsive, and welcoming, and the rooms are extremely clean. The view from the pool in the evening is absolutely amazing. The location is also perfect, close to all the key spots in the city. I highly recommend it!

My always go to apartment to stay whenever im in KL..always love the view their unit has..the rooms getting better and better in terms of smell and i believe they have change their colour theme abit..haha! Always a pleasure being their guest! 1 think though,i suggest u collect deposit using cash method too as sometimes people might not have enough in their card and furthermore,t&g app you cant transfer back to ur bank for foreigners..do keep that in mind ya.
