Great location, convenient for getting around the Orchard area. Sending my regards to Justin or Dustin — sorry, I can’t quite recall the name. He worked very hard and always showed great professionalism. Upon check-in, I was given the correct upgraded room type, but since it didn’t look quite like the photos, I asked if it was possible to change rooms. He kindly took the time to show me another one; although it wasn’t any different, I appreciated him taking the time to assist me. However, on the night of check-in, I got a small cut on my hand that was bleeding, and I needed a medical tape to secure it. Unfortunately, the hotel couldn’t provide one — which I believe should be a basic item included in any hotel’s first-aid kit. Perhaps it was due to a misunderstanding or hotel policy, but it made me wonder what would happen if another guest encountered the same situation. Aside from that, the overall stay with my girlfriend was fine, though as I mentioned — not good enough. I’d also like to express my gratitude to the concierge team — they were very professional. As someone working in the hospitality industry, I truly appreciate your efforts. I would consider returning if I have the chance.

It was our first time visiting One 15.. Apart from the amazing location, the hotel was situated pretty conveniently with Cold Storage, 711 & Little Farms, just a stone away. The bathtub could be better, as it is very sunken and deep, and it can be very inconvenient for elderly people or those with knee problems. We didn't go for the breakfast option as it was not halal certified, not many options, and not cost effective. The gym facility was not good as it is only open till 9pm for non-members. It is 24/7 only for members, which I find quite unreasonable as even non-members paid for the hotel. Our view was excellent, it was facing the marina and we loved it. Another part of concern was that anyone could enter the hotel from the back entrance and access the lift to go up to the rooms. The lift does not have any access card system. Anyone can just come in and access the floors, which can be quite alarming for security reasons. Other than that, all was good. Our operator managed our stay extension very smoothly and even allowed us to check out at 1pm. Thank you to all who made our stay pleasant.

A gentleman at the front desk even spoke a little Chinese, so communication was largely smooth. During your stay, you can ride the Sentosa Express for free. On the day you arrive, before checking in, remember to show your booking confirmation to the staff at the Sentosa Express ticket booth, and they'll let you in for free. It's incredibly close to Universal Studios, just one Sentosa Express stop away – perfect for enjoying yourself to the fullest! 🥰 Cons: The room was really small and old. Our reserved room was on the second floor, directly facing the road. It wasn't noisy, but it was a bit inconvenient for getting to the pool and such. However, the cleanliness was fine, and we didn't encounter many ants, which was lucky, lucky! ☺️ Overall, I'd give it five stars! Other than that, I have no complaints. Oh 1 more thing, my gf felt the window blinds isn't very efficient and it still allowed sharp glare from the sun in along the sides and it affected her rest. Might want to change to a proper curtain to fully block off the sunlight. Overall would love to stay here again.

It’s just a question of getting on the train or the right bus and there are plenty of opportunities around here to do that. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was maybe a bit small and comparison to the size of the room And the TV was just Singapore‘s very lousy terrestrial stuff but if you can get it at a good price this is a good choice that did seem to be a few short term visitors for just a few hours, but maybe they were in transit. It certainly is a contrast to the more CD area of Gaylan where you will find other hotels around this price range, but not with such a quaint old ambience. Oh yes, and there’s a quaint again that word little Terrace at the back which could be a great place to have a takeout or to chill with other guests or friends although primarily I guess it’s a smoking area.

It certainly is a contrast to the more CD area of Gaylan where you will find other hotels around this price range, but not with such a quaint old ambience. Oh yes, and there’s a quaint again that word little Terrace at the back which could be a great place to have a takeout or to chill with other guests or friends although primarily I guess it’s a smoking area.

Hotel location is near lavender station you can walk from the station to the hotel about 10mins. Nearby the hotel have. Lots of store and restaurant. i will book this hotel again when I go to SG.
