Had a pleasant stay.

The hotel location is only about 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel facilities are okay, the breakfast is so-so, American breakfast, English breakfast, some fruits, eggs, bacon, bread, milk, etc. Parking is free There is a swimming pool These are all good places There are places to eat nearby. There is no place to order food near the hotel, only a canteen. It takes about 20 minutes to drive from Little Havana. You can go and see the Cuban style there. It's about 40 minutes away from Miami Beach. It's okay without traffic. During the curfew, it's fine during the day, but not at night for the past two days. A murder just happened there.

It feels good. The surrounding facilities are very good. Although the facilities are old, it does not affect the use. The toilet flushing sound is too loud, the shower head water is small and the hot water comes out too slowly.

The pros: The staff are phenomenal. My room was spacious. The cons: The internet connection at this hotel is terrible. I mean 0/10! As an international traveler who needs access to WiFi away from home, this was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. The shower pressure in our room (618) was so high, it felt more like an assault than a refreshing experience.

I don't like the bed,but the space in the room for 6 people it was great. Great breakfast and coffee. You can walk to eat outside on restaurant near.

The hotel states that cleaning of your room, change of towels will be done on alternate days. You can request a change of that policy. I asked for housekeeping on a daily basis. They agreed to my request. However kept doing it every other day.

Old style hotel that could be a little cleaner. Our bedroom had dust on the floor and some crumbs. But the staff extremely friendly. Also convenient location

Had a wonderful stay. Location was great! The staff was super nice and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was good. I would definitely stay and recommend to friends and family.

I checjrd in on Wednesday and i was asked if i wanted my room cleaned everyday and i said yes. My room was NOT cleaned on Thursday. I called the front desk to ask them to please have the room cleaned. They cleaned on Thursday. The room was NOT cleaned on friday. Very disappointing.

I touched the sink faucet knob and it fell off. Shower handle too tight and would not turn. I was finally able to turn on the water but then it would not turn off. Called front desk and maintenance person had not come in. Ended up checking out and reminded them that water was still running.

We enjoyed our stay before going on a cruise. Some attention to cleaning hallways, rooms, and especially the the bathrooms shower area could be done. We had a room on the 4th floor and it was very quiet considering it was New Year’s Eve our first night nights stay. Breakfast was good and a nice touch was having a Starbucks at the bar in the lobby area.

Over all great hotel. We arrived at 12:30 in the morning after a very long day of flying and check in was a breeze. We even got nice cold water bottles given to us which was so appreciated. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options and included in price of room. For a family of 5 that helps alot. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staircase could use some tidying and 1 elevator was down while we were there, causing major backup during busy times. Was usually quicker to take stairs. Pool area was gated off and fairly clean. The pool itself could have used a bit of a clean out but thats to be expected of an outdoor pool. Plus it was a chilly/windy day so no one but us were in it. But everything over all was great and would definitely stay again.

I stayed at this hotel for a week with my wife and i must say the very moment you walk in they greet you even give you water on arrival. All the staff was very helpful, respectful, pleasant and very accommodating to any requests i had. The hotel is more family oriented. My only downside was that 1 out of the 2 elevators was functional and the wait time was a big long as all the guests uses it.(you can use the stairs if you don't want to wait). Overall it was a good stay and big up to Carlos at the front desk.

The location of this property was adequate, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was also excellent. However, many of the hotel’s facilities were unusable. For example, only one elevator was working (which led to long waiting times and crowded elevators). Additionally, the pool was highly unclean and appeared unsafe to enter. Overall, the hotel was good but seemed to not have invested enough effort into their facilities that they advertised they had.
