The hotel location easy to find nearby Rochor and bugis mrt station The bugis street is just 5mins away from hotel and beside hotel got 7-11 Just the room is not well soundproofed, but the room cleanliness is nice

A great location & friendly staff! Suitable for all traveler~ Can check in early, walk 4 min with Rochor MRT, have bus stop opposite hotel, for vegetarian, you can go opposite Fortune Center enjoy your meal, it's super convenience and nice environment. Can put your luggage before you check-in, they fulfill my request, over my expectation, room is clean, nice view, provide all facilities that you need, I request more pillow without charger, it's a best hotel in SG! highly recommend! ❤❤

Thanks to Mel, the front desk staff, who responded to our message quickly. We texted about our flight delay and he quickly checked us in even though it is already near midnight. He also very thoughfully turned on the aircond for us in our rooms even before we arrived at the hotel. The bed is very hard, but still can sleep if you don't have any back problems. Just a 5 minutes walk away from Rochor Station to take the train, and 2 minutes walk away from many restaurants on the same street. No problem to find breakfast, lunch or dinner. Minus 1 star for the limited 2 mineral water bottles every day. If you cannot give more for free then, please at least clearly inform us that we need to pay for any additional water bottles and we will gladly buy from you.

Booked this hotel for relaxation. However, I didn't even stay for more than 30 mins before checking into Ibis Singapore on Bencoolen which is located directly opposite the street. Ants everywhere!!! on table..on floor it's just horrible as I have a phobia for ants!!! So affected by it that I forgot to take picture and videos of the ants!! Not to mention about the thick dust on most of the surface and TV screen glitch so much is unwatchable. Waste of my money and I chose not to change room knowing the standard!!! Worst experience for me.

Recently stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and daughter and booked a triple room. Check in was easy and reception friendly and easygoing. Location is excellent with a very close location to Bugis Junction. Room itself was quite small, I think it would have been roomier if there was only 2 beds but since there was 3, it lacked space to really put any luggage around. Bathroom was also small but quite a large shower space with amazing water pressure. All in all a good stay.

I had one night stay in room 707 The Aircon was not functioning properly I could only feel cold air the next morning I did not even wear the blanket The bed was not comfortable to me I can see moulds on the toilet floor as well However the location is great Its near to eateries , korean supermarkets and bus stops also lots of vending machines You can take bus no 7 or 65 to orchard area It only takes around 10-15 mins by walking to Bugis Area and Dhoby Gaut You can store the luggage if you need to check in/ out earlier
