While it may not have the highest ratings and recommendations on Trip.com, I truly believe it deserves to be on the list of top hotels. First and foremost, cleanliness was impeccable, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool was well-maintained and a perfect spot to relax. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different tastes. The location is another major plus—it’s conveniently situated right next to the famous Bluport shopping mall and just a five-minute walk to the beach, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings. What stood out most was the friendly and attentive staff, who made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. The hotel’s adorable decoration gave it a cozy yet stylish vibe, and the wide balcony in our room provided a relaxing space to unwind. Overall, I highly recommend staying here for a satisfying and enjoyable experience. It’s truly a hidden gem that deserves more recognition!

It was our third time there. The resort is trying to keep up to its standards. At the moment renovation works are underway leaving part of the resort closed. Some amenities are scrapped - for instance, there will be no tennis courts from now on. That being said, the hotel is still great with its private access to the beach, good restaurants, excellent staff (especially Napita from the Museum and Pew from the Coast cafe) and wildlife (an owl lived just opposite of our room!). Overall experience was great. I think we can return there one day.

Amari Hotel in Hua Hin! The hotel isn't directly on the beach, but they've got that covered with a shuttle service. It's about a 5-minute walk if you prefer. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but the room itself is super convenient and comfortable! The pool is great and there are plenty of sun loungers. The breakfast, for an Amari, was just average; usually, other Amari hotels offer a wider selection. Service was good though!

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and truly didn’t want to leave. The hotel’s amenities and overall environment are absolutely amazing. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, creating such a peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. Breakfast was another highlight — there is a huge variety of options and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved every moment of our trip and can’t wait to come back. This is a good hotel, slightly old fashioned but the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was big and had good storage. WiFi was not good so the smart TV was not usable. Breakfast is cheap if a little limited and would benefit from better quality coffee. There's a nice pool which would benefit from more sunbeds, parasols and a pool towel station. The location is great and price is good. Our room was advertised as mountain view. Make your own mind up about that description!

Loved it!! Clean, beautiful, and stylish. The green grounds are lovely. Easy access to the beach. Excellent location, with cafes nearby and the night market not too far. You need to drive to the shopping mall, but it's not too far, and you could even walk. The hotel is perfect for families with children, even though there aren't many play areas – just one small one, but it's convenient for very young kids. The pool is super! The sun loungers are also comfortable. There are two restaurants on site, and the food is decent for hotel prices. Breakfast is served in one of them and it's good! Eggs are brought to your table, the coffee is pretty good, and the desserts are fantastic. There's also a kids' food station, but it doesn't offer a huge variety. They sometimes had plain vegetables for toddlers, but not always, sometimes they were in sauce. They even served passion fruit. High chairs are available. The hotel is also very pet-friendly with lots of animals, and they even provide towels for dogs. On the downside: queues for breakfast, which is a bummer, especially when you have a child. Sometimes you'd wait 10-15 minutes! Not enough tables or staff. This was a bit frustrating during our stay, but the queues usually only happened during peak hours, not always. For example, around 9 AM there was always a queue. We also happened to be there during an electronic music festival for one day. It was chaos. The music blared until late at night, but we were warned beforehand.

I read some reviews that mentioned there was no beach, but actually, you can walk on the beach every morning. The beach only disappears in the afternoon after high tide (see photos below).

I absolutely loved this hotel in Hua Hin! The service was so amazing it brought tears to our eyes, all three of us. There was a front desk lady who looked just like Lisa, so beautiful! Everyone at the hotel was wonderful. We added an extra person with an extra bed for only 1200 baht. The check-in was split between two reception desks, but it wasn't a hassle at all. The hotel's own restaurant was also super photogenic. Honestly, there was so much food nearby that we didn't have enough time to try it all. The cleanliness was exceptional; I walked around all day barefoot, and there wasn't a speck of dust. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was also huge with a great wet/dry separation. Plus, the room design was fantastic; we absolutely loved it. The moment you opened the door, it felt like a vacation. There was even a mini-bar, and right downstairs were two large swimming pools. We went during the off-season, and the Hua Hin sea wasn't great then, so this hotel is definitely worth staying at for two days. I regret not staying an extra day! Just 500 meters down the road, you'll find the town with lots of delicious food options. You HAVE to try 'Justice Restaurant' – it was incredibly good!

For the price which you give it's great value of money and maybe this is the first time I see that trip.com have the least price among other platforms. The room is good enough and the only downside is the mattress, i think it needs to be replaced ASAP as it is coils are in very bad condition. The employees are so polite and they do all what they can to make your stay comfortable especially the house keeping lady which did a brilliant job cleaning our room daily. If I can get same competitive price again then it'll be our adress whenever we come to Hua Hin

The hotel was okay for the price. For just over a thousand baht, it's very cheap for Hua Hin. The hotel only has 6 floors, and we stayed on the 6th floor in an inner room facing the sea because I requested a quiet room. The room wasn't big, but it was manageable. The bathroom was also small, but clean. Toiletries included shower gel, shampoo, one shower cap, sachets of tea and coffee, and two bottles of water. The 1-for-1 happy hour was great, and they had fruit smoothies and soda. However, I was annoyed with the staff. I ordered, and after 15 minutes, the drinks still hadn't arrived. When I went to follow up, she seemed to just snap out of a daze and quickly started making them. It was very confusing. The breakfast was just enough to get by, pretty standard for over 200 baht. There's nothing else to eat around there.

For 310 RMB during Chinese New Year, a sea-view room with breakfast included – this hotel offers unbeatable value for money! The hotel name sounds very simple, it's an old-school 3-star hotel. I don't know the exact name, but it's right across from the Marriott. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs. The pool is on the second floor, perfect for those who want to exercise daily. In the elevator, I often saw elderly Europeans on vacation or here for retirement, treating this hotel like a sanatorium – it's perfectly suited for that. It's very close to the two largest shopping malls in the city center, reachable in 10 or 20 minutes on foot. You can also take a motorcycle taxi if you're alone, which is convenient and fast. Ride-hailing services are also readily available since it's in the city center. On the way to the malls, you often stumble upon temporary street food stalls that are delicious, affordable, and clean – a little slice of happiness on every corner. The breakfast is so satisfying it's completely worth every penny. A sea-view room for only 310 RMB during Chinese New Year – I honestly couldn't find any other sea-view room that could compare in terms of value. No wonder so many people are long-term guests!

However, as there is only one bathroom, it may not be the most convenient setup for four adults staying together in a studio room. The room includes a bathtub and a jacuzzi, and the shower area is separated from the toilet, which is a nice feature. That said, the space felt a bit limited compared with the price, and the location is not directly by the beach, which may be worth considering. The rate was slightly on the expensive side for what was offered. On the positive side, the service was truly excellent. The staff, including the front desk team, restaurant staff, and bell staff, were extremely attentive and took great care of guests throughout the stay. Overall, I was especially impressed by the team’s hospitality and would like to sincerely thank them for their wonderful service.

UR Huahin Residence was a different kind of place. It's an inconvenient 45 minute walk from Hua Hin's centre/Beach but the complex is self sufficient. All you need is there, so long as you have transport. It's true what others say - most of the offerings on the menu of their restaurant (Yellow Bus), are pricey, and the inclusive buffet breakfast is meagre. No other restaurants nearby and a 600 m walk to a 7-11. That said, the pool is first class and we'll kept. A laundry service on site, is great. I thought I was getting a mountain-view room but ended up on a low floor facing the parking lot - bearable for just four days. High floor suites are apparently reserved for long term snowbirds who rent by the month. Service replacing amenities was daily and generous. Suite was generally clean except for a few small dead insects found upon arrival, that may have crawled in from the pigeon nest on my balcony next to the a/c exhaust. In a pinch, I'd stay here again because the price is fair.🙂

We booked a beachfront room for our wedding anniversary. The hotel gave us a room on the 3rd floor with a great view. They even arranged towels into animal shapes on the bed and left a congratulatory card, which was a nice touch. However, there was no cake or sweets. They provided a complimentary first bucket of ice, and it seemed like they initially gave 4 bottles of water, but they happily provided more upon request without charge.

Stepping into the room was a real 'wow' moment! It's so spacious with a warm, inviting feel. The king-size bed is incredibly soft; I practically didn't want to get up. The bed linens are as fine and smooth as those in a luxury hotel. The sofa corner is perfectly arranged for lounging. I especially love the adjustable bedside lamps – just switching them on instantly puts me in vacation mode. The bathroom is HUGE! It has separate wet and dry areas, plus a bathtub right by the window 🛁✨. The water pressure is excellent, the temperature is consistent, and the amenities have a lovely, subtle scent. Full marks, ten out of ten, no deductions!

Great hotel, awesome beach front with Exceptional service mind. 1st time to this hotel with my toddler and 2 Families. Rooms are very nice with 2 queen size beds. I like that this is the low rise hotel and somewhat newly renovated. Clean, with awesome smell at the lobby area. Staffs are very attentive and full of service mind. Thank Khun Jang, the lady staff who assigns to take care kids. So, you can bring your kids and can relax more haha. Breakfast is great too. Pools is great as well. No slider though but design for relaxation rather than adventurous play. Front beach is exellent, quite and clean, like a private beach. definitely will come back.

If I had to suggest a couple of small additions to make the experience even more perfect: a hair iron would be a lovely option — the villa is so beautiful that it inspires you to dress up for a fancy dinner with a perfect hairstyle. Also, optional cleaning service could be a great addition, as during short stays it’s not always convenient to spend time on dishes or laundry (even though we happily managed it). We stayed at NH Hua Hin for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. We arrived very late at night, tired after a long journey, but the check-in was quick and smooth. The room was fully prepared, and the staff handled everything professionally. The hotel itself is a small boutique property, but very cozy and welcoming. We stayed in a ground-floor room with direct access to the garden, which we really enjoyed. The hotel has a lovely garden and a rooftop pool. The pool is not large, but it is bright, relaxing, and pleasant to spend time in. The pool area is well equipped with a pool bar, restrooms, towels, and very comfortable sun loungers. Breakfast deserves a solid 4 out of 5. There is a good selection of both Thai and European dishes, and the buffet is regularly replenished with fresh food. The only minor drawbacks are that the hotel can be a bit noisy at times and parking spaces are limited. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and can confidently recommend this hotel.

I usually don't leave reviews, but this is the first time I've felt completely ripped off booking a hotel through Trip.com. The entire hotel is also very small, even smaller than many guesthouses back home, and definitely doesn't deserve to be called a resort. Charging this price is an absolute scam! And the most outrageous part was the breakfast – it was incredibly basic, on par with a small-town hotel. Who wants to eat that kind of breakfast when on a Southeast Asian vacation?! Seriously, I'm speechless! With these amenities, it should be priced around 500-600 RMB. I paid over 2500 RMB for two nights, and I initially saw the cancellable rate at over 3500 RMB for two nights – the overpricing is absolutely insane!

Amari Hotel in Hua Hin! The hotel isn't directly on the beach, but they've got that covered with a shuttle service. It's about a 5-minute walk if you prefer. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but the room itself is super convenient and comfortable! The pool is great and there are plenty of sun loungers. The breakfast, for an Amari, was just average; usually, other Amari hotels offer a wider selection. Service was good though!

I don't know the exact name, but it's right across from the Marriott. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs. The pool is on the second floor, perfect for those who want to exercise daily. In the elevator, I often saw elderly Europeans on vacation or here for retirement, treating this hotel like a sanatorium – it's perfectly suited for that. It's very close to the two largest shopping malls in the city center, reachable in 10 or 20 minutes on foot. You can also take a motorcycle taxi if you're alone, which is convenient and fast. Ride-hailing services are also readily available since it's in the city center. On the way to the malls, you often stumble upon temporary street food stalls that are delicious, affordable, and clean – a little slice of happiness on every corner. The breakfast is so satisfying it's completely worth every penny. A sea-view room for only 310 RMB during Chinese New Year – I honestly couldn't find any other sea-view room that could compare in terms of value. No wonder so many people are long-term guests!

I liked having the fitness center, though the pool was a bit small. Breakfast was okay, but the cleanliness of the fitness room on the first day wasn't good. I reported it to the hotel, and on the second day, it was very clean. I'd like them to maintain that level of cleanliness consistently.
