During my recent vacation, I had the pleasure of staying at the Lapa Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. While it may not have the highest ratings and recommendations on Trip.com, I truly believe it deserves to be on the list of top hotels. First and foremost, cleanliness was impeccable, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool was well-maintained and a perfect spot to relax. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different tastes. The location is another major plus—it’s conveniently situated right next to the famous Bluport shopping mall and just a five-minute walk to the beach, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings. What stood out most was the friendly and attentive staff, who made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. The hotel’s adorable decoration gave it a cozy yet stylish vibe, and the wide balcony in our room provided a relaxing space to unwind. Overall, I highly recommend staying here for a satisfying and enjoyable experience. It’s truly a hidden gem that deserves more recognition!

It's easy and convenient to get to, very close to Hua Hin train station. It's not too far, and calling a Grab is super easy. The accommodation is clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always smiling. The gardens are expansive and the buildings are well-maintained, making it ideal for anyone looking to experience unique Thai architecture. Every staff member was incredibly friendly. Each afternoon, they even delivered complimentary snacks to our room. The breakfast offers Western, Thai, and a few Chinese options. The bread was delicious, and the jams were homemade – you can even pre-order and buy them if you like. There's currently some renovation work happening, but it didn't bother us during our stay unless we walked near the construction zone. As expected with so much greenery, there were some mosquitoes. Do note that a deposit is required upon check-in.

I barely took any photos but I can’t tell you what a wonderful experience it was to stay at Amari. From the get go we were taken care of with excellent service. We were helped by Khun Mook at the reception and she was so helpful and professional, we were served welcome drinks and got to check in hassle free. The room was clean and so comfy and we were lucky enough to have a pool and sea view room on the 6th floor. The bed was so comfy. The pool can get quite busy but it was such a relaxing experience. They also had a service to take guests to and from the beach on a gold cart. We will definitely try stay at this hotel again when we come back to Hua Hin. Loved every second of it!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are pretty good. This room type is a bit small and doesn't have a bathtub. Environment: The hotel is very close to Cicada Market, and the weekend night market is great for browsing. The hotel's spa is also fantastic and very Instagrammable. The main pool is nice. Service: The front desk and reservations department provided excellent service. The breakfast restaurant is small, and we had to wait for a table almost every morning.

This is a good hotel, slightly old fashioned but the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was big and had good storage. WiFi was not good so the smart TV was not usable. Breakfast is cheap if a little limited and would benefit from better quality coffee. There's a nice pool which would benefit from more sunbeds, parasols and a pool towel station. The location is great and price is good. Our room was advertised as mountain view. Make your own mind up about that description!

I chose this hotel myself, primarily because of its beautiful, vibrant, designer, and upscale colors. Seeing the hotel staff's uniforms, I wondered if the Asaka in Beihai copied them? The hotel has a strong resort vibe, and the open-plan lobby makes guests feel very relaxed. The rooms are spacious, with an overall Scandinavian feel, and the bathroom facilities are excellent. Breakfast is abundant and high-quality, mainly featuring local and traditional European dishes like Italian. The bar is a favorite among foreigners, who mostly spend their evenings there drinking and chatting after a day by the pool. Oh, and the pool bar is very distinctive; we spent two whole days there. The multi-tiered loungers extend to the sea, and the beach stretches far to both the left and right, allowing you to walk a long distance even during high tide in the evening. Finally, the overall location is great, within a 10-minute walk of Hua Hin Night Market and the old train station, and taxis are easily accessible. In summary: A truly impressive all-rounder.

Vana Nava is our top choice for a family vacation with elders and children. As soon as we got out of the car, staff members were there to help with our luggage. We handed it over and headed straight to the lobby on the 8th floor for check-in. By the time we got to our room, our luggage had already been delivered. The room was spacious, and the staff thoughtfully added an extra bed for us, which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, with enough variety that it never felt repetitive, even after several days. The shuttle bus service was very convenient; we could book our destinations and return times with the front desk in advance. All in all, we'll definitely choose this place again next time!

I absolutely loved this hotel in Hua Hin! The service was so amazing it brought tears to our eyes, all three of us. There was a front desk lady who looked just like Lisa, so beautiful! Everyone at the hotel was wonderful. We added an extra person with an extra bed for only 1200 baht. The check-in was split between two reception desks, but it wasn't a hassle at all. The hotel's own restaurant was also super photogenic. Honestly, there was so much food nearby that we didn't have enough time to try it all. The cleanliness was exceptional; I walked around all day barefoot, and there wasn't a speck of dust. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was also huge with a great wet/dry separation. Plus, the room design was fantastic; we absolutely loved it. The moment you opened the door, it felt like a vacation. There was even a mini-bar, and right downstairs were two large swimming pools. We went during the off-season, and the Hua Hin sea wasn't great then, so this hotel is definitely worth staying at for two days. I regret not staying an extra day! Just 500 meters down the road, you'll find the town with lots of delicious food options. You HAVE to try 'Justice Restaurant' – it was incredibly good!

Our stay was very pleasant and it is not the first time we stayed here. We love the location near from everywhere crossing the bridge you are at Market Village . The beach is one block distance . Food and service was good and all the staff was pleasant especially Ronaldo at the restaurant who was very kind and smiling . The room can accommodate up to four guests, with two people sleeping on the sofa bed. However, as there is only one bathroom, it may not be the most convenient setup for four adults staying together in a studio room. The room includes a bathtub and a jacuzzi, and the shower area is separated from the toilet, which is a nice feature. That said, the space felt a bit limited compared with the price, and the location is not directly by the beach, which may be worth considering. The rate was slightly on the expensive side for what was offered. On the positive side, the service was truly excellent. The staff, including the front desk team, restaurant staff, and bell staff, were extremely attentive and took great care of guests throughout the stay. Overall, I was especially impressed by the team’s hospitality and would like to sincerely thank them for their wonderful service.

Stayed in the single bed room. As the rate was low, I didn't have high expectations. It's just a super basic room as shown in the pictures. It's 4-7min walk to the train station. I picked this because I came in and going out via train, so it's convenient . It's 4-5min walk to the daily morning & night markets (slightly different locations). 7-11s are few min away. Food stall/shops are abundant. About 10-15min walk to the central beach, not too far to catch a sunrise. Hotel reception is ok. The guy who checked me in is easy to approach. As I put up the Do Not Disturb sign, they left my clean towel and drinking water outside by the door. AC and water both ok, no issue. All good, I would gladly say! 🤗

Cons Include:- Breakfast is not worth adding, cold and uncovered fried eggs? Same everyday could easily be improved.many other options eg Blueport mall. Need to rent a bike as quite far. Very busy popular hotel especially for long term stays. Dozens of 60 + years old European men congrgating around pool every day exchanging stories (loudly) about their adventures with bar girls :( Approximately 150 rooms @ 2 per room = 300 people and only 14 sunbeds which are often reserved from 8am by towels being placed on them. Need more but the pool area isnt as big as pictures depict with photos taken on 0.5 resolution. On a busy road with dozens, if not hundreds of street dogs that can be intimidating for some. Unfortunately, they regularly howl at night and disturb sleep. Walls of each room are very thin and all noises, TV, talking, toilet, sex, nose blowing etc is clearly audible at a⁹ll times. This was terrible. Beds are very hard but reception can arrange mattress toppers to make more comfortable No kettle in room, but a microwave oven without any cutlery etc? Gym was dirty and sticky... needs a deep clean and maintenance thereafter. No air-conditioning in gym Wifi signal isnt good. Get your own Sim card for data to save the inconvenience The single lift servicing all rooms is painfully slow, you always must wait for it. The building doesn't have a service lift so maintenance and cleaning staff must use it all day every day. This causes delays for guests. Pros include:- Nice staff Good sized smart TV (Sony) in room Nice mountain view from the west facing rooms, especially on higher floor. Deluxe rooms are on higher floors but almost identical to superior room.on floors 1 to 5. They are exact same size but different entrance doors and slightly different wardrobe layout. Close enough to walk to bars and restaurants

We booked a beachfront room for our wedding anniversary. The hotel gave us a room on the 3rd floor with a great view. They even arranged towels into animal shapes on the bed and left a congratulatory card, which was a nice touch. However, there was no cake or sweets. They provided a complimentary first bucket of ice, and it seemed like they initially gave 4 bottles of water, but they happily provided more upon request without charge.

The pool was really clean, and I especially loved how they divided it into two sections: a family pool with slides where kids could have a blast. The slides were exciting, even for adults, despite being only 200-300 meters long. There was always a shuttle available to take you to the beach and other pool area on the other side, which was also beautiful. I left two chargers behind, and they were incredibly responsive, helping me find them right away, even in the middle of the night. The value for money is outstanding, perfect if you don't mind it being a few kilometers further out. The beach was incredibly quiet. There are some great little restaurants nearby, and a 7-Eleven too. Across the street, there's a small shop with a turtle logo that offers delicious food at reasonable prices.

The two-bedroom pool villa was clean and tidy. Turndown service was hit or miss, and the pool wasn't cleaned, so we couldn't use it in our room. There are only four villas in the entire hotel, and while there were enough staff, the service was absolutely terrible and couldn't keep up. This is completely unacceptable for a 9000-a-night price tag. The restaurant was decent, but overall, the experience was disappointing and lacked any emotional value – it felt more like being left to fend for yourself in a remote, small guesthouse. Not worth it, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Personally, I really loved the bed, pillows, and blanket – I slept very soundly. It's perfect for a relaxing stay. This is my go-to hotel. Every year, I travel from Bangkok to the south of Thailand several times and always stay at the Ibis. I was surprised to see that the guy at the front desk is still working there, as is the perpetually busy and saluting parking attendant grandpa =). It's about a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the beach. We love this hotel because it's affordable, has good breakfasts, and you don't encounter drunken guests like you sometimes do in condos. There are also two parking lots. Night markets, cafes, and massage parlors are all nearby.

During my month-long vacation, I stayed in many different hotels, and this was the only one where it was noisy at night. All rooms have balconies overlooking the pool, which creates an acoustic echo. The soundproofing is very poor. Out of 4 nights, 2 were sleepless. In rooms with pool access, people come out to swim at night, laughing and splashing around, and the balcony door doesn't help at all, even with the hotel not at full occupancy. At 4 AM, the roosters start crowing loudly. They have their own yard with many chickens. So, it's quite lively, to say the least 😂. The rooms themselves are good, clean, bright, with a capsule coffee machine, and 4 bottles of water every day. The location is also decent, close to Bluport Shopping Mall, and to the right, a bit further, is Market Village. Directly opposite is the bus station with buses to Bangkok, which is why we booked it for our last 4 nights. The beach is also conveniently accessible through a cafe. Breakfast wasn't very diverse, just a couple of Thai dishes that weren't particularly tasty. The coffee was good though! I liked that you could make your own fresh pineapple juice. The seafood noodle soup (shrimp/squid) was delicious. The dining area is small and very stuffy, with only fans. There's a 1,000 baht deposit. The rooms get very hot quickly. Usually, we cool the room down well before bed and don't need to turn on the AC overnight. Here, we had to turn it on several times a night, and it was noisy. The jacuzzi on the balcony was completely useless, and the bench was immovable. A table and chairs would have been much better. For us, this hotel is a one-time stay; we definitely don't want to return.

We had such a wonderful stay at Rest Detail Hotel Hua Hin. The hotel prepared a beautiful honeymoon setup for us, which made our trip feel extra special from the moment we arrived. The hotel also has direct access to a private beach, which was quiet, clean, and ideal for enjoying the sunrise and sunset without the crowds. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, this was the perfect place for a honeymoon or a relaxing getaway. We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️🌴✨

I chose this hotel myself, primarily because of its beautiful, vibrant, designer, and upscale colors. Seeing the hotel staff's uniforms, I wondered if the Asaka in Beihai copied them? The hotel has a strong resort vibe, and the open-plan lobby makes guests feel very relaxed. The rooms are spacious, with an overall Scandinavian feel, and the bathroom facilities are excellent. Breakfast is abundant and high-quality, mainly featuring local and traditional European dishes like Italian. The bar is a favorite among foreigners, who mostly spend their evenings there drinking and chatting after a day by the pool. Oh, and the pool bar is very distinctive; we spent two whole days there. The multi-tiered loungers extend to the sea, and the beach stretches far to both the left and right, allowing you to walk a long distance even during high tide in the evening. Finally, the overall location is great, within a 10-minute walk of Hua Hin Night Market and the old train station, and taxis are easily accessible. In summary: A truly impressive all-rounder.

Nice hotel. Staff are very friendly. It’s clean , it’s in a quiet area a little down the road from the markets and busier area- that’s not a bad thing. Theres a shuttle bus that takes you up to that area for around 30 baht. (2 people) The wifi is good when it connects but we had a lot of trouble with it disconnecting often, particularly on phones. In the room we only got 3G , so this was a bit annoying. Not the end of the world. We filtered the rooms by pet friendly and about 4 options showed, we booked the room closest to the main pool right on the beach. When we arrived we were told this room isn’t pet friendly. So we had to cancel that room and rebook another. The staff were nice about it but it was annoying. They refunded immediately. I dare say this is a Trip issue rather than the hotel. Overall good hotel and great for beachfront proximity.

The pool was really clean, and I especially loved how they divided it into two sections: a family pool with slides where kids could have a blast. The slides were exciting, even for adults, despite being only 200-300 meters long. There was always a shuttle available to take you to the beach and other pool area on the other side, which was also beautiful. I left two chargers behind, and they were incredibly responsive, helping me find them right away, even in the middle of the night. The value for money is outstanding, perfect if you don't mind it being a few kilometers further out. The beach was incredibly quiet. There are some great little restaurants nearby, and a 7-Eleven too. Across the street, there's a small shop with a turtle logo that offers delicious food at reasonable prices.

I barely took any photos but I can’t tell you what a wonderful experience it was to stay at Amari. From the get go we were taken care of with excellent service. We were helped by Khun Mook at the reception and she was so helpful and professional, we were served welcome drinks and got to check in hassle free. The room was clean and so comfy and we were lucky enough to have a pool and sea view room on the 6th floor. The bed was so comfy. The pool can get quite busy but it was such a relaxing experience. They also had a service to take guests to and from the beach on a gold cart. We will definitely try stay at this hotel again when we come back to Hua Hin. Loved every second of it!

This is my second time staying in this hotel. As usual, the room is very nice and staff are with good customer services. Location is convenient. We drive our own car with free parking. 7-11 is just located opposite the hotel. We bought wine and drinks and enjoy inside the room with a pool. The room is large and fabulous. Staff are welcoming and friendly with smile on their faces.

The accommodation is clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always smiling. This is my go-to hotel. Every year, I travel from Bangkok to the south of Thailand several times and always stay at the Ibis. I was surprised to see that the guy at the front desk is still working there, as is the perpetually busy and saluting parking attendant grandpa =). It's about a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the beach. We love this hotel because it's affordable, has good breakfasts, and you don't encounter drunken guests like you sometimes do in condos. There are also two parking lots. Night markets, cafes, and massage parlors are all nearby.
