Right from the time we arrived at the hotel to the time we checked out , we found the attention of the staff exceptional. In particular, the reception desk went up of the way to assist us . We would like to mention Arthur and Martin , both of whom took effort to explain and make our experience rewarding. The room was well kept and the amenities well maintained. There was coffee and tea making facility and topped up when requested. The breakfast was sumptuous and dining room tidy and clean. The location is unique , close proximity to to the train station and walking distance to the old town. On the whole, it was a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The room is very good, the space is relatively large Auntie cleaned at ten o'clock in the morning and swiped the room card directly. It was a bit scary. There is always a male staff in the gym women's locker room speaking Polish, which is scary! In general, the quality of the personnel is terrible, and the others are pretty good!

The hotel in Warsaw was great, but the one in Krakow was a pleasant surprise. The moment I stopped at the entrance of the hotel, I felt very good and liked it very much. You can see the textile hall at the entrance of the hotel. The location is excellent. The interior decoration of the hotel is very tasteful and very high-end. The room is large, the bathroom is larger than normal, the room equipment has a strong sense of technology, and it is very comfortable facing the courtyard. Breakfast is also great, this restaurant is recommended by Michelin at night, it is so delicious. Krakow is too beautiful to have time for hotel spas. The only thing I don't understand is that there is no partition in the bathroom shower, and the water will spill on the ground beside it.

The hotel is decent for its price. However, it's quite a distance from Krakow's Old Town. The breakfast is excellent, considering the price. Overall, we're satisfied, but it would be good if they could fix the issue with the room doors. They close abruptly and make a lot of noise, constantly interrupting our rest. Additionally, a smart TV would be preferable. Finally, we requested a wake-up call service for two days, and it wasn't provided either time. As a result, we missed a pre-paid excursion one day. Interestingly, they did call us for check-out later. It would be beneficial if these points were taken into consideration to improve the quality of service.

Yeah, so. this is a pretty fantastic hotel in terms of having amazing rooms and the location is quite nice because you're next to all these parks and it's about a 33 minute walk to Old Town, which is actually perfect because you can get a lot of exercise but I would say it's not in Old Town itself if you prefer to be right in the middle. and that could be an upside or downside depending on what you feel about it. and then everything is pretty excellent. I would say the only confusing thing is the rooms have confusing light switches that don't necessarily work the way you might want to. and initially the kettle was also broken. and like it wouldn't stop boiling the water. it wouldn't do the auto shut off. However, they did fix it relatively fast. and the hotel food is pretty decent. but obviously old town food in the actual city is better. location is good. There's like a well fitness gym close by. and overall it's worth staying. Worth noting if you want late checkout they charge some amount per hour. and if you have Marriott status they won't give you free breakfast if you have a high status which is also interesting. But definitely pretty good hotel.

Although it's a bit far from the central station, there's a tram stop nearby, and you can walk to the Main Market Square. Plus, it's conveniently located near a supermarket. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!

The location was the best, right next to main station, big shopping mall, and tram stops. The room was modern ( it is either very well maintained or recently renovated ). The breakfast was great. It even provide juicer machine where you can make fresh juice by yourself (choices are: apple, carrot, beetroot). Something that I rarely see even in five stars hotel. The most amazing is the hospitality of the staff. We received welcome wawel chocolate during check in and polish pretzel during check out. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ola for passionately explaining the major tourist attractions in the city ( seriously, you have the talent to become a tour leader ;-) ). Also not to forget special thanks to Anita for recommending local polish restaurant and offered welcome chocolate. Both are amazing staff and I can feel their sincerity when serving guest, so make sure you treat them well Mercure, they are your assets :)

I stayed one night at the DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow for a two-day conference and was very impressed. The room was outstanding — spacious, spotless, with a roomy bathroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Service was excellent as well; staff kindly let me check in at 9am, which was a huge help. The only drawbacks were the location, which is a bit far from Krakow’s main attractions (though there are some good local restaurants nearby), and the conference space being in the underground level, which felt a little enclosed despite being perfectly functional. Overall, for comfort and service this hotel is hard to beat, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Krakow. Btw, room service in the morning was absolutely delicious.

The reception people were nice in general but we did have a moment of bad feelings when checking in: we were trying to figure out all the info on the tablet and the girl at the reception asked very impatiently whether everything was ok; I explained I was looking at the options re pillows etc. and she said those were for regular guests (we are not their regulars of course) which felt a bit wired.

This is a 'grand hotel' set right in the heat of the Old Town, just off the corner of the main square, so perfectly located! The rooms are extremely comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is plentiful, although the coffee machine didn't produce the best drinks. We were slightly disappointed that it didn't have an open bar, although on our last night the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to sit there, and served us drinks. We were told that it would be open regularly when the season picked up in a couple of weeks time. It really didn't put us off. Staff were really friendly. There's a mini-bar in the rooms - which is seldom seen these days, and there were a couple of bottles of free water provided each day. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, and would consider the hotel again.

Absolutely stunning hotel and located in the heart of Krakow! Upon arrival I was offered coffee, a soy latte to be exact which surprised me. Any help I needed from reception, they were attentive with maximum effort. Eg, I was unaware that the 100ml restrictions had been uplifted via many airports in Europe, so therefore I could do more shopping before I left. Everything was super clean, very sweet daily notes left about the history and tales of Krakow, the bed was super comfortable! This hotel really made my holiday experience 100 times better, I actually wanted to stay longer. The design itself is fun and creative, only small thing is that it is very warm inside, had the leave the windows open, being as it was the beginning of March, I do wonder what it's like in the Summer. Extremely good value, but that's the beauty of zloty to GBP, will happily stay again.

It’s a very beautiful well decorated boutique hotel, with English speak friendly staff! We did room only so cannot comment on the food but the hospitality was second to none!!! We had no issues at all! The spa small but very clean and ideal for a quick dip in the jacuzzi followed by a sweat session in the sauna. Our whole party loved the hotel and the location. It’s a small cab ride from the hotel in to the shopping center and the castle is a couple minutes walk. We all said we would come again and stay here!

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of both the Castle and the historic center, walking along the river. The facility is clean and comfortable, but the only thing to consider is that there is no opportunity to relax inside, as it is a popular hotel for families with at least three children. Areas such as the restaurant, bar, and other areas are not separated by anything, so if one child screams, they scream for everyone. Not to mention the pool, where the echo of their screams surrounds their swim. The spa is a no-go. It's a shame. We will avoid the Novotel chain for our next stay.

The location is very good, turn a corner into the square center. Turning in the other direction to the Tram station is very convenient. But called Taxi, the car can't come in and must go to the Tram station to take a ride. The equipment of the house is very good and the room is bright. Although the restaurant and bar are downstairs, it does not affect sleep at night. I didn't use the hotel's cooperation restaurant for breakfast. I didn't see the previous evaluation. Because the cafe is downstairs, brunch is provided, which is very convenient. The elevator is very satisfied, don't worry about the old house climbing stairs.

Specially impressed is the historical environment – the building sprays a very special charm and declines from ordinary hotels. I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. We stayed three nights at the Venetian House Aparthotel. The location is superb. You exit the hotel straight onto the main square Rynek Glowney. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help. We stayed in room 18 which was approached by its own little balcony overlooking the restaurant downstairs. We didn’t use any of the facilities of the hotel, because we had day trips booked and we knew that we would have early starts on all the days. The room itself was clean, warm, furnished nicely, with comfortable beds and masses of pillows to choose from. It had a small kitchenette with a sink, hob, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was modern and the shower was hot and very powerful. A real treat at the end of a day after many, many steps around Krakow and surrounding areas. We loved our stay and we will definitely return.

Puro was a great hotel to stay at during our stay in Krakow. It was close to many restaurants and it even had a cafe downstairs that was tasty. The rooms were clean and a decent size. Also liked the added touch of the coffee machine downstairs which was perfect when coming in from the freezing cold weather in January!

I must commend the breakfast: everything was fresh and of good quality, with a decent selection. The staff are excellent, working like clockwork – helpful and pleasant. High ceilings, huge bathrooms – this hotel definitely has a unique charm. The stained-glass window above the magnificent central staircase is a highlight. I only booked for a few hours due to some *********** quirks, as a temporary option before my main hotel, but next time, Pollera will be my primary choice. The prices are also very reasonable. The magnificent theater building across from the hotel is stunning!

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was lovely! It's in the Kazimirez region and is therefore a good 15 minute walk to the main square in the Old Town. It was very clean, the room was lovely with very comfortable beds and a great nights sleep with air conditioning. The reception was manned 24/7 and everyone was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant, relaxing and peaceful stay.

It's a little far from the old town, but good s to visit other places in Krakow, the Oscar Schindler Memorial, the kazimerz Jewish Quarter, the Viswa River, etc. The hotel facilities are great, but the wifi is often cut off. I'm not sure if it's a temporary phenomenon.

Good place to stay for a short stay. Not easily accessible though. Had to go to a different building for breakfast. Bathroom and shower weren't that great.
