Hotel jeni is een juweel in es mercadal op menorca. De service is goed, de hygiëne is voortreffelijk en de maaltijd in het restaurant is van goede kwaliteit en niet duur. Ik ben erg tevreden zelfs in een 1-persoon kamer die redelijk groot is voor mij alleen. De lokatie is goed want het is op een loopafstand van het centrum van es mercadal en van een supermarkt. Ik gebruik es mercadal als een tussen station op weg naar de kust in het noorden want de bus van de luchthaven naar de kust gaat via es mercadal en beperkt tot maar 4x per dag. Hotel Jeni ligt strategisch op 2 minuten loopafstand van de busstation.
Het weer medio maart is niet warm, zelden volle zon en winderig. Maar als de zon doorbreekt dan is het erg prettig.SOLD OUT

Located somewhat out of the center, but with good views of the harbor.
The room was very, very small, with barely any room to walk between the bed and the table or the window. I had to get dressed in the hallway. The price of the room is no excuse for meeting minimum room standards.
The spa was small, but enough to relax for a while.
The breakfasts were phenomenal. Variety and quality.
The staff was very attentive and friendly.

L'hôtel en soi est bien placé mais ne pas se fier aux photos concernant les suite avec vue mer qui montre la belle plage en dessous car en fait, il y a sans doute plusieurs catégories mais du coup les photos sont un peu mensongères, il y a bien une vue mer mais qui n'a rien à voir et beaucoup moins jolie que celle des photos présentées lors du descriptif.
La suite en soi est assez jolie, j'ai malheureusement eu une expérience négative puisque arrivé tardivement, la chambre était masqué dans désodorisant assez fort et le matin je me suis aperçu des odeurs nauséabondes des égouts qui ont envahi toute la chambre. J'ai trouvé que la réception n'a pas été réactive à ma demande de changement et m'ont fait patienter pour réaliser une réparation elle s'est avéré infructueuse, il restait pourtant des chambres.
J'ai attendu le soir de la deuxième nuit pour enfin être changé de chambre mais par un déplacement au lieu d'un surclassement ce qui est une aberration.
Bref la sonorisation de la chambre est très médiocre puisque on attend tout, il manque des petites choses comme de quoi poser trousse de toilette il n'y a absolument rien. En fait cet hôtel est vieillissant et nécessiterait une rénovation car l'emplacement est idéal. Je n'ai plus aucun repas donc aucun commentaire là-dessus, je suis assez partagé sur ma satisfaction très relative sur cet établissement.SOLD OUT

Fantastic. Beautiful location. All the staff were super helpful and friendly, they made our stay special. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, without being over the top.
The room was great, a little apartment with an equipped kitchen and fridge.
There's a comfy bed and walk-in shower with a little step.
The food was good with a choice for everyone.
There are a lot of stairs, I'm not very mobile and I managed to get around.

Très Bon séjour au HG Jardin de Minorca en ce mois d'Avril 2025.
La chambre était spacieuse, le balcon agréable avec une belle vue, petit bémol pour le lit king size qui est en fait 2 lits rassemblés et les traces d'humidité dans la salle de bains sans VMC. Petit coin cuisine avec le minimum pour ceux qui veulent se faire à manger. La nourriture est bonne avec beaucoup de choix, que ce soit le petit déjeuner que le diner, avec notamment 1 poisson grillé tous les soirs.
La piscine avec ses 3 bassins est magnifique et très bien entretenu mais non chauffé.
Toutes les salles, restaurant, bar, terrasse et les extérieurs sont très propres et agréables. Etablissement à conseiller.SOLD OUT

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
The room was cleaned well, but the room was quite bad because I stayed 5 days and I didn't change my shoes/towels any day or clean the room.
The staff were fine, but the services leave much to desire, I had a problem with the hotel key and in no of the telephone numbers that had been able to help me, I had to seek accommodation and the reception is inoperative from 00 to 00 8:00, which seems inappropriate and illogical because in the face of disadvantages or unforeseen you feel impotent and ignored.
I think there are many aspects that you should take into account, change and improve.SOLD OUT

The room is not big, but the sea view is beautiful! The red-haired lady at the check-in front desk was very patient and nice, and explained every matter in detail! It gave us a very good impression when we first arrived at the hotel! Including booking a boat trip and a taxi to the airport, the entire front desk team was very active and professional! I especially want to emphasize the praise of the beautiful Manuela who is the receptionist at the cape nao restaurant on the ground floor. She is so nice, very enthusiastic and energetic! She helped us find a good dining seat, and asked us if the meal was cold and if we needed a shawl! She knew that girls like to take pictures, and she also helped us reserve a sea view table for dinner the next day! I was really touched! My whole heart was healed!SOLD OUT

|0.21km from city centerGreat place to stay, with friendly and helpful staff. The buffet was good, my suggestion would be a self serving pancake machine but maybe that’s too much to ask.
Location is good, with a small but vibrant community where local restaurants give good choice for those staying in the area.
Pool and other activities were also nice, personally I wish the indoor pool / jacuzzi had a little more heat, but I understand that I ant have it every way I would like.
Would definitely stay again!
