I booked the hotel for convenience since the evebt i attended was in Sta Lucia East Mall only. First night was amazing. Second night and last is almost disaster. I requested fro housekeeping but they never provided same things on the first night. I even called reception and theyctook 1.5 hrs for bottled water. No soap, no shampoo. They did not even change the pillow cases. But location is very practical so I might if given the chance book this hotel again soon.From$18
