My only complaint was with hygiene, room and restaurant were not well maintained. In the room, we could find spider webs in some corners, and the restaurant floor was slippery with dirty tables.

We had stayed for 3 nights at this property, with family during winter ( december) when the temperatures were beginning to drop below freezing point ( night time temperatures were dropping to -3-4. The location of the hotel is excellent with breathtaking views of the mountains and the tees-ta river. The rooms are good and spacious with wooden floors and the bathrooms are neat and clean. The problem is that the water freezes during the night and no water is available in the morning for getting ready or take bath ( for which the hotel doesn't seem to have any solution, other than wait for the daybreak for temperatures to increase and melt the water. Though they had supplied water in buckets in the morning. Other than this problem, the resort is good, staff is friendly, the food cooked is quite good and tasty, the main plus point is the location and the breathtaking views that is available from the hotel.
