Me and my partner stayed here for 5 nights while visiting the parks. The hotel was fairly new, so very modern. We stayed just after the schools went back during what I guess would have been the start of the quiet season. This meant the hotel wasn't particularly busy, which was good for us. The reception staff were great and very helpful. Our room was very big with two king size beds. Plenty of room and a lovely bathroom. We used the pool pretty much every evening we stayed there and as it was so quiet, we had it to ourselves. We had a car during this part of our trip so we drove to Disneyworld and Universal Studios, both of which were abut 15 mins from the hotel, as was the airport. The hotel provided free parking as well. We only had breakfast at the hotel one of the mornings we stayed; it was $10 a person and had a good selection of food. Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely stay again.

Nice quiet and comfortable room. The gentleman checking me in was very kind. The rest of my experience was lackluster. No food vending machines. Drink machine on my floor didn't work. When I asked the desk clerk he said there were no machines. I have a mystery charge on my debit card. Upon checkout I could not store a suitcase while I took my service animal to another hotel. All together I would stay there again, however the carpet is old and makes it hard to breathe.

For a meeting abroad, the venue was at the Hyatt Hotel in the Convention and Exhibition Center. Because the reservation was late and there were no rooms there, I had to book around. I finally chose this one. It was during the meeting and the price was not cheap. Foreign hotels generally have relatively simple facilities. This hotel should not be considered a star, but overall it is clean and comfortable. It's okay to live alone. Like Ctrip's service, an episode appeared in the middle. Ctrip has been actively following up and finally helped to solve it.

I booked so many hotels in Ctrip, saying that the service charge and tax are included, but the hotel still insists on collecting $30 a day for a total of $180. And when entering the store check-in, the front desk waitress said that it already included this fee. I don't know what Ctrip's 133.32 service fee and tax are? Because the plane can only be paid first. I hope Ctrip gives a statement!

We have stayed at the hotel before, this is the 2nd time we have stayed. We stayed for 10 days in total. Mixed reviews - When we arrived as we had separate bedrooms, we all needed to check in individually, my brother was right next to my mum and dad in tower 1 and I was put all the way in a separate tower. Common sense would’ve been to put us all together. My mum wasn’t too happy about this and went to reception with me, baring in mind the person she spoke to when she checked in said how unbelievably quiet they are. The lady me and my mum spoke to at reception, shoulder length black hair, small in height, was very ****y, didn’t want to help us whatsoever, said how they are extremely busy they are unable to do this, okay, very mixed considering we’ve just been told how quiet the hotel is, must not care about anyone else’s safety apart from her own. I hope this lady doesn’t keep her job, she doesn’t know the meaning of good customer service. Hotel is very loud, meant to be a budget hotel but need a loan for the food. Walls are paper thin, can hear everything of what’s going on next door. So yeah, if you want to stay in a loud hotel, lazy moody staff with expensive food, cleaners that barely clean your room, then go ahead.

This can be rated a ”1” or ”4” depending on your situation and willingness to take the time to get things fixed . The property has (I was told) over 2,000 units. In a post-Covid world, We were pleasantly surprised to see the number of employees to work to make our stay pleasant. They were all cheerful. Whenever we used the text service (do use it!) to get something repaired or needed (and there was a lot of stuff needing repair) an ”engineer” or housekeeping was at our door within 15 minutes. Every time we got a follow-up call to be sure our issue was resolved. We were in building 80. It needs updating. Appliances are older, as is the furniture. While there are 7 pools on the property, none of them are directly by this building. The property advertises DVD players. However, they are being removed from the rooms. The management was willing to find one for us. However, our connection was not HDMI and we decided it wasn’t worth their time to dig one up. We appreciated their willingness to give it a try. Employees do not always have the correct information via text or phone, which is a definite area for improvement for the management to improve. One complaint I’ve seen on other reviews is getting hot water. This was an issue for us. The engineer came and turned on ALL the faucets in the room for a couple minutes and that brought the hot water to our room. We just did that every day and had plenty of hot water. Yes, the rooms are NOT soundproof. We travel a lot and this is not an unusual complaint. Now, for the reason I gave this place a 4 rating. We are timeshare owners with another company and exchanged using Interval. Hence, our cost for the entire week was very reasonable. We were not given activity cards, or free access to the Waterpark, which did not matter to us, since we didn’t have kids. If a family is here, you need to understand what you get and what you have to pay for out of pocket before booking. For example, the cute little waterpark is $20/day per person. This may seem like a lot. However, compared to Wet and Wild it’s about 1/2 price and just check the prices at the Universal or Disney waterpark and you won’t feel so bad here. Westgate owners get free admission…which if you have ever owned a timeshare, you would say…glad they get special perks for their huge investment. Also, if you ever go to a Disney property, they also have hefty resort fees, and you will be paying a LOT more each night. The grounds are beautiful. Parking is FREE. The condos have full or partial kitchens depending on what size you book. There is a Walmart, Whole-foods, and Publix close by. There is an on-site restaurant, convenience store, game room, and one of the pools (available to all guests) has a bar and snack shop. There are tennis courts, barbecue pits, and a wonderful walking path. You can rent bikes. They have an activity department that costs extra depending on what you want to do, gym ($5/day without an activity or owner card)… so, you co

Resort is huge. Grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Villas are clean, spacious and furnishings quite comfortable. Pools are clean and plentiful, but sometimes hard to find seating due to chair hogs, although there seemed to be more available later in the afternoon. We did not use all of the pools, our favorites were Fountains and Cascades, both of which had refreshing waterfalls, Cascades had more kiddie pools. Lakes pool seemed to be more sedate with older guests and shaded areas. All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and professional. Food onsite is basic burgers, dogs & fries & pizza but quite good. Location is so convenient to theme parks, outlet malls and restaurants we found an excellent Italian restaurant about 5 miles from us, Fresco's. Be aware that some buildings do not have elevators. We would not hesitate to return!

Disneyland Resort Lake Buena Vista|1.79km from city center
This is a brand-new hotel in a stunning location which should be great. Instead, my family and I had a truly terrible experience from the first moment there. Don't stay at this property unless you're prepared to deal with frustration and disappointment. The hotel was nowhere close to full during our mid-week stay, yet our rooms were not ready at check-in, and the staff rudely evaded my questions about when we'd be able to have access. (This isn't a small matter when you're trying to manage increasingly tired and frustrated kids.) The property advertises an ”arrivals/departures lounge” where you can change/shower/etc. before you check-in or after you check-out, but it wasn't ready during our stay. (Of course, there wasn't anything to indicate that it wasn't open yet, and the doors were unlocked. I only figured out that it wasn't open when I tried to use the lockers inside and asked a pool attendant why the lockers weren't working.) Once we finally had access to our connecting rooms, they were a major disappointment, both in quality and layout. The connecting doors were on springs that automatically, so we had to jam bath towels in the doors to keep them open. (What's the point of having a connecting room for kids if the doors to the parents' room automatically close?) The quality of the furnishings and hardware in the room is far below what you'd expect on a property that advertises itself as a luxury resort. The vinyl flooring was not installed properly and was bubbling up at the connecting doors. The button to toggle between bath and shower operation fell off when I grazed it with my hand. There was still painter's tape all over the inside of the connecting doors -- nobody had bothered to take it off. Quality control was non-existent. Perhaps more importantly, it seems like nobody put much thought into getting the details right at this place. The only trash can in the bathrooms is tucked into the commode -- there isn't one near the sink, where it's needed most. In two bed rooms, there's a large circular table in the middle of the room between two beds, which is easy to trip on when the room is dark and impedes the flow of the room. The lobby and front entrance to the property is on the third floor -- but there's no sign in the elevators telling you that, and only the first floor is marked with a star (which, of course, usually denotes the building's main exit.) The service was no better. In the morning, we had an early reservation for a Disney breakfast, so I tried to call down twice to have the valet bring our car to the front. The hotel's phones weren't working. I tried calling the front desk from my cell phone -- still, not working. We then went downstairs and told valet in person to bring our car around, and we had to wait several minutes for it. In the meantime, I told the front desk attendant that the phones weren't working, both on the inside phones and when calling from my cell phone. He dismissively told me t

It was our 1st visit to Orlando, Florida and with deep research over Google and other websites, we opted for this property and it stood beyond expectations. It was our 1st Marriott Bonvoy stay and truly it took care of us as their own family. Check-in was smooth and we reached before time and they adjusted us immediately. As we booked a family suite with kitchen, the room has everything required although we carried utensil with us, which returned back as it is. Thank you. The stay was comfortable and we walked nearby places to explore too. Just in 500mtrs walk, we found supermarket for our needs. Also the property has inhouse pizza restaurant however you can order your own too online. The pool was well taken care off and kids loved it. The property has onsite barbecue options in case you wish to use it. The coffee is available 24/7 and you could fill water from the water station too. We didn't used the parking however it's available at addled fee (reasonable). The property is ideally located from all attractions and free shuttle service is available at scheduled times. We used it as well and the timing was prompt. The breakfast is complimentary and it takes care of the morning needs for almost everyone. Although we couldn't extend our stay as the property was fully occupied, we had to move out to other property after our checkout because our flight got cancelled due to Hurricane Ian. But no complaints , as they tried their best to check availability and felt sorry that they couldnt accommodate us. They also have onsite laundry (self service) and kids zone which was exceptional. Last moment we booked another Marriott property in Celebrations but there is a huge difference between both properties and there was no match to TownePlace by Marriott. We will.definitely recommend it to all we know who plan their trip to Orlando.

We are a family of 11, and getting the 2 BR suites was perfect. We got 2 suites to comfortably fit our group. The rooms were great, despite the fact that it's an older hotel. The kitchen was really helpful esp when we just wanted to have some meals in-house. We just bought some stuff from Publix and cooked a meal on one of our last nights while packing. The kitchen was fully equipped, and they also provided dish soap and a sponge which was great. New towels were provided each day but I had to ask. They only clean the rooms twice a week. The beds were comfy, showers had good water pressure too. The Hot breakfast was great, including eggs, breakfast meats, cereals, bread, coffee, juice, fruits, and very nice cook-yourself waffles. The breakfast area never got really packed, we always got a table. We were there Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It was also nice to be able to bring breakfast up to the room, especially for the kids. Coffee was available all day in the lobby. I love the lounge area by the lobby. It was a nice place to wait for the rest of our group, with comfy seats and a refreshing area. As I said, the hotel is a bit outdated so they will need to fix the paint, renew the carpets, brighten the lights, etc soon to stay competitive, but other than that, it was clean and the service was good. The staff at the front desk was great, the Shuttle service was on par, and we had a very early flight and took the 4:30 am shuttle. We booked ahead and they could accommodate us and our big luggage. The general manager Marisela Keller who handled our email inquiries very early on before our stay was excellent. We sent some inquiries and special requests twice, and both times she responded very promptly and clearly. It was a big factor in why we chose this hotel as well over another one that we prebooked.

The hotel's privacy is very good, the waiters at the entrance are very enthusiastic, the lobby is full of gorgeous Italian opera, and the hotel is very large. It takes a short distance from lobby to our room, but it is more convenient to check out directly by text message. . We entered the hotel early in the morning and directly stored our luggage. We took the water bus outside the hotel and went to Universal Studios. There was no delay. We received the hotel's text message to inform us of the room number at 3pm. The small mistake was that the room card that was applied for in the morning could not be opened at night, and the husband returned to the front desk very hard to re-apply for a new room card and then returned to open the door. Remember to check if there is a complete bar code and check-in date on the room card. This is used as the basis for express. We were told there was a problem after entering the park the next day. It took half an hour to find someone. It was very troublesome. Attention!

Royal Pacific Resort never disappoints. Another 23 night stay and it was perfect. From the moment you step into this hotel you are warmly welcomed throughout, from the Valet Guys to the ladies who look after your rooms, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The resort is immaculately clean throughout in all public areas and our room was cleaned exceptionally well every day we were there. The King Suite is a good size, beds are very comfortable and bathroom products are nice. We always had plenty of towels and products replenished daily and turndown service were exceptional too. Very special thanks as always to Raymond, Marian and Andrea. The Club Lounge is a jewel in the crown of this hotel. The staff go above and beyond for you and welcome every guest like a friend. The food is replenished regularly and everything is kept clean and tidy. Staff are the best. Alex, Daniel, Raphael, Jen, Tory, Caitlyn, Kayleen, Trisha, Mitchell, Jordan, Hailey, Gia, Sophia and Tamara are all simply wonderful and we can`t thank them enough for looking after us so well. And the lovely Wellington as it is always a pleasure to chat to him. Bell services are wondefful and again look after you so well. Milton and Rob are two of the nicest gentlemen you could ever hope to meet and it`s always a pleasure to talk to them if they have the time. Samuel Martineau is always wonderful and at the front desk Katie, Cornell and Asha were very helpful and so friendly when we needed anything. Special thank you to Egle for her kindness. Ty, Colby and Mariella are so lovely and the sushi is among the best in the area. Fresh, tasty and original. Bula Bar was also a place we enjoyed this visit during some pool time. Food was excellent and the pool area was immaculately clean and the staff around the pool are very nice and again, make sure everyone is ok. The buffet lunch Island put on during the hurricane was also good and Elena looked after us well too. We were very pleasantly surprised by the Courtyard Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre. I have stayed at many Courtyards, but this one was the best I have stayed at. It was just recently renovated. The lobby, lobby bar, and pool are so nice. The pool has cabanas with tvs and couches, a waterslide for the kids, cornhole, ping pong tables and fire pits. There is a huge tv where you can watch games all day and they show movies at night for the kids. You can order food and drinks from the lobby bar and eat inside or take it outside to the pool or around the firepits. The hotel location is perfect if you plan on visiting the parks like we did, or if you want to visit Disney Springs or the outlet shops and there are so many restaurants nearby. We stayed for 4 nights beginning on July4th. OUTSTANDING experience and would stay there again. First time stay and Ann Clarke, Guest Experience Expert, seized the day for us with great care and grace. As a long-time Bonvoy Rewards member I was upgraded to one of the best rooms we have experienced through Marriott. It was a Lake Front Suite which was very kind treatment for a business road warrior. Living Room and separate bedroom with two balconies. The 4th fireworks were spectacular and almost eye-level. They do them on Saturdays too. Next time! The grounds are immaculate. The rooms are spotless. The service is what you want from Ritz Carlton with everyone friendly and eager to help. My wife enjoyed a spa visit and I went to the gym for a great workout. The Ritz and JW are connected as two massive conference centers which added extra dining options so we didn't need to leave the resort. Massive corridors and more meeting rooms than we could count. For our needs we added the Club Lounge access which took the pressure off incidentals. Need food or drink? Head to the Club Lounge which is open all-day until 10 p.m. Food presentations throughout the day in a comfortable room with a balcony and nice view of Orlando. We also dined at Knife and Spoon which was a treat for an upscale dinner. Great food and service. All good. Finally we traded the hassle and expense of an ocean beach vacation for the Ritz Carlton pool. It was hot this week but the pool at RC is clean and spacious. Many chairs open. I hope the nearest beach and long-lines were fun? We had a great time here. Service was excellent there with lots of choices for drinks and food poolside. Overall this resort gets all 5 stars in my book. Have fun!

We stayed here for two weeks during September 2022 and really couldn’t find any fault with the hotel, especially for the price paid. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and gave great customer service. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable, with two pillow choices available (labelled firm and soft) which we thought was a great idea. There are also lots of charging ports fitted into the room which come in very handy. The rooms are on the basic side but for the price paid they’re great value. Housekeeping was also every day which many places surrounding Disney still weren’t offering at the time we stayed, and was one of the reasons we selected the hotel in the first place. The included bus service to the Disney parks is also excellent, and much better than the Disney resort provided buses in our experience. They ran every hour to every park until after closing time and were always on time, with good a/c and a seat available. The hotel is also only a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs, where you could then use Disney transportation to resorts if needed for dining reservations etc. We also stayed during Hurricane Ian and we couldn’t have felt safer there. Every staff member was outstanding and went out of their way to make sure we felt safe, with many working longer hours to do so. The bar and food service stayed open for the duration of the Hurricane too which meant we didn’t even have to worry about getting food/water. All in all this was a fantastic stay and we will be back.

I was a bit concerned with construction still going on in the hotel when booking, however it did NOT affect our stay, at all. Noise is very minor, pool is huge, so you are able to stay away from it PLUS you are also able to use the pool at the sister Ritz property which is a 5 minute walk. The construction is supposed to be finished in November 🤞 Now more details about the hotel overall: ROOMS Beautiful and freshly renovated. We had a balcony and it was nice to step out to it to enjoy beautiful view of the lakes and for a breath of fresh air HOUSEKEEPING Excellent. Meticulously clean, turndown service perfect, no questions :) One thing to make it even better would be to put slippers in the room - I am pretty sure we could get them upon request though. BREAKFAST Excellent selection, with fresh omelette, fresh squeezed juice station where you can make your own juice, pancakes prepared to order, variety of fruit - very good! Price: $25 for continental only, $35 for full selection. As Ambassador members we got Continental breakfast complimentary with an option to upgrade to full bar for $7. This is fine, but if I were the manager I would make it fully complimentary to people staying at Marriott properties for 100+ night per year … SPECIAL SHOUT OUT AND THANK YOU TO KARIMA who took excellent care of us and provided warm and personalized service during both days we visited Citron for breakfast. SPA/GYM Shared space with ritz carlton, beautiful; as part of your resort fee package you get to visit their classes - they have yoga, stretching etc. However keep in mind that those are only available on certain days of the week :) It would be nice to have some alternative for off days, I would love to go to one of the classes but both my days fell on off days unfortunately. You can also get bikes for 1 hour per day for free. SPA area has their own pool and hot tub which are basically empty because you need to have a spa appointment in order to use them. SHUTTLES TO DISNEY are available but you need to book them 24 hours in advance, we missed that part and had to Uber 😅 POOL SERVICE was pretty good across JW and Ritz, with plentiful chairs, towels and friendly staff to assist to your wishes :) GABRIEL at JW pool provided great service and was very nice - thank you Gabriel! Sao Paulo is a large and diverse city with a vibrant cultural scene and many entertainment options. There are many museums, art galleries, theatres, cinemas and concerts to choose, as well as a variety of restaurants that offer Brazilian and international cuisine. Some popular tourist sites in São Paulo include the Municipal Market, the Paulista Avenue, the Ibirapuera Park and the historical neighborhood of Liberty, which is known for its strong Japanese influence. Public transport in São Paulo may be complicated, especially during peak hours, but there are several options available, such as metro, bus and taxi. If you have a more flexible budget, it can be more convenient and comfortable to use transport applications such as Uber or 99. Sao Paulo is also known for his animated night life, with many bars, night houses and partys taking place throughout the city, but it is important to remember to keep safety in mind during the night and avoid less secure areas.

I’m sitting here on my last night and feeling sad, I don’t want to leave. I wanted to write a review because there were so many bad reviews that I was getting a little bummed before I came. First off, do not be afraid of the construction going on. My building was literally right across from it and I barely heard anything or saw anything. Second, everyone keeps talking about how the rooms need updating and I agree to a point. I did not feel my room was dank or worn. It was beautiful. It was clean. We loved it. They cleaned everyday too and even at Animal Kingdom in January we didn’t have that. The Lagoon View is great o highly recommend! We ate at Citricos , and are waiter Giovanni was excellent and the food was fabulous. We were a party of 13 with 8 kids and he handles us with ease. The pools are all great, my kids love them especially the slide pool! The hotel lobby and grounds are beautiful. The location is very good. The monorail makes it easy to go to Magic Kingdom and even going to Epcot didn’t take as long as people on line act like it does! We still totally rope dropped! Bottom line it was a great trip. We were a party of 13 and no one is complaining! Yes it is super expensive. Disney is expensive! Other then that we were really happy and are sad to leave! My only recommendation is when there is an issue and there were a few at check in you go back to throwing lightening lanes at people like the fast passes in the old days! It makes you feel like you are getting some kind of compensation when things aren’t perfect. Just fyi all of our issues were resolved. They were nice about it too!

My Wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to Epcot, and the prompt room service added to the convenience factor. We were particularly delighted with our room's excellent view of Epcot, allowing us to enjoy the fireworks display right from the comfort of our room. Although our stay was enjoyable, there was a minor issue with what looked like a (band-aid) in the hallway inside our room. However, I took the initiative to remove and dispose of it before my wife noticed. We came down to request a room change for other reasons (as I decide not to mention the prior incident).... to have a shower instead of a bathtub and to avoid a connecting room setup. The check-in representative at the front desk was exceptional, displaying a fantastic attitude and providing us with helpful assistance. Despite her diligent efforts, she was unable to accommodate our room change request, which was a disappointment. Nonetheless, I believe she should be commended for her excellent customer service. Aside from this minor setback, the property itself was well-situated and offered a pleasant ambiance. However, I did notice that the room we were assigned did not match the pictures displayed online for its corresponding category, which was a bit disappointing. Considering the overall experience, I am uncertain whether I would choose to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve again. While there were some minor inconveniences, the hotel's location and other positive aspects contributed to a generally enjoyable stay. In summary, our visit to the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve was marked by convenience, prompt service, and a great view of Epcot. Despite encountering a minor room issue and the disappointment of not getting the exact room as depicted online, the exceptional customer service from the front desk staff and other positive aspects of the property would be the only reason we would choose to possibly stay here again in future.

It was very clean and it was very clean, except for the sofa bed that I think it could have been cleaner. Otherwise, it would be very good, indeed, I would return. The parking lot is a point q to take into account. The hotel is very good, the hotel is very good and the room is very good.

Great stay at this Marriott Vacation Club property. The property is about 2 miles from the Disney entrance. It offers free parking and is located inside the Marriott Worlds center property. Location: the Sabal Palms is a little difficult to navigate too. There are few signs directing where to go. Your gps will not lead you directly to the property. To get to the property stay to the right when you pull onto World Center DR. You will see the other Marriott Vacation properties on the right. The Sabal Palms is in the back. The great thing about the sabal Palms is that you can walk directly on the Marriot worlds center property in less than ten minutes. Activities: they have plenty of activities to do on the property and can utilize the other vacation properties amenities. You can also use all the amenities at the Marriott world center. Rooms: the best thing about renting a Vacation club property is the space! The room is big enough for a large group. There are two beds in the guest bedroom with a bathroom attached. The master bedroom is massive and leads off to the balcony. The only complaint I have is the master bedroom. The shower is massive with a glass wall. It allows light to pour into the room at night which doesn’t make for a restful night if you like your room pitch black. Property: the property is easy to navigate and very clean. However it is at the back of the Marriott World Center where the dumpsters are. Convenience to Disney, value and safety makes this a great property for your family’s Disney vacation.

With all the great Marriott options in the Disney area, this one certainly punches above it weight. The building has a great look both inside and out (love the huge atrium in the center of the building). The locations is convenient to Disney, Universal, I Drive, and obviously Sea World. You do have to pay resorts fees and for parking, but that's no different than any other resort property in the area. Plus, if you take advantage of the shuttle service to the park, the resort fee pays for itself. We've stayed here twice in the last 2 months and all of the employees have been polite and helpful. The rooms are excellent, exactly what you would expect from a Renaissance level property, and have the amenities that you would expect. Pool area is nice and the pool bar meets expectations. What sets this place apart is the lobby bar and the breakfast buffet. The lobby bar sits in the middle of the atrium, so its got a great vibe. Drink prices are what you'd expect, but if you're a high medallion member (got titanium this year), they give you 2 beer/wine vouchers per visit. The breakfast buffet is EXCELLENT, and again if you're medallion (not sure which level the cutoff is at) it's free. We usually never opt in for the free breakfast, but we always get this buffet when we stay here. All the selections including an omelet station. Anna always takes care of us at breakfast. She even remembered us from our previous stay a month prior which really impressed me and my fiancée. She's so polite and helpful and her personality and smile start your day on the right note. If you're looking for a resort feel for your Orlando trip but don't want to shell out JW or Ritz prices, this is where you want to go! Top marks all around!

It's annoying, so I'm pretty familiar with Ripple, but this was one of the best hotels I've been to so far. The facilities are so great. In particular, I think it is a huge advantage to have a water taxi from the hotel to Universal. I didn't expect much for a water taxi, I just thought it was like a flume ride, wow... The view while riding a water taxi from the hotel to Universal is truly spectacular. I thought it was a Southeast Asian resort. Rather, it was so good that the way I took the water taxi was more memorable than the Universal. Personally, I go to Universal, but I think that not taking a water taxi is half the trip. I know that about 4 universal partner hotels operate water taxis, so I recommend taking a water taxi even if not here. There is a waiting line, but you don't have to wait that long, and if you don't want to wait, it's a really good location, only 10 to 15 minutes on foot. The hotel pool is also really really good. There are palm trees and you can enjoy the unique Florida atmosphere. There is a slide and a hot tub, so it's really good to take a break. I used the restaurant in the hotel lobby, and considering the US price of 15-20 dollars per menu, the price is not too burdensome for a hotel. The cocktails here aren't the best, but I think they're good enough to end the day well while relieving your weary body. Because it was Christmas, a wonderful guitar performance was played in front of my eyes, and it was a fun time for my eyes, ears, and mouth. The breakfast buffet wasn't great, but it wasn't lacking either, it was just a hotel breakfast buffet. The price of accommodation was in the late 200,000s/day range, but considering that it is Christmas Day, one of the peak seasons of the year, the price was not too bad. The price was similar to the Hilton near Disney where I stayed the night before. I personally liked this place much better than the Hilton there. I liked the hotel so much more than I thought that I would like to stay at the hotel all day without going to Universal. I couldn't do that due to my tight schedule, but if you're planning to stay at a hotel here, I recommend that you enjoy a full day at the hotel during your Universal itinerary. The pool, restaurant, and bar are not open 24 hours, so if you stay in Universal until Universal closes, I think you will not be able to fully enjoy the merits of the hotel. Lastly, since it is a large hotel, the friendliness of the staff was mediocre, and there is an additional charge for using fast Wi-Fi.

Fort Wilderness is the best. Housekeeping is so friendly and do an excellent job with the cabins. My only gripe is with some of the bus drivers--let me be clear, MOST drivers are awesome people, but some are just plain rude. If the signs on the bus clearly stated where they were going next, it would reduce the need to ask questions about where the bus is going (especially since the sign will say Magic Kingdom, instead of its true next stop, Wilderness Lodge). During our last trip in January, we checked in and walked to the the bus stop. We didn't see the crosswalk so we walked in front of one of the 4 parked busses. The lady yelled at us and honked the horn as we got to the curb. What a great way to start a Disney trip! Oh and you need to rent a golf cart--it's a must--otherwise you will be waiting for busses all day.

David ”Manager” at the Front desk said its perfectly fine for a 1 year old to be put to bed with blankets on the floor. Prior to our stay I spoke with Danielle who said there are plenty of pack and plays so no need to travel with one. After we checked in at 6pm we called the front desk requesting a pack and play which we were told it was on the way. After calling 5 times being lied to and waiting over 2 hours we had to put our daughter to bed. When we asked to speak with a manager David came out, he was rude, he kept saying the pack and play would be on its way but couldn't give a time. I explained we had been waiting for over 2 hours, David did not care and did not try to find a solution just excuses. When I asked to speak to someone above David he replied I'm the person to speak to. Do not stay at this resort they treat you like crap, and if David stays employed then please know your families safety is not a concern to he or Hilton.

I don't want to have a good restaurant around the supermarket. There is a Japanese shop next to it. It is super hot, and I have to wait for it at 9 o'clock in the evening. It takes about twenty minutes to walk on the outlets, it is worth a visit, it is estimated that someone will not come out when they go in. The hotel will charge about 15% of the comprehensive service fee every day, which is probably the wifi parking fee, etc. You can't take it without your car. And nice to see Daniel from Valet again, he always remembers us. Orchids Lounge is another place that is always amazing. Tuk Tuk we used for the first time this trip and the food we purchased was fresh and tasty and staff were nice. The Express Pass is a wonderful perk of staying at this hotel, and the proximity to the parks is second to none, a short 7 minute walk takes you to IOA or you have the boats which run regularly and get you there in a few minutes. Royal Pacific Resort is one of our two home aways from home, there is nowhere better for us and we have so many reasons to keep coming back to this wonderful resort. The room was ready within an hour. It was clean and everything seemed just great. The staff was nice. Room service through the app was tasty and always exactly on time. The ease with which one can use the boats to Epcot and Hollywood Studios can’t be beat. The only cons I could find were the tiny trash cans which become a slight nuisance when housekeeping only comes every third day and the extremely firm beds, although I’m sure someone out there likes them that way. I am a fairly picky person when it comes to hotel cleanliness and I didn’t have a single complaint the entire time. Do yourselves a favor and ignore the negative reviews and stay at The Swan.

The hotel environment is very beautiful and the waiters are enthusiastic. I didn't know how to go to the gym room in the morning. An aunt told me patiently and enthusiastically. Although she said English, I didn't understand it. And my two sons rowing in the water 🚣 very happy, my wife took pictures on the shore. The hotel is conveniently located more than ten minutes from Universal Studios. The Kennedy Space Center is an hour's drive away. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time.

Even though I arrived late, they treated me very kindly. However, the water pressure is poor on higher floors, so I think this will be helpful to keep in mind. Suitable for family travel.

Booked 2 rooms: a family one for 5 of us, and a small room for 2. The girl at the front desk sent us 5 to the small room. I realized her mistake after arriving with the whole family and luggage at the 8th floor in building 8 at the other end of the hotel. Had to get all luggage back to the car, go to front desk, change room keys...all of this after long traveling was not fun at all.

Hotel apartment, no service at all! Outdated facilities, the q room is very small, the kitchen is very small, there are simple cutlery and kitchen utensils, and the washing machine is very small. A baby cot can be added, and the rest cannot be added. There is free parking, but there is a resort fee of 10 dollars per day. There are shuttles to Disney and Universal Studios, but there are very few shifts. See the picture for the timetable. We stayed on Tuesday until Tuesday, and when we checked out, we were told that we stayed for a long time to send dinner BBQ on Friday and a buffet breakfast on Monday. This service is really speechless.

1. Hotel location: Excellent, especially the students who are going to play theme parks. It is very close to Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. It takes ten minutes to drive, so that everyone can get up in the morning and go to the park to line up. Because it is close, you don't have to be so early. Believe me, Disneyland is bound to block the door, because in the morning it is really possible to queue up a few popular games without fp in a short time. Then the rest of the popular use fp, the other line up, so that a garden can play very well. 2, the second big advantage: you can cook. The hotel is very close to the winn-Dixe supermarket, everything has it, you can buy it back. A little farther from publix, his fried chicken is super delicious, the fruit is also very fresh, the boxed cut is also fresh, suitable for people to eat a few more, we buy back every day to add vc. 3, free parking: you know, miami hotel is 40 knives 4, the service is relatively timely, the front desk is also enthusiastic, the paper towels, towels, etc. can be delivered in time. 5, one day our bedroom door is broken, two engineer uncles repaired for 1 hour Very satisfied with the hotel. The resort fee is also reasonable.

We previously stayed here in 2014 and it is even better than it was before, which was pretty fantastic then! We stayed in the old mansion style rooms on Magnolia bend both times, so have a good comparison. Again, whilst there must be literally hundreds of people staying here, it was never busy, often walking to the food hall and not seeing a single person. Even at ‘busy’ times it wasn’t manic and we never failed to find a table for 4 of us to sit at. They have fairly recently updated the rooms, gone is the old carpet, replaced with new LVT flooring. The beds and mattresses have all been replaced with the latest memory foam incarnations and are exceptionally comfortable. The bathrooms are all modernised, but could benefit from a handle on the wall to help you in and out of the bath, if like me you’ve got a bit ‘doddery’ since the last time! The room has plenty of storage, a fridge and TV for all the park information plus regular films etc should you get a VERY wet day! Good sound insulation and no gaps under the doors, plus good a/c, albeit not the quietest. Excellent, friendly, efficient housekeeping (mouse keeping as it is often better known). In fact ALL the staff were superb and really friendly. If you need anything I would say just ask, don’t moan until you have given them the chance to answer. The grounds are immaculately cared for, the food hall has a good selection and yes the prices are higher than you would pay if you weren’t in Disney, but you are and the whole environment costs, so just accept it or stay offsite, save some cash, but then don’t experience this wonderful ambience. Buses were great, regular, comfortable and easy to find. I love this place and should be on commission with this review I reckon ha ha, but just want to share our experience so that others may do the same.

The room was not very good, the room was very good, spacious and comfortable, all kinds of electrical appliances were available, we all bought food and came back to cook. The hotel has a water park, children like it, the hotel also has fishing, boating services, in short, family trips are not bad. There is a free bus to and from Disneyland every day, book one day in advance, it is recommended for large families.

I wish I had more nice things to say about our visit to Rosen Shingle Creek. Overall it was a nice stay, but little negatives piled up throughout, resulting in this average review. I brought my family along with me for a very large conference being held at the Orlando Convention Center, and the RSC was an official conference hotel, so many attendees were staying here. PROS . The staff! Overall, wonderful, friendly, engaging and responsive. Shout out to Heather and Mike at the Cat-Tails bar and poolside service. We had an Amazon Fresh order scheduled (there is a small fridge in the room) and the bell stand delivered it within 5 minutes of us requesting it. My mom and niece were also staying at the hotel, and the front desk attendant thoughtfully placed our rooms right next to each other. . Conference management. We had a great conference rate and the acknowledgment of our (significant) presence was thoughtful. Overall, the team was well prepared for several hundred attendees moving around the property. CONS . Rooms NOT that family friendly. I have a real issue with hotel bathroom designs that aren’t accessible for kids. I had to drag the ottoman into the bathroom area so my youngest could reach the sink. A huge leather ottoman in the bathroom is not ideal. . Substandard housekeeping. I asked for laundry bags from our service provider and was told they weren’t available. She pressured us out of our room one day saying she was trying to finish her shift early and upset my niece to the point of tears. Another morning, we had privacy lock and sign on and they were knocking at 8:30 to come in. It all felt very disconnected. . The Food. The biggest disappointment was that a resort this size, and a Universal Studios property, was such a let-down when it came to food. If you have any food allergy whatsoever, don’t stay here. The RSC makes little to no accommodation for food allergy or intolerance, which is very surprising in this day and age. My husband is celiac and other than FRENCH FRIES and VEGETABLES was extremely restricted in his food options. Only one restaurant was able to offer him gluten free bread for a burger. Food allergies are more and more common, it is unreasonable that RSC was lacking in its accommodations. In comparison to Disney properties where almost anything can be accommodated for food allergies, it was a glaring difference. Food options for children were also limited and unhealthy. After three days of eating cereal, French fries, and cardboard pizza, my kids were desperate for a freaking hot dog. None of the seven restaurants offered such a thing, but I was told they were available at the golf course snack stand. So I walk all the way out there to get three hot dogs and they were…sold out of hot dogs. Our Amazon Fresh delivery was a godsend, and there’s a Publix market at the end of the (very long) resort drive. . Universal partner means what?? One afternoon we wanted to head over to Universal City Walk. Unfortunately, this

Normally stay elsewhere when visiting but got a good deal on a 2 bedroom suite here. Hotel large and busy but had a really pleasant atmosphere. Food court useful and not over priced. Handy having a Starbucks for a quick coffee again not over priced. Suite was very clean and serviced every day. Microwave, large fridge and coffee maker a nice touch and seating area useful. Beds were super comfy however I would say a UK double size so not huge. 2 x TV one in the bedroom and 1 in the main 2 bed area. Lots of free movies if you need a night in. Buses to Universal and Volcano Bay ran regularly and when the rain came ran more frequent from Volcano Bay. Honestly could not fault anything and would definitely stay again and definitely recommend
