Stayed here while in Orlando for Vans Warped Tour and it was good for the price! It was mostly clean but the sheets had something red on it possibly makeup. Wish they’d change out sheets between stays, that’s nasty. Other than that though, it’s in good location. And for the price it was great! I would like to point out that the air conditioner causes a mildew smell in the room so that should probably be checked out.

Love this hotel. Staff are so friendly. Everything clean and the beds are so comfy. We dont drive and the location is ideal if using the i-ride trolley as you can walk through the car park and you are on International Drive. Plenty of places to eat nearby, Millers Alehouse and Dennys among others. Walgreens close by too. Only slight negative is no hot tub, didn't bother me but my husband would have used it.

The location is excellent, many places in the pedestrian availability, there are shops very many cafes next to you can always find something to eat, with the hotel small, the people are not so many. The room was pretty good, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was decent; it was quite busy, but they had the basic food items. There was a slightly wider variety than the previous Best Western, though still limited. The Mickey Mouse waffles were a fun touch. The hotel's shuttle service to Universal and Disney was much more frequent than the last place. It seems there's a hotel in front and one behind, but they use large buses, so they don't detour much, and there are always plenty of seats. The only drawback was moving from the Fairfield Inn south of the Vineland Outlets to this one on the east side. Looking at the map, the distance seemed similar, and I thought it would also be a 10-minute walk, but it actually required crossing a highway with no pedestrian access, making it a 50+ minute walk. This meant I couldn't just pop out for shopping whenever I wanted and had to take a taxi, which added a bit of inconvenience. So, on the last half-day, I just stayed at the hotel, missing the chance to stroll to the outlets and snag some cheap Lululemon. Oh well, for the price of 600 RMB a night for a room with two beds and breakfast, what more can you ask for? Overall, it was still fantastic, and both the hotel staff and guests were very friendly.

Excellent stay. We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining. Longitude and Latitude restaurant downstairs had the best lunch service and good food. Appreciated the free shuttles to and from any park in Disney World.

The hotel is relatively new and having a 24-hour convenience store (open 14 hours, so not 24 hours, but convenient enough) is a plus. However, possibly due to recent renovations, there's a strong smell. The room itself is quite spacious, but the soundproofing isn't great. You can hear it when guests next door or upstairs use the restroom, so I recommend closing your bathroom door when sleeping. Breakfast was standard. Since I was here for a business trip, I didn't get to experience much else.

The hotel environment is quite good, and the price is reasonable. My only complaint is that when we checked in, the front desk told us the shuttle to the EPCT park wouldn't start until 8 AM, and they confirmed this twice. To get there early, we ended up taking a taxi, only to find out later that the shuttle actually starts at 7 AM. We wasted 7 US dollars. The whole point of staying at a park hotel was to save on taxi fares, but we didn't get to enjoy that benefit in the end.

Got there and found out that my one reservation for 2 rooms was actually 2 reservations, so they charged me 2 security deposits. Then my credit card was $5 short, and they wouldn't take $5 cash. I ended up making an express payment on my card, just to be able to pay the second deposit. The african american lady at the front desk with the ponytail and glasses (never got her name) did not want the cash and wouldn't let me talk to the manager. Room had oil stains on the walls and phone in my room didnt work. Breakfast was ok. Sausage was the only meat. No bacon or anything else. And parking was $110 for 4 nights. Then I wanted to check out a day early and was told by the night shift that as long as I left by 11 am the next morning, I would not be charged. When I tried to check out at 8:30am, once again the same african american woman was working and acted like she had to get permission from the manager. She walked off to call him so I couldn't hear what she said and then came back to say I could only leave early one night on my reservation. I asked to speak to the manager and she said when she called him, he was in the shower and wouldn't be in until 9am. I said I would wait. Then I reminded her about how she said we had 2 separate reservations so we should be able to leave early for both rooms. She finally did it. Also, whenever you called them, before, during, and after my trip, it took about 6 hours of calling back to back before anyone picks up the phone. Even when I was there and my room phone didnt work, I kept calling and had to walk downstairs the first night to tell them about the oil stains on my wall and the phone not working, because I didnt want to be charged for it. She said she knew and that the wallpaper was going to be replaced. I have stayed there 3 times and after this time, I will not be going back. That lady was the only one with a nasty attitude.

What is shown online does not accurately reflect the actual property. The accommodations resemble a motel and appear quite dated. There was a noticeable sewer odor that entered the room. While the bedding initially looked acceptable, mold was visible inside the cotton filled covers when the lights were off and the TV light was on. I contacted the front desk for replacements, but they were not provided until the following morning. The location was convenient and the price was affordable. The pools were large and well maintained, which was a positive aspect of the stay.

Driving up to the hotel it looked promising, lift up to our floor felt bit old but worked well with the style, rooms were ok but looked like it could do with some freshening up. First thing we noticed was a stain on one of the pillowcases, this made us wonder whether the beds were properly changed or cleaned, we did see a single strand of hair in the bathtub but gave it the benefit of the doubt that could be the cleaner if they did clean it. Sadly on the website it states luxury toiletries- well these were disappointing and did not feel it. We were provided with one set for two people. That is one shampoo, one conditioner, one body lotion, no shower gel, (you get a shower in the room) one face soap, one hand soap. The hot water kettle dispenser was not cleaned as when we went to do an initial clean there was a lot of black stuff coming out, we had no coffee in the room either. We had to go ask reception to give us a new one and that’s when we found out we should have had coffee provided with the kettles. So far very disappointing, We found out during our stay that the hotel doesn’t clean your room on a daily basis and we weren’t aware of this so our bins were over filling, we had to ask for toilet roll, and new towels. When we received the towels in the bedroom whilst we were out they were left on top of the toilet. Not exactly the best or cleanest place to put if especially if we haven’t had the room cleaned for a good few days. If you want your room cleaned I expect you will need to let reception know. I’ve stayed at Marriotts before and I’ve never experienced it where they don’t clean your room and I don’t mind if they don’t do it on a daily basis but they should inform you at reception when you check in. We stayed during Hurricane Milton and we were very disappointed as international tourists not to have received any information from the hotel that it was coming and what to do/ how to stay safe/ whether there was going to be reduced restaurant opening times/ services. This was our first hurricane. We instead received much more information and advice from our Uber drivers such as to stock up on food and water. Our other information was from alerts we received on our phones and also by watching the news otherwise we would have been none the wiser. We are aware that other hotels received a note under their door as a minimum. We were looking to hire a car but this hotel charges 27 dollars to park a day. So we decided to use Uber and actually turned out cheaper for us so bear this in mind. The pros: It’s very central and icon park is about 5 mins away, lots of bars and restaurants along the the drive in either direction. Close to the parks if that’s what you’re here for. Reception staff are very nice and really get straight on to the case when you need something. Two people who stood out for us was firstly Joe, who was standing outside one day as myself and my friend were deciding to visit a mall was so helpful. He even gave us some leaflets to hand it at our destination to get discounts and a free bag. He was really friendly and chatty and a great sense of humour. The second person was Ryan, from housekeeping was also very helpful when my friend was after some items for our room. Very cheerful. I’d only recommend this hotel if you just want somewhere to sleep for a few days. I wouldn’t come back here again not for a holiday as I feel the basic expectations of a hotel service was lacking. Can’t fault any of the staff we dealt with.

A very surprising vacation experience. The hotel park is very large and the green environment is very beautiful! The swimming pool is large, has ladders and has its own rafting area. This hotel is very good. It is closest to MK. The second floor of the hotel can take the small train directly to MK. At night, there are many people who take the train from MK. At this time, you can take the cruise ship to Pier 2 and return to the hotel. Come to Orlando Disneyland the whole journey ~ you need to stay in a hotel, you don't need to change hotels at all (don't ask me how I know). This hotel has cruises, trains, buses to choose from, and UBER is also very convenient. The hotel room is large, the health is very good, there is a hand-held shower, not the kind of wall-mounted can not be picked off, it is also convenient. The hotel restaurant closed on time at 21:00. We came back late. We didn't eat dinner. We took half a bag of biscuits. If we want to go back to the hotel for dinner, we have to arrange a time.

We love Westgate lake and resorts. This is our 3rd year. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the resorts is beautiful. If there’s only 1 minor thing we could point out, it is that the rooms have no real curtains. They have the window shades which u can open and close but they are not blacked out. This means you’re early awake from the sun coming in your rooms.

Staying at this hotel inside the airport was extremely convenient. Because the hotel is located within the airport, we felt very relaxed and had plenty of time before our flight the next day. The check-in counters and the security checkpoint were both very close to the hotel entrance, which made the travel experience smooth and stress-free. Another big plus was the nearby 24-hour McDonald’s, which was perfect for a late-night meal or an early morning bite. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for travelers with early flights or tight schedules. We would definitely stay here again.

Traveling with a friend's family, we requested two connecting rooms. Our window overlooked the Swan Hotel, with the pier nestled between the two hotels. To get to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, you take a boat, which is super convenient. Epcot is incredibly close; even without the boat, a 7-8 minute walk along the river gets you right to the entrance. The free Orlando gondola station is also right outside Epcot. It's a nice option for a leisurely ride in the evening. The gondola can also take you to Hollywood Studios, but it's not as convenient or quick as the boat. For Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom, just head to the shuttle bus stop to the left of the hotel entrance. Each bus is clearly marked with the park's name, making it very straightforward. The hotel lobby has a dedicated Disney service desk for tickets and inquiries, which is really handy. The lobby itself is huge and features a bar that's always bustling with foreigners enjoying drinks and chatting. There's a supermarket on the first floor, but it's honestly not cheap. I bought some drinks, a few pieces of bread, and a vegetable salad for the kids, and it cost over 1000 RMB – haha! Every evening, around 9 PM, we'd set up a table, pour some baijiu, and watch the spectacular fireworks from Epcot on the left. Sometimes, Hollywood Studios on the right would join in with their own display. Drinking and watching, it was pure bliss. Ordering takeout with Uber Eats was also incredibly easy, with a user-friendly interface. A guy even delivered our food in a Mercedes – capitalism is truly decadent! Haha 😄

They also offer a free shuttle service to Disney and Universal Studios, which was super convenient. The hotel has a pool too! In the lobby, they provide complimentary tea and coffee 24/7. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit old-fashioned and the faucet had a slight leak, but it was still acceptable. I stayed for 3 nights and did not receive any housekeeping service at all. When I checked in, your front desk staff informed me that housekeeping would only be provided once every two nights. So, after staying for two nights, I specifically spoke to a housekeeping staff member before going out and asked him to clean the room. He said he had noted it down. However, when I returned to my room that evening, nothing had been cleaned at all! I even had to call to request towels. This made me feel that staying there at that price was not worth it at all.

This was a very last minute trip. I didn't get into the hotel until almost 11:00, but check in was easy. Considering the hour they were fairly busy, but it was fine. The single best part of this was the $10.00 breakfast option. Not because the food was excellent, it was a hotel breakfast. It was really good and the server who was also the cook, made every order as you were seated. Chef José was the most joyful and encouraging person I've come across in business travels in a long time. He single handedly made my day better after fighting with the airlines for 45 minutes in my room trying to sort out an error. I would hire this gentleman if I owned any food related business in Orlando! This was my first time using Trip.com for a reservation, and I will use them again!

It's a pretty standard motel with very convenient parking. The exterior looks quite modern, and to my surprise, it even has a pool. The room was quite spacious, and the AC worked perfectly. While the facilities were a bit dated, it was generally clean and tidy, though I did notice a few hairs in a corner of the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned properly. Downstairs, there's a decent bar/restaurant that seemed popular with locals. It's about a 10-minute drive to the airport, making it excellent value for a temporary stopover.
