The room was pretty good, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was decent; it was quite busy, but they had the basic food items. There was a slightly wider variety than the previous Best Western, though still limited. The Mickey Mouse waffles were a fun touch. The hotel's shuttle service to Universal and Disney was much more frequent than the last place. It seems there's a hotel in front and one behind, but they use large buses, so they don't detour much, and there are always plenty of seats. The only drawback was moving from the Fairfield Inn south of the Vineland Outlets to this one on the east side. Looking at the map, the distance seemed similar, and I thought it would also be a 10-minute walk, but it actually required crossing a highway with no pedestrian access, making it a 50+ minute walk. This meant I couldn't just pop out for shopping whenever I wanted and had to take a taxi, which added a bit of inconvenience. So, on the last half-day, I just stayed at the hotel, missing the chance to stroll to the outlets and snag some cheap Lululemon. Oh well, for the price of 600 RMB a night for a room with two beds and breakfast, what more can you ask for? Overall, it was still fantastic, and both the hotel staff and guests were very friendly.

Stayed two nights at this hotel. To get to the old Universal Studios park, you just cross a skybridge. The outlet mall is about a 25-minute walk away, so overall the transportation is quite convenient. The room comes with free bottled water, but the microwave is only available in the game room.

We love Westgate lake and resorts. This is our 3rd year. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the resorts is beautiful. If there’s only 1 minor thing we could point out, it is that the rooms have no real curtains. They have the window shades which u can open and close but they are not blacked out. This means you’re early awake from the sun coming in your rooms.

Excellent stay. We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining. Longitude and Latitude restaurant downstairs had the best lunch service and good food. Appreciated the free shuttles to and from any park in Disney World.

The hotel is relatively new and having a 24-hour convenience store (open 14 hours, so not 24 hours, but convenient enough) is a plus. However, possibly due to recent renovations, there's a strong smell. The room itself is quite spacious, but the soundproofing isn't great. You can hear it when guests next door or upstairs use the restroom, so I recommend closing your bathroom door when sleeping. Breakfast was standard. Since I was here for a business trip, I didn't get to experience much else.

We had to come to this hotel because of my kid's soccer tournament. Not my first choice to be honest. Quality of towels, amernities were not that great but I must say the staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Really good bunch of people and extremely kind. Fit for budget families. Small turf and pool and kids will have fun and at the end that matters. I will go there again for kids tournaments because of the service. They may not have the best towels but they have excellent staff.

The receptionist also responded politely! I didn't understand English and I was often worried, but the staff were very polite and kind. Even in situations where the language was difficult to understand, he explained with a smile and explained in an easy-to-understand manner, and I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. My mom and I go to WDW monthly and have tried all sorts of hotels, both on and off property. This HIlton is one of our favorites from a value standpoint. The location only makes sense if you're planning on taking advantage of Disney Springs, which is 500 meters from the hotel via elevated walkways, because it has lots of good restaurants, whereas the hotel itself doesn't. The lazy river pool is one of the hotel's other big carrots, and it doesn't disappoint. I stayed in the same room both during both visits because my mom requested an accessible room near the elevator. This floor plan is definitely sub optimal (e.g. long hallway between the sleeping area and the shower room, but standard rooms looked just like you'd expect them too. The short of it is that liked this hotel enough to return a second time, which is pretty good because none of the others have made that cut.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The guest laundry facilities were very convenient — they are located on the 4th and 7th floors of Towers 1 and 2, which made it easy to do laundry during our stay. Another great point was that we were able to store our luggage even after check-out, so we could go to the parks and enjoy the day without worrying about our bags. Most importantly, all of the staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Got there and found out that my one reservation for 2 rooms was actually 2 reservations, so they charged me 2 security deposits. Then my credit card was $5 short, and they wouldn't take $5 cash. I ended up making an express payment on my card, just to be able to pay the second deposit. The african american lady at the front desk with the ponytail and glasses (never got her name) did not want the cash and wouldn't let me talk to the manager. Room had oil stains on the walls and phone in my room didnt work. Breakfast was ok. Sausage was the only meat. No bacon or anything else. And parking was $110 for 4 nights. Then I wanted to check out a day early and was told by the night shift that as long as I left by 11 am the next morning, I would not be charged. When I tried to check out at 8:30am, once again the same african american woman was working and acted like she had to get permission from the manager. She walked off to call him so I couldn't hear what she said and then came back to say I could only leave early one night on my reservation. I asked to speak to the manager and she said when she called him, he was in the shower and wouldn't be in until 9am. I said I would wait. Then I reminded her about how she said we had 2 separate reservations so we should be able to leave early for both rooms. She finally did it. Also, whenever you called them, before, during, and after my trip, it took about 6 hours of calling back to back before anyone picks up the phone. Even when I was there and my room phone didnt work, I kept calling and had to walk downstairs the first night to tell them about the oil stains on my wall and the phone not working, because I didnt want to be charged for it. She said she knew and that the wallpaper was going to be replaced. I have stayed there 3 times and after this time, I will not be going back. That lady was the only one with a nasty attitude.

Wonderful place to stay! The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Pillows like clouds. We stayed in the off season and the service and food was just a great as it would be in the summertime. Cocktails were very good. All the pools were heated and they even had entertainment and activities in November! The bed sheets in the room always have a stinky smell from not drying. There are no toiletries in the room, so remember to bring your own. There are no slippers. There is a capsule coffee machine and two bottles of mineral water. It would be better to book a high floor if possible. There are no restaurants or supermarkets within walking distance, so you need to take a taxi. There are two restaurants in the lobby, which are almost never open. There is one on the G floor, which has a good breakfast and is always open. There is also a coffee shop in the lobby. For reference only.

The hotel is a resort, you can just stay in the hotel, purely for vacation, the hotel has many recreational facilities, there is a golf course with a large lawn, a water park, a hotel lobby, the rooms are grand, the rooms are large, the bed in the upper room is big enough for two adults to sleep, breakfast can be self-service or a la carte, standard American. The hotel feels comparable to the scale of domestic five-star hotels, but a little old.

The game room includes a full size pool table, as well as 6 full size arcade games. This amazing house also has 4 fire places as well as 2 master bedrooms . This hotel is very good. It is closest to MK. The second floor of the hotel can take the small train directly to MK. At night, there are many people who take the train from MK. At this time, you can take the cruise ship to Pier 2 and return to the hotel. Come to Orlando Disneyland the whole journey ~ you need to stay in a hotel, you don't need to change hotels at all (don't ask me how I know). This hotel has cruises, trains, buses to choose from, and UBER is also very convenient. The hotel room is large, the health is very good, there is a hand-held shower, not the kind of wall-mounted can not be picked off, it is also convenient. The hotel restaurant closed on time at 21:00. We came back late. We didn't eat dinner. We took half a bag of biscuits. If we want to go back to the hotel for dinner, we have to arrange a time.

I booked the Dolphin Hotel directly for my Disney trip. I hesitated for a long time between several Universal hotels, but before the limited-time cancellation period ended, I decisively cancelled several hotels including Stranova and kept this one. It turned out to be a wise decision. The receptionist was really nice; she upgraded our pool room to a water park view room. I watched the Epcot fireworks for four consecutive nights at Dolphin, and then watched them several more nights at Universal – I'm practically addicted to Disney fireworks! They don't allow them in Beijing, so I got to see them to my heart's content in Orlando, haha. There's a Universal Studios service counter in the lobby where you can buy tickets and express passes. Near the parking lot, there are shuttle buses to various parks, very frequently. There are many people going to Epic in the morning, so there might be a queue during rush hour, but there aren't many people on the shuttles to Florida Adventure and Universal Florida. There's a convenience store in the lobby; you can buy food and eat at the restaurant tables. You can keep your room key as a souvenir when you check out. A great hotel, very convenient. I recommend everyone try it.

Location is really really good. Close to everything I drive the pointe and even close enough to Kia center! Got a chance to check out a magic game at home. The uber ride there was less than 30 minutes away. Got a chance to see them play for the first time and they won had a great time. Can’t wait to travel back to the area too. The hotel is a good bang for your buck. And no resort fees!

Rosen Inn International was in the perfect location to explore international drive and take advantave of the i-ride service between the outlets. The hotel was clean and had plenty of amenities including a restaurant, bar and swimming pools. The staff were friendly and the rooms were regularly turned over while we were staying.
