Clothes were left in the closet of the room. I told the hotel exactly where the clothes were, which wardrobe and which hanger. I called several times but did not respond, and finally said no. At that time, the Tokyo InterContinental lost a suitcase key and the hotel could find it and send it to Osaka. I have a better impression of the Tokyo InterContinental, and the hotel service quality has been achieved.

I have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the room is large, the master bed is large, and the other room has two single beds. One bathroom is large. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is nothing to eat near the hotel, so it is good to live here, suitable for the family to cook. There is a supermarket big save nearby. But you must not live on the first floor. At the beginning, I gave me the first floor. Because the soundproofing of the room was too poor, the sound of walking on the second floor was very clear. I didn't sleep well all night and changed to the highest floor on the third floor. The swimming pool is not bad, from there you can go directly to the beach.

There is nothing to eat near the hotel, so it is good to live here, suitable for the family to cook. There is a supermarket big save nearby. But you must not live on the first floor. At the beginning, I gave me the first floor. Because the soundproofing of the room was too poor, the sound of walking on the second floor was very clear. I didn't sleep well all night and changed to the highest floor on the third floor. The swimming pool is not bad, from there you can go directly to the beach.
