We enjoyed our stay at the resort. However, the service in the restaurant was disappointing. We waited a long time for our food and even saw it sitting on the counter for about ten minutes while all three waiters were standing around, seemingly avoiding their customers. On another day, we specifically asked whether it was still happy hour before ordering drinks, and the waitress confirmed that it was. When she returned with the drinks, she told us that by the time she had gone back to the kitchen, happy hour had already ended. This was frustrating, as it was unclear why she would confirm happy hour and then refuse to apply the discount, especially since it was minimal. When we went to check out, we noticed some inconsistencies on the invoice. There was an extra dinner and drinks charged to our room that we did not order. When we pointed this out, the staff were unable to find a receipt for those charges, so we recommend double-checking invoices carefully. Apart from these issues, our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the pool was often occupied by many children whom we suspected were not guests of the hotel

Although I don't have my own exclusive beach, but I have a small cottage garden house, it is very comfortable to live in, the service staff is very friendly, the breakfast is a single point and OK, it belongs to a nice location in Port Vila, not far from the airport, almost 2000 kW. Next to the Holiday Inn, the environment is very quiet.

It is a satisfactory stay, but you must pay attention to the number of people staying in the reservation, otherwise you will be charged extra and it is not cheap.

We moved here from the neighboring Lagoon Gardens. The owner there is treacherous and lies a dime a dozen. When the front desk clerk heard about our situation, they confirmed that the owner was just that kind of person and said they'd had several waves of guests move in from Lagoon Gardens. Anyway, the rooms here are spacious and clean, with great natural light. The second-floor balcony has a great view. The staff cleans the beach daily, and the water is full of starfish. The hotel also provides free kayaks, which the young guests often use for fun. Keven Paul, the front desk clerk, was very nice. Seeing us getting ready to go out, he warned us it was going to rain and offered to lend us an umbrella. Sure enough, it rained on the way back. The breakfast could be a little better, though.

I stayed here for just 2 nights recently, my stay here was magical. All the staff are amazing, so welcoming and frendly. The pool was so nice, a great place to cool off in the hot sun. The harbour views from the room are just breathtaking and some of the best in the world. The waterviews from the restaurant are also amazing. Thank you to everone at The Grand Hotel and Casino for making my stay so enjoyable.

This place is a little gem in the Port Vila City. It has the most beautiful Garden and the breakfast area overlooking the river. The Chalet is very spacious and clean. The owners; Morgan and Annie are the loveliest people you can meet. And they have a cute puppy called Rocky who kept us entertained. We really had a lovely stay at lagoon gardens.

Advantages: The hotel has a good environment, garden-style, quiet, and the room facilities we live in are basically complete. Although the kitchen utensils are very good, there is no decent supermarket nearby, so it is not used. Insufficient: far from the airport, especially the public transportation in Port Vila is not perfect, which is not the preferred place for ordinary tourists. Talk to the small bus driver about 1,500 watts (equal to RMB 90), the driver is not familiar with the road, circle around, and finally send it to the hotel after 500 watts. The overall integrity of the Bus bus driver in Port Vila is poor.

One disadvantage is that it is located on the main road and is very noisy at night. Wa people go to bed very late at night, wake up very early in the morning and speak loudly. There is no possibility that they will noisy other people's consciousness. I heard someone talking loudly until 3 o'clock in the evening, and it was very noisy outside at 6 o'clock in the morning. It is not suitable for travelers who like to sleep quietly at night. There is also a poor hotel service. There is a guest reception room downstairs in the hotel for check-in and check-out matters. It says that there will be reception from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and call for service the rest of the time. As a result, I did not check in at 4 o'clock in the evening, there was no one in the reception room, the door was locked, and no one answered the service phone, so I could not contact Ctrip to solve it. Very nice small villa, located on the edge of the lagoon, sitting in the living room can see the beautiful lake view, buy a fishing pole can directly open fishing in the rest pavilion. Convenient transportation is right next to the road; The living room and kitchen on the first floor of the second-story building are fully equipped, which is really too happy for my travel hobby that occasionally likes to cook a side dish. It is recommended and suitable for long-term living.

It is a very convenient location to the Airport. The staff are constantly cleaning the environment. The management are not quite fluent in English, which creates a language barrier for effective communication. The food options are not great. I attempted to order one chicken dumplings meal from an outdated restaurant menu, but I was told that it’s no longer available. So, if you want better food options, it’s best to walk around town. Be prepared to give 1,000 VATU, for key deposit that would be returned upon checkout. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others!

Warick Le Legon Resort and Spa is amazing, I was lucky enough to have a villa over the water.. and it didnt disappoint. The Staf are awesome, and the facilities are very good. This is a fantastic place for everyone to stay, especially families as there is many pools of varying depths to choose from. The buffet breakfast was one of the best hotel buffets I have sene anywhere, so much to choose from and everything was hot.. rather than luke warm like many others. Thank you to everyone at Warwick Le Lagon Resort for everything. And thank you for the lovely treat I found on my bed when I came home from dinenr last night. Such a lovely surprise.

DDangdangdangdangdang-The hotel is next to the lake and has beautiful scenery, but don't stay on the first floor next to the lake. It's not soundproof and everyone who comes for a walk seems to be dancing on your head. The other room types are very good, with mosquito nets, fans, air conditioners, complete facilities, clean and tidy, and a good location. You can walk to Stonegrill and there is a supermarket within walking distance for breakfast.

Although I don't have my own exclusive beach, but I have a small cottage garden house, it is very comfortable to live in, the service staff is very friendly, the breakfast is a single point and OK, it belongs to a nice location in Port Vila, not far from the airport, almost 2000 kW. Next to the Holiday Inn, the environment is very quiet.

This place is a little gem in the Port Vila City. It has the most beautiful Garden and the breakfast area overlooking the river. The Chalet is very spacious and clean. The owners; Morgan and Annie are the loveliest people you can meet. And they have a cute puppy called Rocky who kept us entertained. We really had a lovely stay at lagoon gardens.

The staff were helpful and friendly. I think the rooms are overpriced. The toilet did not flush properly, and the television did not turn on.
