The location is good if you want to explore more of the city center. Very close to everything. Theres not much view though. You can also stay or leave your stuff before checkin time, and after checkout time and they also provide bed so you can sleep. My problem though was the dormitory room was so small, the bunkbeds were so close to each other I can hear the lower bed snore like their sleeping beside me. There was also no light in each bed but there was socket. Overall i had a very wonderful experience and no regrets telling anyone that this is another great place to stay here in trip.

I had a great stay at Azure Sapa Hotel overall. The staff were polite and accommodating, and the hotel offers convenient services such as laundry and luggage storage. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and while the breakfast selection was fairly basic, it was filling. The location was excellent. It was close to the town center and the Fansipan station, but the area was still quiet. There were plenty of nearby coffee shops and restaurants with beautiful mountain views, as well as a massage place directly across from the hotel. My room had large windows with a great view, and the views from the hotel restaurant were even more impressive. The only downside was that my room was directly underneath the restaurant, so I could frequently hear chairs scraping across the floor, which became a little annoying. I would still stay here again, but next time I would request a room with better soundproofing or one that is not directly below the restaurant.

## Location We rented a scooter from downtown, so the location didn't feel inconveniently far. However, if you don't have a scooter, you'd constantly need to call Grab (ride-hailing), which could be quite a hassle. ## Amenities The swimming pool looked beautiful, but it was too cold to use. I didn't get to use other facilities, and my phone's international roaming didn't pick up a signal. The Wi-Fi connection was also spotty, constantly connecting and disconnecting. This might be an issue for heavy internet users, but as I didn't plan on spending much time online, it wasn't a major inconvenience for me personally. ## Service All the staff members were friendly. However, while they were polite, their friendliness wasn't particularly outstanding; it was more or less the standard level of service you'd expect at any hotel. ## Cleanliness It was exceptionally clean; absolutely spotless, with nothing to complain about. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Sapa. While everything else was fairly standard, the view you wake up to in the morning is absolutely breathtaking. It's so incredibly beautiful it's hard to put into words. The view is truly unforgettable, and it alone makes me want to come back again.

For the first two days, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Although there wasn't a scenic view, just looking at other buildings, it was acceptable overall. However, I did notice a lot of fingerprints on the door. On the third day, the room suddenly started making a humming noise. I called the front desk, and they sent someone up to investigate. It turned out to be a faulty water pump upstairs that needed repair, and they asked us to change rooms, apologizing for the inconvenience. They offered three rooms to choose from; one was right by the elevator, which I definitely wouldn't take. The other two rooms were larger, so we moved from 402 to 418. The hotel staff completely failed to inform me that the bar downstairs would play loud music non-stop throughout the night. I later discovered how incredibly noisy it was and called the front desk to complain. To my surprise, the front desk responded, 'I don't know what you can do.' We were completely unable to sleep that entire night. Furthermore, in room 418, the shower only had hot water, no cold water at all. The hot water nearly scalded my skin while showering. This experience completely changed my perception of this hotel's service – it was extremely poor. The buffet food quality was average. Only the scrambled eggs and noodle soup were acceptable; other dishes weren't hot enough and tasted mediocre. The hotel's location is near Sun Plaza, which is close to the city center. There is also a gym room available.

I really liked this hotel! We arrived at 6 AM on a sleeper bus and were able to leave our luggage at the front desk. The room was exactly as pictured: clean, with a mountain view, and had everything we needed. The pillows were incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping came daily. From the rooftop lounge, you can even watch the train go by. Breakfast is buffet style. If you manage to grab a table, you can enjoy your breakfast by the window with a mountain view. It's not far from the center, but still quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is great, within walking distance to Sun Plaza with many shops nearby. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. However, there was an unpleasant smell in the lobby, the service was average, and the uphill access makes it difficult to carry luggage.

Staying a bit further away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa's center was an excellent idea for those seeking more tranquility, and indeed, the location has its charm. The hotel is situated outside the main tourist area, ensuring great peace and quiet and spectacular views of the rice terraces. Waking up and gazing at that vast green expanse from inside the room is, without a doubt, the highlight of the experience. However, the hotel's structure already shows its age. The facilities, in general, are in need of renovation and maintenance: in the rooms, wear and tear is visible, and there are several small details that need fixing. Another point that deserves attention is the leisure area; the gym looks abandoned, and there's a persistent, bothersome musty smell. The internet connection is quite unstable, and on one of the days, it simply stopped working completely. If you rely on the internet for work or planning, it's best not to count on the Wi-Fi there. A logistical detail right upon arrival: those arriving with large suitcases have to contend with stairs right at the entrance, as there are no ramps. A staff member helped us on our way out, but a ramp would be more appropriate, even considering the staff member who must do this multiple times a day. Despite these setbacks, credit must be given to the staff. The service was a positive point: both the cleaning staff and the breakfast staff were always very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast, by the way, is plentiful and hearty, ideal for providing energy before tackling the region's trails — although, for those staying many days, the menu can become monotonous as it doesn't change throughout the week. In summary, Sapa is a charming, welcoming city full of incredible accommodation options. Considering the cost-benefit and the structural problems observed, on a future trip to the region, I would choose another place to stay.

A truly worthy hotel with breathtaking views from the balcony. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were responsive. Minor remarks: 1. The air conditioning in the room was old and couldn't lower the temperature below 23.4 degrees, rattling like a revving truck. It was unpleasant at night, but saved by the fact that Sapa generally doesn't have a scorching climate, so it was manageable. 2. The bidet shower was leaking. I'd like to specifically highlight the very decent spa, even though the prices are a bit steep. The hot stone massage by local therapists was excellent; my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel restaurant is also very pleasant. Again, prices are a bit high, but the portions are generous and tasty, and breakfast is very good in terms of both variety and quality. The hotel is located a bit off the main town, and although it's only a 5-minute walk to nice dining spots, there's a slight lack of regular grocery stores nearby. Otherwise, I highly recommend the hotel, especially in the context of Sapa – watching the mountains and sunset from the balcony of this hotel is simply magnificent.

It is the epitome of classic vintage charm. Everything is just as pretty as it looks in the photos. Also, the Bánh mì shop right across the street is delicious lol. The only disappointing part was when I went to the rooftop bar for a cocktail. While sitting on the outdoor terrace, a large family—who I couldn't tell were Chinese or Vietnamese, and who seemed to have just finished eating at a restaurant—suddenly spilled out onto the outdoor terrace area. Without ordering any drinks, they just sat there and kept making a huge ruckus. They even took the cushions right off the sofa I was sitting on without permission; they completely lacked any basic public etiquette. Despite this, the staff didn't stop them or take any action at all, so I ended up leaving shortly after.

The young lad working at the reception counter, Quan was kind and provided great hospitality throughout our stay, and gave his best to converse with you via Google translate. Spent 3 nights staying here, the garden is huge and there are many different areas for you to come out to sit, relax and enjoy the cool wind instead of staying in the room. Although the location isn't walking distance to Sun Plaza, I had a pleasant stay enjoying the night air, sitting by their koi fish pond in their garden and rested well through the night.

Breakfast is serve only from 6am-9am (but the menu flyer indicates 6:30-9:30am so when we go by 9:10 server said no more breakfast, and even Ala Carte service they wont let you order (no one to cook) Room: Nice and Neat but since location is just beside the road, you can hear outside people (especially during world cup event, people cheering till late night watching the event) Not that big but comfortable and clean. The staff willingly added the things we asked for and daily changes our towel. The night and morning breeze are cold so the feeling is good. Staff: All staff are friendly and helpful, reception Martin was very proactive and professional. He help us a lot during our 3days stay in Sapa. Also the girl receptionist in the daytime was very helpful and pleasant. Overall we really enjoyed Sapa, some minor negative things encountered but overall still the best and will definitely back to stay again.

The only thing we didn't like was that check-out is at 11 AM; we thought that was a bit too early.

If you want a good view in Sapa, I recommend this area. It's in the same alley as Eco Farm or Rocksik, so the view is similar, and there's a natural waterfall flowing in the back, so the scenery is nice. It doesn't seem to be many tourists yet, but it is a good value for money accommodation. The interior is made of cypress wood, so it has a nice woody scent, and there are two cute kittens in the restaurant. The hot water comes out late, so please be careful of burns. You can also call a taxi at the hotel.

Excellent location in Sapa, in a quiet area, not in the very center, which was great. It's just a couple of minutes' walk uphill to the center. We really liked the hotel; we chose a room with a mountain view, and it was magnificent. For breakfast, there was a huge selection of dishes, both European and local, and we left full and satisfied. We were checked in quickly upon arrival in Sapa. After checking out, they allowed us to leave our luggage in the lobby until night, so we were able to explore unencumbered. The reception also helped us book a sleeper bus to Hanoi. They were a huge help! 👍

We had a very pleasant stay at Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort & Spa. The property itself is beautiful, and I especially liked the fresh flowers placed throughout the hotel — they gave the entire property a refreshing and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony. There was enough space for us to comfortably manage one large and one small luggage. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of choices available. The bellman was particularly friendly and helpful, which made a great impression on us. The hotel is slightly away from the main Sapa centre, but getting around was easy with Grab. They also provide a complimentary scheduled shuttle bus to and from the town area, although advance booking is required. Overall, a beautiful and comfortable property with great service, a relaxing atmosphere and a fantastic breakfast selection. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

We had a very pleasant stay:) the hotel was perfectly located up the hill, took around 15mins from the city center but grab was widely available so that didnt cause any problem! The view from our room was fabulous, the amenities were clean and new. In-door swimming pool was warm but quite crowded and noisy when large familes joined. The outdoor pool was also very serene and peaceful, but the water was too cold for me. We really enjoy walking around the hotel, seeing the beautiful Fansipan along with the place’s beautiful garden :) definitely recommend this place! Breakfast was okay, many choices of cuisine and the best thing is you get to eat outside and enjoy the atmosphere. Dinner was a bit slow but tasted so well (the personal hot pot course was very yummyy!!!) We didnt expect so much as we went to sapa in late June which was predicted to be cloudy and rainy, but the hotel really made everything so much better 💓

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary The staff was kind to give us a higher floor and decorated the bed with rose petals and an anniversary . The view was excellent to overlook the mountains. The tv channel has BBC CNA and other channels I reported loss of passport and counter staff was eager to help or even report police. When i found it the staff was happy for me too The food has both vietnamese wide spread of bread juices and snoothie of the day . We paid for early checkin breakfast 300k, slight expensive but spread was good Location was out of the way from town but they have a 15th floor link bridge towards a path to walk toeards sapa station. It is fairly bright witb street lights and some nearby restaurant.

The lovely lady at reception sorted us out and allowed us early check-in so we could shower before an activity pickup at 7:30am. I could not boast about this property more! It’s STUNNING!!!! While parts are still under construction it doesn’t take away from the experience. Just stunning! We were grateful to receive a room upgrade as there were only a handful of guests. Breakfast is amazing! Dinner was amazing! The pool, AMAZING. Special meantion to Dhu (I believe that’s his name). He took the time to talk to us as we waited for dinner, if he is the only Vietnamese person you met he is a great representation! Cannot say enough about this place, so thankful!

The staffs are great, some tried to speak our own language which we really appreciate. They are very helpful. The receptionist gave us patches which we were really thankful, we did not have to go to the pharmacy, and he's very fluent in English! They are all very helpful. The breakfast are great by the way! The hotel is located behind the station, offering a high vantage point and an excellent location. The room environment is comfortable! Since the hotel isn't on the main street, it's quiet at night. Although it's on an uphill slope, it's a quick and close walk to the Sun Plaza. The hotel's breakfast is quite generous, but I saw Indian guests using their hands to pick up fries and then putting them back, which is a significant hygiene concern. I hope the hotel can remind guests to be mindful of hygiene to protect the rights of other patrons!

Such a lovely stay at Sapa Yen Hotel! The hotel is clean, spacious, and in a great location with a beautiful view of the train from the balcony. 🚂✨ The breakfast was included and was even better with the amazing view — perfect for taking some beautiful photos while enjoying your meal. 📸 They also gave us a thoughtful welcome postcard, which was such a sweet touch. 💌 Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

For the first two days, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Although there wasn't a scenic view, just looking at other buildings, it was acceptable overall. However, I did notice a lot of fingerprints on the door. On the third day, the room suddenly started making a humming noise. I called the front desk, and they sent someone up to investigate. It turned out to be a faulty water pump upstairs that needed repair, and they asked us to change rooms, apologizing for the inconvenience. They offered three rooms to choose from; one was right by the elevator, which I definitely wouldn't take. The other two rooms were larger, so we moved from 402 to 418. The hotel staff completely failed to inform me that the bar downstairs would play loud music non-stop throughout the night. I later discovered how incredibly noisy it was and called the front desk to complain. To my surprise, the front desk responded, 'I don't know what you can do.' We were completely unable to sleep that entire night. Furthermore, in room 418, the shower only had hot water, no cold water at all. The hot water nearly scalded my skin while showering. This experience completely changed my perception of this hotel's service – it was extremely poor. The buffet food quality was average. Only the scrambled eggs and noodle soup were acceptable; other dishes weren't hot enough and tasted mediocre. The hotel's location is near Sun Plaza, which is close to the city center. There is also a gym room available.

The air conditioning in the room was old and couldn't lower the temperature below 23.4 degrees, rattling like a revving truck. It was unpleasant at night, but saved by the fact that Sapa generally doesn't have a scorching climate, so it was manageable. 2. The bidet shower was leaking. I'd like to specifically highlight the very decent spa, even though the prices are a bit steep. The hot stone massage by local therapists was excellent; my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel restaurant is also very pleasant. Again, prices are a bit high, but the portions are generous and tasty, and breakfast is very good in terms of both variety and quality. The hotel is located a bit off the main town, and although it's only a 5-minute walk to nice dining spots, there's a slight lack of regular grocery stores nearby. Otherwise, I highly recommend the hotel, especially in the context of Sapa – watching the mountains and sunset from the balcony of this hotel is simply magnificent.

I’m very glad I stayed at Sapa Centre hotel for my short excursion to Sapa. The staff were very hospitable and helped organise transport quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with the room - it was big and had a great view of the nearby streets, while also having a great bathroom. The bedsheets and towels had a few small stains, but they were negligible. We had a wonderful experience at Sapa Panorama Hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Sapa, making it very convenient to explore the town, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views of Sapa and the surrounding mountains. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality really made us feel at home. We also enjoyed the breakfast, with a good variety of choices.
