Visited in week 1 of Feb 2026. I stayed in the dorm and had a really pleasant stay. The place and room is as described and as pictures in the listing. Therefore there is no need for me to upload photos. Great location with easy access to town, though it’s on a hill so I had to climb some stairs. My dorm room didn’t have a view, but the rooftop offers stunning views. If my budget allowed, I would go for a mountain-view room. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always helpful. Mega View also helped me arrange a day trekking - upload photos. My guide, Ms. Nini from Lao Chai village, was wonderful — she introduced and explained everything clearly, and was happy to share more whenever I had questions. Overall, a very enjoyable and well-organized stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Sapa Symphony Hotel! We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Symphony Hotel! The location is perfect — right near Sun Plaza on a quiet street, and just 5 minutes from the city center. It was so convenient for exploring yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and we loved having a water heater for warm showers. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very affordable, offering great value for money. One of the best parts was how accommodating the staff were — after check-out, we wanted to buy souvenirs, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went shopping. Overall, we highly recommend Sapa Symphony Hotel for anyone visiting Sapa. Great location, excellent service, and a truly comfortable stay!

Found the overall experience to be just okay. The rooms were decent… Nothing particularly impressive, but comfortable enough for a short stay. Cleanliness and basic amenities were acceptable, though not memorable. The view, which is often a highlight in SaPa, was unfortunately underwhelming. Instead of scenic mountain or rice terrace views, it felt quite chaotic and lacked that “wow” factor you might expect from this destination. Breakfast was passable. There were some basic options available, and it’s fine if you just need something quick to start your day. However, the quality and variety were quite limited, so don’t expect anything special. Overall, the stay was average. While it wasn’t a bad experience, I would probably consider exploring other hotels in SaPa next time for better experience.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded all my expectations from luxurious rooms, elegant décor, plush bedding, and calming tones made for a perfect retreat. The room was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was speechless. Well-equipped wellness amenities,  a serene spa with hot and cold jacuzzi, a huge steam room, sauna and a refreshing heated swimming pool over looking the mountains.  What truly set this stay apart was the hotel’s client ambassador Ms Alissa, a genuinely attentive professional who acted like a personal concierge throughout my stay who provides proactive updates on local tourist conditions and attend to my needs be it arranging for high tea and booking of spa services.  Each day, I received timely briefings on weather patterns and conditions at nearby tourist spots. This insightful information helped me plan my outings with confidence. Last but not least, the GM, Steven Tan was so warm, ensuring the guest are comfortable during breakfast time. He is from Singapore by the way and had been running the resort for 8 years. Great job Steven!! My overall experience (Excellent) The hotel’s ambiance was welcoming and polished striking the ideal balance between luxury and comfort. The facilities made it easy to unwind, stay active, and explore the tourist place with confidence. The client ambassador’s attentive, almost personal-concierge approach elevated the stay from excellent to unforgettable. I left with wonderful memories and a strong sense of having experienced truly thoughtful hospitality and will surely come back again later this year to explore places that I have did not visit.

The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially those at the reception/concierge. They were very helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The only challenge we experienced was the location. It can be a bit confusing to find, as Google Maps sometimes suggests a “shortcut” that isn’t actually passable. Since we were traveling with two seniors, we ended up using Grab to get to the hotel more easily. Everything we needed for our short stay was provided. Service is top notch. Location is spot on (beside Moana). Room is clean. Breakfast has a wide selection. We were surprised they gave us complimentary buffet hotpot dinner, what a nice touch for our last day in Sa Pa. We stayed at a garden room and the view of the rice fields is what greeted us. The hotel has a gym and big indoor pool. Only thing is that one night someone was knocking at our door and saw a woman outside we didn't know, and another night we heard a hammering sound at the adjacent room when we were watching TV. All in all, will still give 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Very artsy hotel with art deco(?) details and style. Surprisingly, this hotel was built not so long ago. The decor had me fooled. haha. Room was pretty small, my room type had inward facing balcony with glass sliding doors. Pretty annoying as guests walking the elevator corridor could see into your rooms. Welcome drink was a hot choco! Breakfast hall was huge and pretty, with varied options. Tasted so-so tho (pretty disappointed with the taste, but the view and the interior was eye-pleasing so there's that). Coffee was good as always (you're in Vietnam!). Tried out their bar (Absinthe), which was listed as 'award-winning' or Asia's Top XX Bar (forget by which platform) to be disappointed with the drink collection. Cocktails were subpar at best. The hotel offers discounted VIP pass tickets to the Sunworld Fansipan area, you can purchase it at the front desk. Indoor pool was pretty but very humid (its a warm water pool). Directly connected to the Sapa Station, near shops and eateries. Pretty far from the actual Sapa market (Cho) and the lake. Overall an ok stay.

We chose Quiet Sapa Hotel for the location as several tours started from the Stone Church (aka Notre Dame Church) which is a short walk away. We had a nice view of the nearby lake, only a block away from our room, most won’t have the view. The room was small but sufficient with refrigerator, hot pot, water, tea and coffee provided. Breakfast was extra, we always ate elsewhere. The restaurant down the road toward the lake was excellent. The staff was nice and helpful. The biggest complaint was hot water took forever with a tiny heater. If one party showered the next would need to wait at least 20 minutes to have hot water. Overall it was nice, good location to walk to shops, the lake, downtown and convenient for pickups by tour operators.

If you want a good view in Sapa, I recommend this area. It's in the same alley as Eco Farm or Rocksik, so the view is similar, and there's a natural waterfall flowing in the back, so the scenery is nice. It doesn't seem to be many tourists yet, but it is a good value for money accommodation. All I can say is that this hotel is one of the best! It’s very affordable, but they still offer a great breakfast buffet with both Vietnamese and American options. You can even choose how you want your scrambled eggs cooked, which is a nice touch.✨ The staff are very friendly, and they clean your room every day, change the towels, and refill the tissues. The standard room doesn’t have air conditioning has electric fan, but honestly, Sa Pa is very cold, so you don’t really need it, maybe just air conditioning heater. The bed already has a heater, which keeps you warm and comfortable but still cold asf hahaha but again Sapa if very cold tbh!!! This hotel definitely deserves great feedback. I’m from the Philippines, and I really enjoyed staying here. You can even see the train from the hotel, and they also have pools. Plus, it’s only a 5-minute walk to Vietrekking Coffee Shop and you can walk going to Sun Plaza too!😍 Will go back here soon! 😍 Thank you, Joville! I had a good stay here, all the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They did their best to get me an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The location is decent, though the main entrance is quite narrow (pretty much car-width), so it’s easy to miss on your first try and during night time as well. This is an issue for couples, nitpick for me. the hot water runs out fairly quickly. Not sure if this is common in northern Vietnam, but you’ll need to pause and wait for it to heat up again. If you’re traveling with a partner, don’t take too long in the shower or the next person might end up with cold water. Amenities, I didn’t explore them. Breakfast was included, with a mix of Western and Vietnamese options, which was a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I'm sorry if I am butchering your name) a lady who very kindly assisted us with a personal matter. Taking trouble and going the extra mile to make our stay safe, pleasant and enjoyable ☺️ The restaurant staff were also very friendly and accommodating. It was the first time we ate at a restaurant as a group and all orders were hits with not one miss. Only thing to mar the stay would be a leaking pipe in the bidet that soaked our floor mats but staff were quick to provide a stop gap to ensure our stay remained pleasant.

AAnonymous UserI seldom write negative reviews. Unfortunately, I have to do so this time. This hotel markets itself as 4-star, but 3.5-star is probably more appropriate. I booked a Family Room for 2 nights, and it felt like the family room hasn't been occupied for extended period. When we checked in, (1) TV was not working, (2) safe was faulty and couldn't be locked, (3) lamp by the bed was not working, (4) fridge was barely cold (staff explained that the power is weak. But the fridge was room temperature throughout our stay), and (5) the wardrobe door cannot be closed properly; the light from the wardrobe was kinda annoying at night when the lights were off. The family room has no window and the restroom has a musty smell. During our first night (April 2), we asked for an ice bucket at the reception - we collected it physically from a male staff who was on duty and who was visibly upset and was moderately shouting at guests who called the reception. Overall, the location is great. Staff (esp Mr Thomas) tried their best to fix the problems in our room. I walked past the other rooms facing the city and they looked more pleasant than the family room. However, I would advise AGAINST booking the family room (which is the most expensive room type). Again, I don't think it's a 4-star hotel, though the staff are commendable. I think the management should do something to rectify this problem as there are several negative reviews on the same observations. Thank you.

*”We stayed at KK Sapa Hotel 1 night on 10 May and had a truly memorable experience. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. Although we arrived in the morning, the hotel kindly allowed us to pre-check in and stored our luggage until the official check-in time at 2 pm. Our room on the 17th floor was spotless, with all lights, power outlets, and washroom facilities working perfectly. The air conditioning, water heater, and swimming pool on level 13 were all in excellent condition. Breakfast at level 2 was impressive, offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel’s location is very convenient — just a 5-minute walk to shopping streets, 8–10 minutes to the bustling city center, 300m to Moana Café, and only a short drive to Alpine Coaster and Cat Cat Village parking area. The view from our room was fantastic, even though fog covered the scenery for two days during our stay. Overall, KK Sapa Hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely book here again when visiting Sapa in the future, and we highly recommend it to other travelers. A solid 10/10!”*

I had a wonderful stay at Phuong Nam Hotel. The location is very convenient just about a 500-meter walk to Sun Plaza, making it easy to explore the area. Even though I arrived early at 6am from Hanoi, the staff were very accommodating. While waiting for the 2pm check-in, they kindly allowed me to freshen up and store my luggage, which I truly appreciated after a long journey. The breakfast is also worth mentioning only 100,000 VND per person, with a wide variety of choices. Definitely great value for money. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a shop where you can buy many items at very affordable prices. It’s always packed with people, which shows how good it is and it’s totally worth checking out. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I’ve experienced. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa!

We arrived in Sapa before 7 AM via the Hk Sleeping Bus, and the office was incredibly chaotic and crowded. We had pre-requested a hotel drop-off service, but it was so busy that we considered just walking, as Google Maps showed our hotel was only a 10-minute walk from the office. We decided to wait a bit longer for the drop-off service, and it's a good thing we did – that walk would have been impossible! Sapa has narrow streets, lots of steep inclines, and many construction sites. If we had just walked without knowing, it could have been a real problem. Anyway, despite being on a slope, the hotel staff greeted us warmly and happily stored our luggage for free. The room was spacious and in great condition. My only minor complaint is that there was no toilet paper holder, which was a bit inconvenient. Don't expect much from breakfast. The location, however, is excellent. Sapa Station is very close, and we only took a taxi to Cat Cat Village; everything else was within walking distance. For Cat Cat, I recommend using Grab. We asked the hotel to call a taxi for us, and I feel the driver overcharged us significantly. For our departure, we had also requested a pickup. When the scheduled pickup time approached and the bus hadn't arrived, the staff members personally contacted the bus company to confirm and reassured us. Thank you, everyone! ^^

A good, clean, and quiet hotel. Here’s what stood out: - Fresh and clean rooms + new plumbing. - Excellent valley views (if your windows face that way). - Extremely accommodating staff (they tried to resolve issues and even allowed our friends to use the pool). - Lots of beautiful butterflies flying nearby. Things that were 50/50: - Hotel location: It's a bit far from the city center, up on a hill. This makes it quiet and free from smells, but you’ll need to take a taxi or scooter for about 7-10 minutes to get to the center. - Good breakfasts: They can make fresh scrambled eggs/omelets or soup. However, if you stay longer than 5 days, it might get repetitive. - Open and cool pool: But there might not be enough sun loungers, as there are only 6 available. - Only some of the staff spoke English. What I didn't like: - No currency exchange. - No spa. - After breakfast hours, the hotel restaurant and bar are open for orders, but half of the cocktails weren't available due to a lack of alcohol (they were out of 3 types of rum).

Delasol's Chapa Brasserie Restaurant's breakfast buffet has an impressive spread divided into different stations. First is the hot coffee/tea and other beverage station. Succeeded by a table of cold cuts, cheese appetizer and salads. Next station is the breads, pastries and pancake corner. Followed by the highly patronized Hot counter for made to order Pho and Egg dishes. h other local dishes but leaned more on international cuisine. Finally the main course array with a line up of asian oriented dishes are enough for every palate to enjoy in the morning. Stepping inside, we were greeted with a meticulously indochine inspired dining hall with wood and leather studded chairs. The showstopper is floor to ceiling glass windows which have a panoramic view of mist shrouded mountain range further adding to the enjoyment of the dining experience.
