Hana Maui Resort is Located at the end of the famed road to Hana, featuring 75 guest rooms spread over 66 lush tropical acres. Accommodations consist of plantation-style Ocean Bungalows, Garden View rooms and 1- and 2-bedroom Waikaloa condos. To enjoy the comforting sounds of the island, the rooms are free of radios, clocks and televisions.The resort offers more than 5,000 square feet of flexible indoor space, plus an additional 10,000 square feet of beautifully landscaped outdoor function space.

Nanu’alele – Unit 4 – is an oceanfront 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit. This top floor, corner unit enjoys amazing views of Hana Bay and Waikaloa Beach and is very private. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size commercial grade hide-a-bed in the living room, separated by a partition wall at night. There is a bar and 4 barstools for dining within the unit and a dining table and chairs on the spacious covered oceanfront lanai off the kitchen. Tropical decor and tile floors throughout.

Our most affordable unit, it has a queen-size bed, a spacious covered lanai, porcelain tile floors, granite countertops, bar seating, expanded glass wall and vinyl lanai doors, a tile and glass shower, teak and bamboo furnishings.

“Ka’uiki” – Unit 101 – is a one bedroom, one-bath unit. Located in Hana Kai’s upper (Mauka) building, this vacation rental is a corner, ground floor unit with easy access. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and twin day beds in the living room. The kitchen has a pass-thru window to the spacious covered ocean view lanai. There is a 2nd covered lanai off the bedroom. This rental unit is perfect for elderly or families with small children. No steps and parking area is adjacent to the unit. The added bonus is a great view of Hana Bay!

“Mokuhano” – Unit 205 – is an upper floor, ocean view studio located in Hana Kai’s Mauka Building. There is a king-size bed in the living/bedroom area, open-beam ceilings and tiled floors throughout. The view of the bay is enhanced by the expanded glass wall and vinyl sliding doors. There is a spacious covered lanai with a table and comfy chairs and a great view of Hana Bay and the Pacific.

"Alau” – Unit 202 – is an upper-floor, lofted, ocean-view studio located in Hana Kai’s Mauka Building. The unit accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 queen bed on the main floor and another queen bed in the loft. *Note* SLEEPING IN THE LOFT JUNE THROUGH OCTOBER OS NOT RECOMMENDED, due to the higher temperatures at that time of year. Expanded sliding glass doors open onto a spacious covered lanai with teak furnishings and a breathtaking view of the Pacific ocean and Hana Bay. “Puhele” (Unit 206) is a premium oceanview studio located on the upper floor of the Mauka building. There is a king bed in the loft and a queen hide-a-bed on the main floor. Sliding glass doors open onto a spacious lanai with an amazing view of Hana Bay. This unit features travertine tile floors, granite countertops in the bath and kitchen, a mini dishwasher, a tub/shower combination, and bamboo accents throughout. Puhele sleeps a maximum of 3 people (double occupancy is included and additional guests are at a rate of $20 each per night.

“Kama” – Unit 107 – is a 1-bedroom, partial ocean view condo located in Hana Kai’s Mauka (upper) building. This is a ground floor, corner unit with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a full size futon couch in the living room. There is a pass-thru window from the kitchen to the spacious covered lanai and a large table and comfy chairs for dining and relaxing. There are tile floors throughout, glass block shower and a writing desk. There is a 2nd covered lanai off the bedroom.

“Waiohinu” – Unit 204 – is an upper floor 1-bedroom, ocean view unit located in Hana Kai Maui’s Mauka (upper) building. 204 accommodates 1-4 guests with 1 king bed and a queen hide-a-bed. There is a pass-thru window from the kitchen to the lanai with a dining table and comfy chairs to enjoy the amazing views of the Bay. The living room has open beam ceilings, recessed lighting, attractive furnishings, sliding wood doors and hard wood floors throughout. The bedroom has a beautiful carved teak headboard and dressers and original oil paintings by the owner/artist.

“Lanakila” – Unit 203 – is an upper floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit located in Hana Kai Maui’s Mauka (upper) building.
