While not far, traffic can be heavy in the mornings and evenings. It seems to have been a Ramada hotel previously. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the decor is a bit dated as the hotel has been around for some years. Breakfast is quite varied. Overall, if booked in advance, it offers good value for money.

Due to a lack of available rooms matching our booking, the hotel split our family, including our children, into two separate rooms, which caused significant inconvenience. They offered complimentary breakfasts as compensation, but it certainly didn't make up for the trouble. Families with two or more children booking two-room accommodations should be aware that such rooms might not always be available.

the service is very good and very helpful. they have restaurant too and its not that expensive, also the food is delicious. we stayed 2 nights and they offered a cleaning service at the second day. the location is near by the road so its a little bit noisy, but it was near by the hypermarket too. overall, it was a very recommended hotel. thanks

I booked the room at the very last minute, and when i checked in i wasnt expected that i was upgraded to the club room. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the most important thing is the reception knew my flight is at the night so she made a late checkout for me when checking in, nice place to stay and nice view

The only minor issue was that the room was a bit dim due to the window facing a neighboring building. Perhaps brighter lighting within the room could enhance the ambiance. We booked this hotel for a transit stay: we arrived around 6 AM and had the option for a late check-out (they gave us +2 hours). It's a bit far from the city center, but close to the national museum and the Rain Room. There's also a shopping mall within walking distance where you can exchange currency. The waterfront is about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is quiet, so you can catch up on sleep after your flight. We had breakfast, and we were the only ones there. There were about 5 dishes to choose from: eggs, sausages, beans, french fries, and something else (I didn't quite understand what it was). There were strawberries (!!!!) and kiwi. You can leave your luggage for storage while waiting for your flight and go for a walk.

Bad experience with checking in after sharing booking number on phone which took time & was showing concern for privacy on it but Mr. Rude shocked me with bad behavior saying I will not take the phone i was wondering why it took time even though name booking enough instead of asure concerns Mr. Rude instantly showing disrespect to customer & asked for other assist however Mr. Rude was definitely keeping acting with no manners I WAS EXTREMELY TIRED from international travel other wise definitely I will cancel booking thanks to him was first experience in such hotel name and definitely the last.

The ancient Persian Empire intertwined with modern culture. I stumbled upon The Chedi in Sharjah on Trip.com, and after booking, I curiously researched the hotel's history. The Al Midfa family's century-old ancestral home and shops are located on the Sharjah side near the Persian Gulf. The family partnered with GHM Group, renovating the old mansion into The Chedi Sharjah in 2019. Interestingly, the GHM Group was also founded by Adrian Zecha, the founder of Aman, and you can definitely feel a lot of Aman's influence in the hotel's interior and exterior design and location philosophy. The price is lower than Aman, so while the design is very similar, it hasn't quite reached Aman's level of extreme seclusion and exceptionally high service quality. I just hope the service can improve! The restaurant's responsiveness was a bit lacking; I waited about fifteen minutes for a tea bag. The attitude was good, though, and it would be even better if the front desk staff were a bit more enthusiastic.

I booked my stay during Ramadan for 3D2N. Room view was amazing, overlooking Al Majaz Waterfront. Plenty of discount stores at walking distance since the hotel located at city centre. Big spacious room, clean toilet, plenty of toiletries were given. I booked my room with breakfast, I would say the breakfast spread was amazing. There was a breakfast section for kids too, that was very cute. Staffs were very attentive and interactive. Ikram, Aleesha, Win, Aakash, Manager ( I forgot the name ) and every other front desk staffs were very attentive and very helpful. Definitely will stay here when I am back to Sharjah in future. Thank you very much to the team for they amazing hospitality.

The ”Red Castle” is a 4-star hotel, well-suited for tourists. The restaurant is quite good, offering an extensive selection of dishes and always fresh fruit. The building itself is huge, spacious, and features a lavish, beautiful interior. It's meticulously clean throughout. The staff is polite and attentive, with Russian speakers available at the front desk. A large, covered rooftop pool offers stunning views of the sea and city skyline, making it ideal for sunbathing. Our 'super-suite' room came with a bathtub (not just a shower) and was fully equipped with all necessities, though bathrobes were not provided. While a bit remote from the city and shops, shuttle buses run in four directions. The hotel lacks extensive private grounds. A shuttle bus takes guests to the beach, which is nicely sandy. However, sunshades and services are notably scarce there.

The hotel is showing its age, and it definitely needs some renovations. There were ongoing works on the floor where we stayed, which made the stay less comfortable. Service was not great either — staff seemed unaware of trip.com as a booking site, which caused some inconvenience during check-in. Overall, not the best experience, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again unless improvements are made.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2024. A good hotel on the outskirts of Sharjah, across the road is Ajman. Large green area, three swimming pools, equipped beach. The locker rooms are next to the pool, and beach towels are provided here based on cards. There are Russian speaking staff. The room has everything you need, daily change of towels, replenishment of shower accessories. There is a set for tea and coffee, two bottles of water are provided per day. The beach is clean, garbage is regularly removed, the sea is boring, small schools of fish live near the stones to the right and left. The water in January is cool, but you can swim. The water in the pools is heated. The attitude of the staff is friendly, responsive, and they respond to requests immediately. There is a free transfer to shopping centers in Sharjah (without an appointment, several times a day), as well as to the Dubai Mall and Ajman (by appointment). We initially stayed for a week, but decided to extend our stay here.

I was pleasantly surprised that early check-in was accommodated without any issues, as my flight arrived ahead of schedule. Although the hotel is located in Sharjah, it is very close to Dubai Airport. It costs 50 dirhams to take a taxi. It is very convenient to go to Dubai or other places from the hotel. The room is huge. There is a small supermarket at the door, where you can buy food and cook it yourself, saving money and delicious food. The waiters are very hospitable, but the breakfast variety is a bit limited, probably because many guests cook their own meals. Overall, it’s cost-effective and suitable for business trips or family trips.

This hotel is in Sharjah, not Dubai (I thought Sharjah was a suburb of Dubai, but it is not, it is an independent emirate), so the transportation with Dubai is not very convenient, and the buses between Dubai and Dubai are few and expensive ( In Sharjah, there is no place to recharge the Dubai bus card Nol card). The hotel is relatively close to Dubai International Airport, more than 10 kilometers away. The taxi fare negotiated with the driver is 55AED (I checked Uber and it was about the same price).

Этот отель взяли до вылета за 3 дня .Мы не привередливы в еде и обстановке от слова совсем, но тут реально проблема и с тем, и с тем 👎🏽, про персонал вообще молчу, грубые, резкие, с завтрака взяли три яйца, к нам как бешенный подлетел уборщик и начал орать на всю столовку(по другому не могу назвать данное место) : «Мадам, мадам, должны 100 дерхам быстро!!!» 🤣🤦🏼♀️ , чуть не убил за три яйца)))) воды питьевой нет на территории, ни на завтрак , ни на ужин, спросили, они ответили - платно!То что кладут в номер это 1 бутылка, а нас 3 человека… пляж в бычках , но отдать должное широкий, лежаков свободных полно, заход замечательный, есть рыбки, только за пляж поставила 2 звезды, НО будьте аккуратны, тут каждый день на ногах и кроксах прилипала толи нефть, толи мазут… не отмывается ((( бассейн как бассейн - норм, теплее чем вода в заливе. Номер был куплен в основном здании с балконом, дали ободранный шале , с первой уборкой забрали личные , специально сложенные отдельно упаковочные пакеты, берем всегда их, что б потом обувь сложить при вылете… первый раз такое))) боялись, что вынесут сумки))) убрали в шкаф))) тапок и халатов нет, полотенца все в дырах((( Про спортивный зал : женские и мужские часы , заявлен до 19:00 - выгнали (да именно выгнали в грубой форме) в 17:30! Вайфай ловит везде, еще звезда) есть магазин , рядом с отелем, цены как везде. До Дубай 20 минут на такси. Контингент, русские, спокойные пожилые и пары с детьми. Итог: сюда не вернемся, заявленные 4 звезды, вообще не соответствуют , уж тем более в эмиратах! В сезон отель стоит в два раза дороже, радует только, что взяли его реально дешево , 6 дней завтрак-ужин, на троих 88000₽, без перелета.

The ”Red Castle” is a 4-star hotel, well-suited for tourists. The restaurant is quite good, offering an extensive selection of dishes and always fresh fruit. The building itself is huge, spacious, and features a lavish, beautiful interior. It's meticulously clean throughout. The staff is polite and attentive, with Russian speakers available at the front desk. A large, covered rooftop pool offers stunning views of the sea and city skyline, making it ideal for sunbathing. Our 'super-suite' room came with a bathtub (not just a shower) and was fully equipped with all necessities, though bathrobes were not provided. While a bit remote from the city and shops, shuttle buses run in four directions. The hotel lacks extensive private grounds. A shuttle bus takes guests to the beach, which is nicely sandy. However, sunshades and services are notably scarce there.

the service is very good and very helpful. they have restaurant too and its not that expensive, also the food is delicious. we stayed 2 nights and they offered a cleaning service at the second day. the location is near by the road so its a little bit noisy, but it was near by the hypermarket too. overall, it was a very recommended hotel. thanks
