The breakfast is also ordinary. Overall: 3/5. Quite disappointed.

We start with cleaning the rooms and the rooms, I have rarely found such a high level, all ”clean and fragrant”. The hotel is very well located, is in the centre of Siracusa and within 10 minutes' walk from the beautiful Ortigia. Highly professional staff, very available and kind. Breakfast is particularly varied and quality. The building is a perfectly renovated and refurbished building for the hotel, with few rooms (I think about 15) and common space with the right colors and the right lighting. We will return and next time we will also dine at the restaurant, which reserves, among other things, 10% discount for hotel customers.

This is a very elegant hotel, charmingly antique in style. The lobby is warmly decorated, adorned with antiques and displaying gemstone jewelry. The rooms are clean and surprisingly include amenities rarely found in European hotels, such as slippers and toothbrushes. Our room faced the sea, and opening the curtains in the morning to be bathed in the Mediterranean sunlight was breathtaking. We booked a room with breakfast included, and coffee was unlimited. Their cappuccino was truly delicious; I once drank three cups (embarrassed 😊). It wasn't that I was greedy, it was just genuinely good.

The location is excellent, about 5 minutes from both the train station and the bus terminal, and about 10 minutes from Ortigia Island. I arrived from Taormina and made a day trip to Noto during my stay. After Syracuse, I went to Palermo, and this location was very helpful. The staff are warm and have a homely atmosphere. The facilities are old, but the hot water was good and the room wasn't cold, so I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again next time.

The hotel would have all cards to be a more than excellent 4-star hotel Location in the historical center, in front of the Jewish bathroom,in a beautiful historic palace.The area is very quiet, but not far from locals and moved. A museum in the museum with cinema, films and old-fashioned cartridges. With so much care, they lose in the small details, which, however, make the difference: The safe door, the shower tube and the bed head were roughly rough and the tent broken. We reported at the reception but nothing was done. I hope, just because we stayed for one night.

We booked the largest suite and it was spacious for three people. The hotel has been refurbished and the facilities are very new and very satisfactory. The location is very good, just in the center of Otiga Island, go to the main church of Siracusa, the square (Sicilian legend shooting square), the seaside and other attractions are very close, walk around. Surrounded by restaurants and small shops. Hotel service is OK, there is valet parking, the island road is very narrow and difficult to open. In short, I am very satisfied with the location and rooms of the hotel. recommend.

It is more suitable for the whole family to travel together. The breakfast is very rich, and it is not compliant with a five-star hotel. If the check out is too early, the hotel will prepare a take away breakfast in advance. The only thing to note is that the front desk is not staffed 24 hours a day. If you arrive too late, it is best to greet the hotel in advance.

Palm Hotel I chose because I wanted to take a wedding photo. As soon as I arrived, it rained a lot, but the staff were really kind and helpful! Thank you for the kitchen that took care of the evening that I didn't book late at night. The food was also vegan food, and it was really delicious! The ingredients were all fresh and it was a healthy, delicious and luxurious taste that I couldn't eat anywhere. The interior decoration is also very beautiful, the surroundings of the farm are also very beautiful! There is a swimming pool, because it is off-season, so it is closed, but I think it will be really good to come according to the season! I really like it. I think it's really good as a place to rest! Breakfast is great for reference

check in的時候前台員工非常熱情，給我們介紹説酒店前身是一個郵局，offer了歡迎飲料，在門口停車場打票機壞掉的情況下，協助我們在手機app上完成了停車繳費，並且把我們的車牌錄入了系統，所以車子可以進入ZTL zone。但是忘記了記下她的名字，是一位帶眼鏡的長髮年輕女生。 check out的時候前台的Anna和Concetta也給予了我們很大幫助，並且給了諾託值得一去的旅行建議，非常感謝她們：） 酒店房間寬敞，衞生條件好，圖三是房間一樓望出去的view。一樓衞生間有洗澡間、馬桶、洗手池； 二樓衞生間有馬桶，洗手池。 酒店門口是一個非常大的停車場，請一定記得及時繳費避免被警察罰款。酒店出門右前方就是錫拉庫薩評分第一的那家中餐廳，餐廳味道取決於個人喜好，不過酒店位置對於需要吃中餐的人來説很方便。 錫拉庫薩比較小，酒店位置也好，通過步行去了附近所有景點，下次來還是會選擇這家酒店：）

The location of the hotel is good, but the front desk staff is untrained and very casual. The room is very small. The breakfast is so-so. Compared with the price of more than 2,000 yuan, the service and facilities are not cost-effective. The houses with windows facing inward and the houses along the street have no view. The breakfast is also ordinary. Overall: 3/5. Quite disappointed.

Located on the island, convenient for travel; Because it is an apartment, you need to check in and ZTL pass in the cooperative hotel before driving to the island. Then you can check in on the island by yourself. The underground parking lot is about 700m away from the apartment. Overall, it is very comfortable and smooth. The fly in the ointment is that the water temperature of the water heater is not stable and may need to be overhauled. The apartment has a great location on the island, great facilities and living environment.Overall the check-in is very smooth, where travelers in a car should finish check-in procedures at another cooperated hotel before entering island to get ztl permission.The only problem is the heat of the bathing water is not quite hot and stable, requiring a check or maintenance.

This hotel is the best choice if u want to stay near the station. Its located right in front of the station. In the morning, you will be served typical italian breakfast and I love the hospitality of the lady in this hotel. Okay. about the room is comfortable and enough to stay for 1-2 nights. But if you really looking for the hotel that very convenient for transportation, i 100% recommend this hotel.
