Had a week at the hotel and had a great experience. The staff were wonderful and helpful. On a bus route. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Just the place to explore from. Nice and relaxed, quiet and friendly Thanks and all the best from Brendan J Hynes

Clean and centrally located it's convenient for a short trip. However, a hotel in which a reception does not exist after 10:30pm, rooms are extremely small even to fit 2 pieces of luggage, mini fridge quite noisy and staff non English speaking (!) probably does not qualify as a four star...

The hotel is located in a strategic position, close to the center which can be easily reached on foot, spotlessly clean rooms and always helpful and smiling staff. The terrace where breakfast takes place is beautiful

Este es un hotel bastante cercano a la estación de trenes. La habitación era amplia y muy limpia, al igual que el baño. Había un hervidor eléctrico, té, café y tazas para servirse. El desayuno fue excelente, de tipo autoservicio, situado en la planta superior, al lado de una terraza descubierta con notables vistas a la ciudad y al Mar Mediterráneo. El gran problema fue en la noche, después de las 11:00 pm, cuando un grupo bullicioso comenzó a hacer ruidos molestos y risotadas en los pasillos y en las habitaciones, y al parecer no había nadie en recepción que les llamara la atención.

La mia esperienza di soggiorno presso l’Hotel Centrale di Siracusa ha deluso le mie aspettative: le 4 stelle dell’hotel non hanno trovato riscontro nella qualità-prezzo dei servizi offerti. Partendo dal cibo, questo lascia molto a desiderare in quanto la scelta (soprattutto a colazione) è molto ristretta (non ci sono cibi salati, per esempio) e a cena ci hanno anche offerto cibi surgelati (come cordonbleu) che, a mio giudizio, sono un disonore per il nome della Sicilia. Tuttavia, non posso dare solo una stella per il personale in quanto, anche se si avvale di due soli collaboratori, è sempre stato cordiale e disponibile. Non raccomanderei questo hotel, soprattutto per soggiorni lunghi, grazie mille per l’attenzione.

Ma non in positivo, mia figlia ha dovuto comprarsi fuori qualcosa da mangiare e fare uno spuntino dopo cena in camera, pessimo menù studenti con dolci da supermercato come ciliegina. Nella camera quadrupla dovevano aprire le valigie a turno sui letti altrimenti non c'era posto... Chicca finale: in bagno non c'era nemmeno il bidet.. con 4 ragazze nella stessa camera

E' impossibile che sia un 4 stelle. All'arrivo ci accoglie un signore (cortese e garbato), sarà l'unica persona presente (poco) nei 3 giorni di soggiorno. Praticamente non esiste personale presente in hotel, se non qualche ora la mattina (oltre al personale dedicato alla pulizia delle camere). Tanto è vero che ci è stata fornita anche la chiave per l'apertura del cancello esterno in modo che potessimo essere "autonomi", direi che è fondamentale altrimenti risulta impossibile entrare ed uscire dall'albergo. Le camere sono pulite e arredate con cura, ma assolutamente non a livello di un 4 stelle. Al check-in ci è stato detto che la colazione non era disponibile, altro elemento che non può qualificare questo hotel come 4 stelle.
