The hotel itself is nice; room size was good, nice lobby. The fact that you must ”request” to have your room cleaned, when there is absolutely zero signage stating so, is a negative. We came back to our room in the evening and the room had not been touched. If we have to ”request” room service instead of expecting it, that fact should be made VERY clear. Also, we were told that the ”restaurant” was open until 9 pm. There is no ”restaurant”. There is a bar in the lobby. And there was one employee (with a broken leg) who hobbled over and showed us a ”new” menu... with half the items currently not available. She did, however, direct us to a good restaurant nearby.

I spent a couple of hundred dollars to get a room that had cobwebs in the window, a toilet paper holder that had been  off and on the wall without replastering and a hair conditioner that fell from to the shower floor that had been attached to the wall.

The Courtyard was extremely clean and very nice. The bathroom was very handicap friendly. I had knee replacement and that made a very big difference. Everyone was very friendly and hospitable. Pets were not allowed and I liked that because I am very allergic to animals. Within 5 minutes to the surgery center. Would highly recommend this hotel.
