As a husband and a father, I don’t just look for comfort—I look for peace of mind. This hotel delivered both. Service was fast, thoughtful, and genuinely warm. Everything was clean, organized, and effortless, which matters when you’re traveling with family. The environment feels premium yet welcoming, not stiff. My family felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Location is a huge win—surrounded by some of the best food Chengdu has to offer, with easy access everywhere. This isn’t just a place to sleep. It’s a place where a family can truly rest. Classy, reliable, and worth every cent.

Had a pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Center. The staff were very friendly and professional, with special thanks to the front desk staff, Tia, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent—within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping malls, and souvenir stores. Popular areas like Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, Taikoo Li, and IFS are all easily accessible, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The international buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety of both Western and local Chinese options to suit different preferences. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a prime city-center location. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.

We stayed at the Grand Parvac Hotel for 4 nights and had an amazing time. After a long 10.5-hour flight, we were so grateful to be offered an early check-in, which allowed us to rest and recharge right away. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were consistently kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Lisa, who went above and beyond—her warm hospitality and thoughtful gesture of arranging a birthday cake made my celebration extra special. Overall, the hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort and care. We felt at home throughout our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and memorable experience.

The room was decent, I stayed there during New Year's Day. The welcome tea was just sitting there, and no one guided us on whether we could actually drink it or not at first. The gym and pool were good, and the high-altitude spa was a unique feature. The afternoon tea set was a bit too simple, just a coffee and one dessert, haha, a bit stingy! All items in the mini-bar in the room are chargeable, so be careful. I was a bit surprised that a deposit was required upon check-in. At check-out, they offered a cup of tea, which was delicious. It was very cold in Chengdu during New Year's 2026. The hotel isn't far from Chunxi Road, just a short taxi ride away. The weather was too cold, making it inconvenient to walk around, and there wasn't much to explore nearby. But a sauna at the hotel on a cold day was very comfortable!

Excellent! After a trip around Chengdu, Jiuzhaigou, and Chongqing, we returned to The St. Regis, and my son immediately exclaimed, ”Wow, happy ending!” Everything at the hotel was great, especially the duplex room. It truly deserves high praise, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Special shout-out to them again! The hotel's location is also superb; it's only about a 10-yuan taxi ride to places like Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, Kuanzhai Alley, and Wenshu Monastery. Super close. By subway, it's just one, two, or three stops away.

The room was a decent size, clean and tidy, with comprehensive amenities and a high standard of furnishings: bathrobes, face towels, hand towels, bath towels, and a safe. Bottled water was supplied unlimitedly. This room faced a residential area, so it was quite quiet, and the window could be partially opened. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options, better than what you'd find at other budget chain hotels. The front desk service was professional and enthusiastic. The hotel is about 500-600 meters from a Line 4 metro station. There are also quite a few small supermarkets and restaurants right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. I highly recommend it for independent travelers and business trippers.

Environment: The surrounding transportation is convenient, not far from Chengdu's scenic spots and attractions. Hygiene: The bedding and amenities showcase the quality of a well-established hotel; they are clean, hygienic, and perfectly arranged. Service: The doormen, front desk, executive lounge, breakfast restaurant, and Chinese restaurant staff are all courteous and enthusiastic, readily answering any questions. From the subtle fragrance in the lobby to the thoughtful amenities in the room, like the fresh fruit and handwritten welcome card, every detail showcased the hotel's dedication. I especially have to praise the incredibly comfortable mattress; I slept soundly through the night. Whether it was the excellent location, the beautifully designed room, or the impeccable service, everything perfectly matched my expectations for a high-quality travel experience. The suite design is exquisite, featuring two bathrooms that offer both privacy and a shared space in the living area for tea. The service is also very professional; Xiao Fu and Qin Qin at the front desk, along with the lovely ladies in the restaurant, are all warm, patient, and attentive, making guests feel right at home. Our stay was excellent. The decor shows its age a bit, but the room was clean and odor-free, and the housekeeping service was incredibly thoughtful, which was a huge plus. We stayed for three days, and I guess they noticed we were air-drying clothes in the bathroom when they cleaned. The next day, after we left, we came back to find a standing drying rack had been added to the room, our clothes were already hung on it, and they even left some extra empty hangers. Items on the vanity were neatly arranged on a towel. They also provided extra kids' shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. My button fell off once, and I called to ask for a sewing kit. Not only did they immediately deliver one to the room, but afterward, sewing kits were consistently included among the disposable amenities—my child actually discovered that! Their attention to detail is truly impressive. The hotel also offers various functional pillows for free. All food deliveries were brought to our door by a robot. Breakfast was also good, with staff busy making coffee and fresh fruit and vegetable juices for everyone. The hotel's location is excellent too, within walking distance to Taikoo Li. The night view from the room was beautiful. This is the first time I've written such a long review. Thank you to the staff. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Chengdu.

Business District/The area around the Twin Towers Chengdu|8.34km from city center
Location: The hotel is a bit out of the way, about a 30-minute taxi ride from Chunxi Road. However, the surrounding area offers excellent amenities, including shopping malls, bars, and a wide variety of dining options. Concierge: A special shout-out to the concierge team! Every staff member I encountered was highly professional, intuitive, and attentive to guests' needs. Absolutely excellent service. Fitness Facilities: The pool is quite nice, and the gym is incredibly well-equipped! They have everything from body composition analyzers to Pilates equipment, which is more extensive than what you'd typically find at a Ritz or JW Marriott. The staff there are also very good. Dining: The lobby bar and the rooftop bar are both fantastic. They have a distinct nightclub vibe, offering a unique and refreshing experience. The drinks are quite good too, definitely worth checking out and sampling. The breakfast restaurant, however, is pretty standard. It offers everything you'd expect, with a food selection and service level typical for a hotel of this caliber. Now for a major criticism: **Room Service**! It was incredibly, unbelievably bad! The Dan Dan noodles were ridiculously salty – I have no idea how they managed to make them that way. The Saliva Chicken was very fishy and simply inedible. Room service gets a massive thumbs down from me. What's more, when the staff came to collect the dishes afterward, they didn't even bother to wipe the grease off the table. Honestly, out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this was by far the worst room service food. This aspect truly needs significant improvement. Overall, despite the room service issue, my stay was quite good. The housekeeping staff were very friendly, and both the front desk and concierge teams are mostly young and very energetic. The hotel has a vibe quite similar to a W Hotel. Although some online comments criticize Chengdu's W as being subpar, my actual experience here was rather positive. Aside from the utterly disappointing room service, everything else was perfectly satisfactory.

Much better than I expected! Maybe it was an off-peak trip, but to get such a large and new room in the Chunxi Road area for less than 300 yuan is incredible! Plus, they upgraded our room to one with a window, and there was even a foot bath and herbal sachets to soak our feet, washing away the fatigue from a day of extensive walking. I'm very satisfied with the location; it's quiet yet central, a short walk from the subway and IFC. There are also many authentic local eateries nearby, not the kind that rip you off, and ordering takeout was super convenient! Not far away, there's also Heji Danhonggao… I'll definitely choose this place again next time! P.S. The only minor downside is that there seems to be road construction outside recently, making it a bit noisy during the day, but it doesn't really affect things at night. They even provided earplugs!

I'm usually quite lazy and rarely leave reviews for hotels, but this place genuinely impressed me. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. When we mentioned we were tourists, they immediately offered a brochure detailing various sightseeing routes, which we found very helpful (we even snapped a photo!). As it was our first time in Chengdu, we were unsure where to eat, and they enthusiastically recommended some fantastic local eateries; the food they suggested was indeed delicious. With all the nearby *chuanchuan* (Sichuan skewers), Sichuan cuisine, and hotpot, we came back to the hotel one evening smelling distinctly of hotpot. Wanting to get some early rest, we asked the front desk if they could help dry our clothes and return them to our room the next morning. They agreed without a moment's hesitation, which was incredibly thoughtful and considerate. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was also delicious, especially the *chaoshou* (Sichuan wontons). The staff in the restaurant were very attentive and provided great service too. Our initial reason for booking this hotel was its geographical location, and it truly lived up to our expectations. It's perfectly situated, very close to all the major attractions such as Du Fu Thatched Cottage, Kuanzhai Alley, Wenshu Monastery, Wuhou Shrine, Jinli Ancient Street, and more. Overall, it was an extremely satisfying travel experience. Chengdu, with its vibrant city atmosphere and rich cultural environment, left a wonderful impression on us.
