I came to Chengdu with my boyfriend. I saw on the Internet that this hotel is quite close to the airport. I tried it with a try. I was quite satisfied with the room. It was very clean and the decoration style was very warm. I liked it very much.

This hotel is a hotel I will consider next time I come to Chengdu. The hotel facilities are new and the environment is good, and the service is also very good. Especially Xiao Wang at the front desk, who is patient and meticulous and explains the services provided by the hotel in detail. Since I am a platinum card member of InterContinental, the hotel also provided various services according to my requirements very considerately. I have stayed in many luxury hotels in Chengdu, including the Marriott Intercontinental Hilton Group. I personally think that the service of this hotel is not inferior to some of the luxury hotels there. It's hygienic and clean, the minibar is free, and there are some small souvenirs, which is very service-minded.

Came here during the sugar and wine party, the hotel staff service attitude is very good, during the stay, the front desk is warm to say hello, the problem encountered by the front desk staff pony also gave me a timely response, also got a solution, very patient. The decoration of the hall is unique, the various decorations are very artistic, and I personally like it. There is a Chinese restaurant on the first floor, which tastes very good. The ladies are all gentle and enthusiastic. The entire hotel is a protected building. It is very large inside and has a lot of history. The environment is amazing. There are professional photographers who are handsome and professional. They match the hotel's clothing and environment. They are great for their money. good! Female compatriots, remember to rush, it’s really worth it! There is a longan tree at the door that is more than a hundred years old, but it is too tall. I can only look at the longan fruit and cannot eat it. The room hardware is in place and very comfortable... It is a 15-minute walk from Taikoo Li and the Chengdu Museum. 25 minutes, there are many small shops around, and despite their humble appearance, they all taste great.

The rooms are very much worth the value. Note that the entrance is further to the side and the lobby is on the 5th floor. Besides that it's a all-round near a 5 star experience.
If your intrest or reason of stay is in the new parts of the tainfu district and further new construction in the longfu new area. This place is right.
The rooms are kept very clean amd modern.. They provide good branded bottled water in the rooms. The rooms have good veiws if your staying in the exct rooms or the family rooms which have a separator for the two queen beds. The reception and staff are very nice and quick with handling passports.
For sleeping the ac is moderately silent but just averagly noticeable so turn it off when it's cool enough to sleep well. The rooms can get dark for better sleep and I do reccomend the breakfast it has a wide selection.
This is the second - third stay since it's probably the best value for money you can get in terms of clean modern silent and spacious, atleast if you got membership status in your trip acc.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, right at the entrance of Kuanxiangzi. Together with the Taikoo Li IFS area, it forms the old and new center of Chengdu. You can go shopping in Kuanxiangzi and eat at Kuixinglou Street, which are all restaurants for Chengdu locals.
The hotel itself is very small, with only more than 20 rooms. It is said that there were originally more than 50 rooms in Kuanxiangzi, but none of them are open now.
Therefore, the renovation of the old house and the height limit of only 3 floors make it difficult for the hotel to play its own advantages.
The design of the public area is extremely simple, with a few bird cages and green tile buildings, which looks very cramped. The corridor-type structure also causes at least 4 rooms to face the corridor.
Fortunately, the room is still spacious and bright, especially the three-story landscape room, where you can see the alleys and the blue sky with people coming and going, and you feel very leisurely in the downtown area. However, the hygiene is still very good. The bedding is very comfortable.
The service quality is also online, standard C6 level, a little lacking in enthusiasm, after all, it may be a bit tired after more than 10 years of operation.
In short, as an old hotel that has been open for more than 10 years, it is not easy to ensure the quality while the facilities are aging.

DDelboyThis was a first class experience at a first class hotel. Right from the start I was made to feel at home and was allowed to check in much earlier than 2pm which was ideal as I could freshen up before going to my future work place. In addition, complimentary breakfast was added to my reservation which again was a big bonus and the choices were fantastic. The grounds around the hotel are very nice to take a walk and the hotel is very near to many restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and great value for money and even having a bathtub was nice to use at the end of the day. This is a great place for anybody to stay and is family friendly which is convenient to go and see the pandas. All the staff were fantastic but I must mention Paul who really went that extra mile to make stay comfortable and even exchanged his Wechat in case I needed any help. His professional approach and English speaking ability is a great asset to the hotel. I will definitely be returning soon.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

WWen KaiGreat and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well.
The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26.
There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess)
The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced.
Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

There are night markets, shopping malls, and subways within one kilometer. Secondly, the room is quite clean and you can request to change the bedding every day. It's on the 28th floor, so it's very quiet at night. The ginkgo trees in Chengdu are so beautiful this season. Xiao Yu'er at the front desk recommended a place to see ginkgo trees. It's really great! Parking is also in the open-air parking lot 200 meters next to the hotel lobby, which is convenient

AAlison.lMy husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at minyuon suniya hotel. The rooms had great views and was very clean. All the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful with recommending places to see/do in Chengdu - especially Garey Li and Aaron who helped us tremendously with organising our day trip to Emeishan , getting tickets to the Panda centre and also going above and beyond with helping us with a Meituan delivery. The cleaners were also very friendly and thoughtful with helping us hang our laundry in our room for us so they would dry quicker.
We were also pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful panda toy gift in our room 😃
Would highly recommend this hotel as the location was also great where most places were a 10-15 minute drive away. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Chengdu.

However, I booked to stay in a female-only room but there were men staying in the room for the majority of the stay. I was not notified of this, and when I asked the staff why they said it was because the other rooms were full. Not great.
The room also did not feel clean, with someone else's stuff left in my locker and dust and dirt on the walls.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
