JW Marriott Hotel Chengdu

I genuinely recommend the JW Marriott Hotel Chengdu! My stay was incredibly satisfying. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, with fresh bedding and a spotless bathroom – it felt very comfortable from the moment I checked in. A big thank you to Celine for her thoughtful service; she not only helped us pick a room with a fantastic view, but Ella also enthusiastically recommended great local restaurants during our stay. The food was delicious, saving us the hassle of planning. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The staff's service was attentive and thorough; you could feel their genuine sincerity everywhere. It was a truly comfortable and pleasant trip.

Our summer trip to the JW Marriott Hotel Chengdu exceeded our expectations. Since it's peak season, it was quite crowded, and we arrived early. Celine and Ella from the staff were incredibly helpful, actively assisting us with coordination, responding promptly, and communicating patiently, which solved a lot of our issues. The hotel's location is superb, close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making it very convenient for shopping and getting around. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The service throughout our stay was meticulous and thoughtful, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring experience. This will be our top choice when visiting Chengdu again!

The hotel's location is excellent, making transportation very convenient. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with a good range of facilities overall. However, the electronic scale in the room had some issues. Also, during my stay, there was a wedding party in the morning which was quite noisy. Furthermore, I had redeemed welcome fruits when booking, but they were never delivered even by check-out. This level of service definitely needs improvement.

Took my mom to Chengdu, and the hotel's location was great, very convenient for taking the subway. The service could be better, especially since the hotel price is in the mid-to-high range for Chengdu. It could be a bit more refined, but overall it was pretty good.

The staff member, Harriet, was professional and reliable, with a gentle and friendly demeanor. She handled tasks efficiently and communicated smoothly. She was proactive in helping us resolve issues, making our check-in very smooth. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and we received complimentary fruit and chocolates every day, which made our child very happy!

Special shout-out to Guest Relations Harriet and Michelle for their excellent service! The room was great, and I highly recommend the breakfast – everything was fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and the environment was quiet. It's great value for money, and the stay exceeded my expectations. The service was thoughtful and attentive, the room was spacious and bright, clean with no strange odors, and the surrounding amenities are complete with a convenient location.

This hotel is located within Chengdu's commercial district, very close to Tianfu Square. It's about a 20-minute walk to the core area of Chunxi Road. As expected from a star-rated hotel, both the facilities and service are excellent. The staff are very attentive and responsive to requests. The facilities are comprehensive, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. Overall, it's a beautiful and quiet place.

We booked two rooms for our family trip. The hotel is conveniently located with many amenities nearby. The service was excellent, and we enjoyed the executive floor benefits. Breakfast was delicious, and our rooms had great views. The mini-bar was also well-stocked.
