Modern building, Very efficient heating and ventilation, no odours or humidity, cloths dry in 5 hours. The only thing to watch out for is the blanket cover which is open at foot side and relatively short, the bedding is on a firm side, duvet and pillows are feathers

Great hotel with reasonable prices. I liked the ease nmd friendliness of the reception team, I had to change rooms due to noisy neighbours and it was not a problem. The only negative for me is the lack of storage in the room and lack of single-use items. Whilst I understand the eco point, some travellers do find themselves in situations where extra items could help.

The one showed had wooden floor, the one that was given to us had carpet which I am not a particular fan of. There was a terrible smell coming from the toilet. We should have mentioned but we only stayed 2 nights so we just left it and got on with it. Not particularly impressed considering it’s a 4 stars hotel.

It's high time to renovate the hotel. The soundproofing is terrible, and listening to your neighbors cough and blow their noses is hardly entertaining. Now, instead of mini shampoo bottles, there's a dispenser on the wall. Empty. Thankfully, for 90 euros a night, it's very convenient. Is water in the room a paid service? Excellent.

I was given a room on the 1st floor and due to the weather, I’m only left with the option to open up the windows for some coolness to come in. Amazingly it was quiet during the night~ Breakfast was great. Appreciate the coffee machines and the options for hot food instead of just sandwich’s and salads. Will definitely use book this hotel again thought they charge for guest overnight parking.

A historic hotel, many presidents' choices, really is a boutique. The hotel rooms are fully equipped, clean, large bathtub, hot and cold water is very convenient to use, there are electric towel racks, disposable slippers. Occasionally birds can be seen through the skylights, and of course raindrops. Free water and tea bags coffee kettle are available on the small table in the room, and paid snacks and drinks are available in the small refrigerator. Breakfast is full, there are many choices, there are hot dishes, fruits, milk juices, etc.... There are sofa tables and chairs in the lobby to receive friends and customers, etc., and there are drinks and desserts to order. (Free water supply, very unexpected! 😁) The hotel is a 3-minute walk from a shopping mall and supermarket. Recommended and staying again! ! !

You can't really have any major complaints, as the brand certainly delivers. The rooms are very nice, spacious, and modern. Impeccable cleanliness. The breakfasts are varied and very good. Its location, halfway between the airport, the coast, and the Old Town, makes the hotel truly versatile, and everyone should find it convenient. My only reservation is the policy of charging for bottled water in the rooms. I think there shouldn't be a charge for the daily complimentary set, with additional bottles being charged only after the initial ones provided at check-in are consumed. It's a minor detail, but it feels a bit out of place for a hotel of this caliber.

Breakfast is served here until 11am. Breakfast is a little expensive since they serve lunch until 3pm, but the quality and variety are a little higher. For me, the baked beans were delicious. The location is close to the ferry terminal, so it's close from the ferry, but it's several kilometers from Riga bus station, which is not a problem if you go by tram. (I was able to get there in about 40 minutes on foot.) Each room has a liquid soap dispenser in the shower booth and sink. The hair dryer is attached to the sink, and there is a TV, but it doesn't have many channels, and it freezes and messes up a lot, so I don't think I use it much. There is a telephone but no electric kettle. The heating is just barely enough to keep me from freezing.

Not so happy with the bedding, uncomfortable pillows and soft mattress. Not worth paying extra for breakfast, limited choice and extra €5 for fresh orange juice is not acceptable. At breakfast we felt rushed and pestered by the waitresses.

But it could be too crowded during our summer stay. Choice of hotel restaurant is quite limited -- Amarillo is the de-facto hotel restaurant attached to the hotel, but it welcomes outsider guests visiting the shopping centre nearby. The room was spacious and they provided a cot for baby. Although everything was old eg lacquered wood cupboards drawers, bedside tables, it was clean and hotel provided extra pillows. Room was clean so were the bedsheets, toilet etc. taps had hot and cold water, soaps and shampoos, body lotion, provided. Carpeted floor. Service was good and all staff spoke english well. One small lift (fits two big luggage and one adult) for room access but staircase available if you’re hands free.

We had the same menu “Emperor Dinner” that the Majesty had eaten at the restaurant. Even though it was old, the facilities and air conditioning were very good, the staff were clean and the staff were very good, and it was a wonderful stay. Although it rained in the middle of the night, the ghost of the grandmother who shuts the shutters did not appear (lol) The location is also well recommended.

Just one night at Mecure Tallin, but really be impressed. Warm welcome by Reception staff ”Margot” she's so cheerful ,sincere, efficient & helpful to assist in checkin & offer big help to us. So my friend & I could be early check-in after a very long hall flight (over 15hrs). Really appreciated. Room is neat & tidy with nice view. Hotel is so close to airport, walking distance around 7mins. A no.2 Bus stop is just a min distance from hotel main door, easy access to the town. Only the bathroom for taking shower is too small, other than that is perfect. Will definitely come stay again next time in Tallin. Thanks Margot's hospitality once again for making our first trip in Tallin a very good beginning & memorable.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The air conditioning in my room was out of order, and despite informing the staff, no one can be able to fix it during my stay. The hotel was fully booked, so I was told I could not be moved to another Superior King room. Instead, I was downgraded to the only available tiny Classic room, which was smaller and less comfortable. To make matters worse, the hotel did not refund the price difference between the two room categories. Because the air conditioning was not working, I had tried to open the window for ventilation. However, insects kept flying into the room, making it uncomfortable and unpleasant. The room was also located next to a large, busy road with constant traffic, resulting in extreme noise throughout the day and night. With heavy rain yesterday, I could not even keep the window open. Finally we were forced to move to the tiny downgraded room.Overall, a very disappointing experience.
