Of the three hotels I have visited for a week in Crete, this hotel is the most calm, maybe because it is not near the center and young people a little bit. The room is good, but I was unlucky with the location of the room. My balcony was right above the stairs. I couldn't eat quietly because people were constantly coming out of their rooms or coming in. I lived like a little straight in a street cafe. In general, I didn't have enough privacy, and because of this location of the room I heard everyone who used the stairs. I think those rooms that go out the other side are more quiet. The area of the hotel is beautiful! The Internet and air conditioning are absolutely free, unlike other hotels in Crete. By the way, many hotel owners in Crete do not indicate information on hotel booking sites about paid air conditioning, safe and Internet. Here all these services are free. Bed and pillows are just super, for this separate thanks to the hotel administration. There is even a urine, a dishwashing tool and a kitchen towel, which is rare not only for Crete but also other parts of Greece. Thank you very much for that too! In general, excellent hotel! I recommend to people who are looking for silence and privacy with nature!

Good day. For the money that we paid for a hotel-hotel worthy! Good, solid repair. Everything is working. Clean toilet. There is everything you need in the kitchen. True frying pan scratched into the board. But this is also a question for tourists! Why are you spoiling hotel property !? After you still come guests !! Well, a hotel, we could already change this stuff to a new pan. Also, called the hotel, be so kind as to comply with the rules. The number of towels is not normal. Only 2 per person And the first 5 days, these were beach brown towels, then they brought white ones. Also, there is no quenched paper. The cleaning lady said that it wasn’t allowed and buy paper yourself at the hotel’s store! This also violates the norms of the hotel business! There are also no toiletries. Even elemental soap. Otherwise, everything is tolerable! Clean well, clean everywhere. The question now is different: to Trip through which we booked this hotel. In the voucher from the company indicated meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Upon check-in at the hotel, we were denied meals! They stated that they do not have free food. And the fact that we were deceived by the company in which we paid for the tour! As a result, no one fed us! Voucher from the company. Food trip and hotel voucher without food in my arms. I will file complaints with the relevant authorities!

Rooms very large, many pools - directly on the sea - no deep street between. The place around is completely funny, but you need nothing but surveniers from there. I have been to this hotel before and I gave it 4stars. However, this time I would definitely give it about 3⭐️⭐️⭐️. The reason why is because, they started charging for air conditioning, when that was not a thing, the prices of the snacks, and food were very expensive, and happy hours is not really happy hour. Perhaps my first time was really good and the expectations were high, but I did not think the quality of the amenities were as good this time around. The staff is very friendly and nice, I have to say.

We had stayed at this hotel 3 years ago, specifically at the Pyrgos. But be careful, there's Pyrgos Blue and Pyrgos Beach in the same building, sharing common areas. We thought we had booked Pyrgos Beach, but it turned out we booked Pyrgos Blue. We weren't careful when making the reservation. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful. The common areas like the pool and the bar/restaurant were excellent. The only thing was a new construction right opposite our room with a hot tub.

We spent 5 days in this beautiful hotel. In this hotel we met the most kind, friendly and responsive people of Greece - the hostess of the hotel and her family. We were met very hospitality with a wide smile and it was a great start to a good rest in Crete. Given that we have just left Santorini, the next strike of ferrymen began and we were very excited by the whole situation and confusion. Great thanks to the hotel owner for her daily joy, good mood and positive. The hotel is very good, located on one of the noisy streets of the city, but a little bit away from the noise itself, i.e. sleep was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are quite good, for them separate thanks. There are parking spaces nearby (behind the building opposite the hotel exit). The rooms are comfortable, there is everything necessary. The beds are comfortable. The sea is near, 15 minutes walk. No regrets have chosen this hotel for a holiday in Crete.

We had stayed at this hotel 3 years ago, specifically at the Pyrgos. But be careful, there's Pyrgos Blue and Pyrgos Beach in the same building, sharing common areas. We thought we had booked Pyrgos Beach, but it turned out we booked Pyrgos Blue. We weren't careful when making the reservation. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful. The common areas like the pool and the bar/restaurant were excellent. The only thing was a new construction right opposite our room with a hot tub.

Of the three hotels I have visited for a week in Crete, this hotel is the most calm, maybe because it is not near the center and young people a little bit. The hotel is pleasant and comfortable, but I'd only recommend it for night owls. Drunk guests were yelling until morning. Although the soundproofing in the room isn't bad, I still needed earplugs to get some sleep, which was still better than the previous hotel (no need to name names!)). The internet was good, but I couldn't figure out what was wrong with the air conditioning. The remote was in the room, but I couldn't get it to turn on. If it's a paid extra, the hotel administration should really state that on booking sites. My room was on the ground floor, so no direct sunlight meant it wasn't hot, and I didn't actually need the AC; I was comfortable. I'd advise potential guests to check with the hotel about this, as air conditioning in Crete can cost up to 10 euros per day. The internet is good, and the plumbing is excellent. The room itself is spacious and very stylish. What was missing from the kitchen were a sponge, a cutting board, and dish soap (for those who like to cook). I think the hotel owner should pay attention to these small details, as they should be interested in maintaining the cleanliness and order of their rooms.
