Hotel Sierra Resort Hakuba ★★★★

"Facilities: The resort offers a very comprehensive range of facilities, including an onsen (hot spring). They also provide self-service laundry and equipment for snow activities. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness was excellent. Environment: Although we didn't visit during the peak snow season, there was already a good amount of snow accumulated upon arrival. It's a great place to enjoy, even if you don't ski. Service: Service, as is common in many Japanese hotels, tends to prioritize guest privacy, so staff aren't overtly enthusiastic or proactive. However, whenever we needed assistance, they were always patient and helpful in their responses."

Wakata Lodge Hakuba ★★★

"Overall experience was good, room was clean and service was great! Just the private toilet kinda misleading as we were thought our room has bathroom as well. It was public bathroom and you have to go down for shower. Room at the upstairs which is not so convenience for us."
